I will come again!!!! Soon!!!! All over great, great, great!!
Great for a special occasion, birthday. Great value.
Disappointed about the rush of moving from one course to the other. The overall feeling was that the taboe was booked 90mins later for another couple. I hardly had time to finish the wine of one course before I got the next course served. Not the class you would expect. I recommend you should forbid tourists to take pictures- it looked like a "instagram session" instead of a Bottura restaurant.
It was just awful. It was dead silence inside, server doesn't speak English, not well trained and doesn't know how to recommend the food, etc.
Just awful and annoyed with the service and food portion and quality.
Overpriced food for foreign tourists. Quality ok, but nothing special and not outstanding. Portions are very small. My fish was not warm, potato to it right cold. Waiter forgot to bring the ordered wine. Ambience and stores though nice around it.
The only think: the empty dishes were taken too fast away from our table. Efficiency doesn't always require speed...
Amazing venue, amazing food, a highlight of our trip!
Amazing experience guided by the hands of Bottura, offering a glimpse of sone of his recipes, but expanding the menu with international influences thanks to the executive chef. A unique position in the heart of Florence and the visual mastery of Gucci makes it truly unique.
3.5/4 out of 5. Decent food, need more to be satisfied.
Light, modern, unpretentious. The service and ambience was also fabulous. I’ve eaten at Osteria Francescana and this was as good...
I’m a big fan of Massimo and came to this restaurant with my daughter. We can say this is the best Italian experience of our first trip to Italy
Increíble! La comida espectacular, vale la pena cada centavo, la atención inmejorable, el ambiente lindo y el lugar magnífico, cerca de la galería Uffize. Altamente recomendable si están en Florencia, no se lo pierdan!
Effortless chic. Superb food. Very good service, a little bit difficult during my last visit because of an extremely difficult big table...
It was a cool thing to do and the Gucci everything was amazing. But do not do the tasting menu! It’s TINY! We had to get a slice of pizza afterwards lol. Each course was nice, but honestly each was 3 or 4 bites. It was €80 each and not worth it. I would say, get the lobster roll for €30 or the burger for €25. Much better value.
The food was room temperature but tasted very good.
Wine list is acceptable, not outstanding.
Ambiance is non existent
Everything was perfect!!
The experience was worth the price. It's not over priced
N all the negative reviews are really just people having their own opinion. For my family and I the whole thing was fabulous including the museum after the meal.
Awesome experience worth every cent... I would suggest getting the tasting menu.
Took my daughter for her 21st birthday!
Essen war großartig wurde nur von der Freundlichkeit des Personales übertroffen.
Exquisite place!! Beautiful people, great ambiance and service. Amazing food. Perfect place for a romantic date :)
Good restaurant, excellent food, but expensive place
menu proposto interessante
piatti consigliati dai camerieri in modo impeccabile
The ambience and service were great.
The diid is good but not exceptional.
The wine list is really good. We had a frear Vernacchia.
Had small tasting menu. Had hoped at least something from Osteria Francescana would be on menu but was not. Food was surprisingly unremarkable at this very high price point. No dishes really stood out. Peruvian inspired tostada first course was best. Mini burger bite really needed acid of some kind...like pickle...and crunch or vegetable of any kind was missing. Wine pairings were least generous of any of the several high end restaurants I have been to, although quality was good. I felt this was an ok experience but poor value.
I recomend the restaurant for the food. But the service was rude and slow. The food took 45 min to come and the manager Marco was rude and couldn’t care less about that even after the waiter said some mistake should been happen.
a very divine experience and all the decorations were just beautiful
Location di notevole impatto, personale cordiale ed efficiente, cibo delizioso, nell' aspetto e nel gusto. Ho apprezzato molto anche le bellissime stoviglie che, nell' insieme, hanno reso la mia esperienza ancora più piacevole.
The service was amazing. Food - had a bit higher expectations. Downside was the children. This restaurant should not serve children.
Words cant even describe what an incredible experience this was. The staff were above and beyond in terms of friendliness, knowledge, and service. The food absolutely out of this world. I had the ordered the Purple Corn Toasta and oh my God my mouth is watering just thinking about it. My sister got the lobster roll and had absolutely loved it. We ordered the asparagus and eggplant side dishes aswell and both were amazing. The peachy dessert had the most beautiful tasting almond mouse with peach sorbet. The forbidden apple dessert is beautifully presented and the spices in the sauce are unlike anything I would have expected from what seemed like such a simple dish. We had also received a fruity, ice dish (i can't remeber the name of it) but I could've eaten an entire bowl of that and been content. This restaurant is so thoughtfully pieced together and absolutely worth every single penny. The staff treat everyone so kindly and writing this review right now makes me with I was back in florence again so that i could eat another meal. Definitely worth the stop for a beautiful meal and experience.
We came to lunch with treasured old friends whom we had not seen for several years and were not disappointed! The meal was exceptionally delicious and beautiful in its presentation, and the setting in the sun-baked piazza was peaceful and cool due to thoughtful floral plantings and well-placed misting fans. The tasting menu featured a lovely combination of dishes from Chef Massimo and the Osteria’s own head chef, whom we were told is of Mexican ethnicity. Her interpretation of ceviche was one of the stand-out dishes of the meal. And the piece del la resistance was when our server, who overheard our group talking about my birthday, brought out an exquisite tiny cake and gifted our group tickets to the Gucci Garden Museum. In all, it was our most memorable meal in a city filled with fine restaurants.
Amazing food and service started out well. After three course they lost interest and we had to our wine and water ourselves! Great outdoor seating area and the waitresses wore wonderful dresses.
A really pleasant and highly recommended experience.
Troppo buono!!! Incredible!!!!
My friend and I had dinner at Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura and had already heightened expectations know that this restaurant is working with the star chef Massimo Bottura, but the restaurant food quality, service and value far exceeded our exceptations. The Octupus (Polpo) dish was absolutely amazing, the best grilled octpus we have ever tasted.
The service was very friendly and professional, and the wine sommelier's recommendation was spot on. The value considering the service, ambience and quality of food was actually very good. I would highly recommend Gucci Osteria for those who want creative cusine, in a wonderful atmosphere, with good service at a very good value.
Lovely place with a lot of charme. Inside the shop Gucci. After lunch ask fo a free list to the Gucci museum first and second floor.
Enjoyed. Everything was perfect: the food, ambience, and service.
