Thank you for taking such great care of us on our visit for afternoon tea. All of the staff were so friendly, helpful and polite. The views were spectacular, the food was great and the drinks were exceptional 🙏🏻 Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.

I was disappointed with the service. When my teapot leaked and didn't pour it was because the packing was still inside the spout. It was taken away for replacement as well as my tea strainer and cup and saucer. After a short wait a new teapot of tea was brought to the table with a cup. When the server never came back I had to ask for a saucer and teaspoon plus tea strainer.

Unfortunately messed up the afternoon teas and served staggered and 3 people waited 2 hours for their food. This ruined the atmosphere but the venue was very stunning.

We had 4 afternoon teas between 5 of us. The sandwiches were very basic and quite bland in flavour. There wasn’t really enough sandwiches for 5 people. We had a lovely time as we were catching up with old friends, however none of us were overly impressed with the food and felt it was not worth the price.

I cannot fault the service but I felt the Afternoon Tea was average. Sandwiches were ok,the little rolls were chewy and crisp on the bottom. It was as if they had been microwaved to defrost.Scones were lovely as were some of the little cakes. The view from the Grand Tea Lounge was superb as I did request a table at the window, thank you. While Gleneagles and Cromlix do not have the wonderful views from their Lounges their Afternoon Tea I found better value for money.

We had a fantastic afternoon tea on a Sunday afternoon. Our window table had a stunning view. The lounge wasn't particularly busy, but all the guests, including children, were enjoying themselves and no one was overly loud. The staff, from the gentleman greeting us at the drive, to the serving staff, were all fantastic! Friendly, attentive and efficient. The food itself was delicious. My friend had the 'Trump' blend of tea which she really enjoyed. It was a birthday celebration for my friend and the staff brought a lovely birthday plate with some delicious chocolates. A lovely touch. I would highly recommend Trump Turnberry for any special occasion.

Lovely experience for a special occassion. Not as plentiful as many afternoon teas I've experienced, but it was nice nonetheless. Worth a note - the scones are delicious!

It was a lovely experience but the food for afternoon tea was bang average . Having done quite a lot of of afternoon teas this one was a. Bit of a let down given the cost . Sandwiches were boring and not bulky enough . Cakes were lovely and-scones fabulous plain scones were served which gets extra points as we as a family don’t like dried fruit . Having been to the ritz and several other high end places it falls below par sadly . The girls in the restaurant were exceptional but bar service slow . Will still go back though as it’s close by
