We serve a selection of Shisha on our outdoor, heated terrace. Tables are booked for 90 minutes and we have a 10 minute grace period, after which point your table may be released. Over 18 years of age only.

Steak wasn’t cooked right, after waiting 45mins. they corrected it. the food wasn’t all worth the hype. Wasn’t a wow factor when you pay that much at a fancy looking place. When the bill came i asked to remove the service charge as after waiting that long and food not cooked right. i wasn’t willing to pay service charge. the waiter kissed his teeth which was so rude. after paying they was so rude even after shisha they was so unbothered. will not go again. would have just stayed in and had a home meal instead of their food. absolutely shocking customer service.

The ambience, music was great. My steak was cooked to my liking but I thought the pepper sauce was a bit runny and the food was not hot enough

Very disappointed. When I turned up for my shisha reservation I was told there are no tables available. The whole shisha area was crammed with people mostly not doing shisha, no staff member seemed to know what was going on. Upon complaining I was finally offered a table however no staff member came to take our order. After 30 minutes I got the attention of one waiter who then tells me they stopped serving shisha altogether. I then proceeded to leave the venue with my guests. The previous time I visited our shisha coals were not changed for the entire visit even after requesting multiple times to get this done.This is not the standard of service expected at such a venue. This place needs to be managed better. Only people who are paying for the shisha should be on the terrace and not every Tom, dick or Harry.

Food was great and so was the waiter. Front of house however needs to learn how to smile. Took us to the table which was right at the back and had to request to move us forward. Never seen a more moody individual in my life. No energy or enthusiasm whilst taking drink orders and has a look on his face as if he’s at a constant inconvenience.

Portion size of vegetable lasagne is half since April. Waiter was very pushy about leaving a review. Didn’t bring the card machine over until it looked like we had done it, watched from the kitchen. Disappointing end to a lovely meal, food tasted amazing despite the portion size.

My first visit to Habbibi Leeds was a mixed experience. Starting with the positives, the appetizers were very filling and came in generous portion sizes, which was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere was lively, with a great vibe, and the DJ set a fantastic tone for the evening. The shisha terrace was another highlight, offering high-quality shisha in a comfortable setting—no complaints there. However, the main courses took an unusually long time to arrive, which was disappointing. While the gentleman with long hair who worked there provided excellent customer service and was very accommodating, the rest of the staff didn't match his level of attentiveness. It felt like we were being rushed into ordering, which detracted from the overall experience. The drinks were another letdown, with more ice than actual drink, which made them feel watered down and not worth the price. Additionally, the food menu lacked variety, leaving us with limited options to choose from. When our mains finally arrived, we wasn’t hungry anymore due to how long it took, so we decided to take them home, but surprisingly, we weren’t provided with a bag, meaning we had to carry the food separately—an inconvenience that could have been easily avoided. Overall, the shisha terrace was a very good vibe with a beautiful view, however the atmosphere might appeal to those looking for a one-time Instagram-worthy experience, I don’t think the overall experience justifies the cost. It's a place that seems more focused on aesthetics than providing a truly enjoyable dining experience.

The food is terrible. So is the service. The waiter who bought our food out had no idea what he was bringing out. Some of the dishes were not bought out. On complaining they were bought out towards the end. By that time we had nearly finished our meals. One member of our party didn’t get her meal with the rest of us. By the time she got her meal the rest had eaten. We were told they would adjust the bill. But when we received the bill we were charged for items we hadn’t ordered plus they had added service charge. On complaining it was sorted out. But it ruined the whole experience. I wouldn’t recommend it. It ruined our birthday celebrations

Myself and daughter have had the most wonderful day celebrating my birthday at Habbiba. We opted for the 3 course menu. The food was delicious and full of flavour. We were served by Emmanuel who was attentive, welcoming and the perfect host. Thank you for the most enjoyable afternoon. We will definately be returning.
