My 5th time visit. Always the best Japanese BBQ. Their side dishes are brilliant too.

Three of us ordered the set menu for 2 persons and had the best BBQ dinner for a long time. We frequently visited the Korean BBQ restaurants but this is better quality and quantity. Will be back!

Had an amazing experience at Hachi BBQ. The staff were very attentive and gave us helpful advice about how to barbecue our meat. The quality of the food (especially the beef) was also very good.

Hachi restaurant is very good. Especially I like foods and service.

Very high quality meat. Not many marinated pieces of meat (although they do have them), as the meat is very good and tender on its own, not needing marinate.

As a big fan of Sukiyaki it was great to find this little gem in the heart of the westend that serves it in individual portions.

The staff and service were great and the restaurant was very conscious of covid security which made us all feel very comfortable while eating a delicious meal.

I’ve been to Hachi last Saturday and had a pleasant experience overall. A bit too expensive though. Especially the drinks. Service was lovely.

Ive been there for a quite few times. It is always one of my favorite restaurants in London. If you want to have authentic Japanese BBQ, you should give it a try!

My friend and I love Hachi a lot. We ordered menu BBQ set for 2 people which included various meats and veggies. I think it worth the price, can even serve for 3 people , we were definitely full. Staff are friendly and helpful as well, feels like back to Japan. However, I would only say the ventilation could be better. I recommend everyone try this Japanese BBQ restaurant.

Avoid the oysters, everything else was amazing! recommended

Very good authentic japanese bbq, brought back the memories of our visits to Japan!

It is a unique dining experience, if you have the BBQ you cook it at yourself on an electric BBQ built into the table. So bring someone who knows how to cook beef!
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious, both the dishes we cooked ourselves and the ones cooked for us. I’ll definitely go again.

Excellent food, feels like in Japan.

The meat are sliced very thin especially the chicken because once you grill it it shrink and nothing left.

Oysters is too soft for grilling keeps falling some of the bits. Beef is a not tasty, I was expecting it is seasoned or marinated with teriyaki sauce. We had fun grilling esp. my kids. Glad our bill is discounted otherwise it is expensive.

I came here with my partner, got to the door and inside and waited about 5 minutes before anyone took notice of us to seat us.
After being seated we were given one menu only so I had to grab one of the other table which the waiter could have just got for me but instead wanted us to share. We sat and looked at the menu for a further 15 minutes and no one came to even take our drinks let alone our food. There was about 2/3 people standing there doing nothing.

We decided to get up and leave and even on our way out they took no notice.

Only go here if you like being ignored and slow service.

Great food, expensive for the quantity but it's good quality!

-Food being served late, we almost starved to death.
-Good wide range of Japanese liquor selections.
-Barbecue food actually are not as good as other foods i.e. appetizer and soups, the reason might be those raw meats were not well-cured. Overall quality is okay.
-A bit pricey, even with the eat out scheme discount still can easily do a £40 per person.
-Authentic Japanese staffs ：）made food with their passion.

The food was amazing! Softest and tastiest meat in very authentic Japsnese Korean BBQ flavour. Very pricy if you only go for expensive cut. But I had to. Restaurant was not smoky at all with high-grade grill.

Hachi will remain my fav barbecue place. Oyster blade and tri tip are must try.

First time amazing experience. My wife love it. A bit expensive if you are hungry due of the portions are small, but apart of that 9/10. Great taste top quality . Friendly and quick service staff. I will definitely come back.

It’s a nice Japanese restaurant in London. All the meat were nice, apart from the beef tongue. We was expecting more about it. If you think about you are in London not Japan, it’s still a nice choice to go.
