Terrible Service all night. Also poor menu - little to no gluten free options. £20 salad was just lettuce and chicken breast - really nothing to return for.

Came for after theatre supper. Felt that the maitresse d' did not want another booking. Other staff however were friendly and efficient despite their supervisor.

Arancini and cold meat platter impressed as first courses. It's a matter of taste but gogonzola and apple didn't work well with the chicken salad. Generous portion for the lamb rump For a future visit I think we'll stick to the pizzas.

Food excellent with large portions. The lady serving us was very good. the only negative was the wait for drinks (including coffee/tea). The drinks appear to be made on another floor so by the time they arrived it was a wait. The coffee went back as it was cold. That said we would go back. Would recommend!

I was recommended this restaurant, as it is near to the theatre, where we were seeing Hamilton. It was not only convenient for the theatre, but also very close to the train and underground stations.
We ordered pizzas, I had the guest chef special, and they were both delicious. It was excellent value for money.
The waiting staff were very attentive and helpful and we will certainly come here again.

A party of four of us enjoyed a pre-theatre meal here. I had booked in advance and had requested a table in a quiet area as 2 of the party are deaf, the table reserved for us was perfect, thank you Hai Cenato! We ate from the pre-theatre menu, a limited menu with only 2 starters and 2 mains to choose from, but that was fine for us. It was good value and tasty food. Service was excellent and unobtrusive.

Thoroughly enjoyable pre-theatre dining experience. The food was exceptional - the risotto particularly so. Excellent service as well, and all in a lovely atmosphere.

For a corporate quick lunch maybe but not for an eve out. Weak and unexciting selection of cocktails during happy hour. Pizzas were good but overall place lacked warmth and atmosphere. Would not return.

We went here on a bank holiday (Sunday) and the place was pretty much empty. The staff were very attentive and helpful. I had the asparagus to start with burrata which was just a it dull and lacked any flavour and then the special pizza which was very disappointing, just lots of tomatoes shoved on a base. My partners two courses (mushroom and truffle arrancini and the nduja pizza) were much nicer but I guess I was just expecting more from a Jason Atherton restaurant. it was nice and a bit different but the food wasn't as good as I had hoped.

Food was fantastic but the whole dining experience was made brilliant by the truly exceptional waiting staff. We were there with a 3 year old and a 4 week old and the staff seemed to anticipate our every need. Nothing was too much trouble Would definitely go back.

Wonderful food friendly staff - offered my daughter and I a glass of Prosecco for her 18th which we were celebrating before seeing Hamilton - and a sparkler on her ice cream which was alsp complimentary! Will be back - a great place in a lively, buzzy Nova complex opposite Victoria Station with a good mix of professional after workers enjoying the sunshine and visitors like us! Grazie!!

Piazza was terrible. Gooey dough with far too much heavy toppings. It didn’t really taste like pizza... on the other hand the risotto was very good.
The place was super noisy and we couldn’t have a decent conversation.
It’s definitely not an Italian restaurant!!

Great pizza and lovely cocktails but the service was super slow and they add a 12.5% service charge, which I regretted paying as it took over 30mins to get a round of drinks.

Service was fast. Our mains came out in 5-10 minutes, which we weren’t really ready for, our olives came later. Asked to send them back as we had wanted to have them as a starter. It took three attempts of asking and a manager to come over to finally take the olives away. We felt really uncomfortable. I ordered a seafood linguine; it was £17 and consisted of clumps of linguine, two muscles and I think about three prawns but it was hard to tell as they’d been chopped up. Sauce was nice. They charged me for a more expensive wine than I ordered but I could be bothered to dispute this after the olive saga! My husband enjoyed his pizza.

Chose the pre-theatre menu which was a mistake. Starters (risotto and antipasti were fine. Unwise choice for second course - beef shin ragu with pappardelle. The pappardelle was 4 cm wide or so - widest I've had- and the ragu was very chunky with what seemed pulled beef shin, little moisture and unkissed by tomatoes?Probably very authentic, although I've never had a beef ragu quite so strong tasting and relatively dry, but not to our taste. Service was efficient, prices reasonable but should have chosen the pizza or gone a la carte. Wine & drinks menu seems reasonable. Maybe try again??

This was my first visit to Hai Cenato, chosen solely because of its proximity to Victoria Palace Theatre. This was a pre-theatre evening meal. By the way, it is also very close to one of the exits for Victoria Underground Station. Service was very fast as there were few people in so early in the evening. The food and cocktails were of excellent quality. I thought my pasta dish portion size was somewhat small and I am not a big eater! However, my partner's salad (from the "small plates" part of the menu) was a good size. Because of the size of my meal and the fairly high prices charged, I thought the meal was not really good value, but other than that, it was a pleasnt experience.

Food was cold and really not very good. Surprised Jason atherton has put his name to this. After eating at many of his other restaurants I expected much better.

Even the pizzas (which should surely be the “bread and butter” of this place) were pretty bad. Bland ingredients.

The general ambience of the restaurant and the level of service were very good. As regards the food, the starters and puddings were excellent, as to was my main course (monkfish) and the wine. However, my wife's pizza had a very sloppy base and tasted of absolutely nothing and we informed the waitress that this was the case. She apologised and said she would inform the management, but this did not lead to anyone with seniority coming to our table to discuss. Value for money would have been reasonable, had someone offered to replace my wife's pathetic main course with an alternative.
