My daughter enjoyed her halibut starter. I would have preferred the burrata without so much burrata and more veg. No other vegan/veg options . The pizza was a good size but too much pastry and not enough topping so I left it uneaten. The lemon tart was good and I asked for a strawberry sorbet instead of the written lemon one and that was a really good combo. The room was cold, there were some guests who kept jackets on. When I asked for the air conditioning to be lowered I was told this was not possible. The coffee was ordinary
My conclusion-more vegetarian options/vegan, better pizzas and warmer room.

Great little find for post-theatre dinner. I had booked a table but the show overran a little, so we arrived 15 minutes late. Loads of tables available and a few other diners still there. The chefs told us the kitchen was closed, but the front of house (who had disappeared briefly as we entered) welcomed us in and sat us down quickly and was attentive throughout. We quickly ordered and it wasn't long before we were eating. Very good service, quick to receive our drinks and food. Overall a nice find.

Easy location, chilled yet hip place with a nice selection of pizzas. One of the girls had pasta which was a small portion versus the impressive pizzas...would recommend for a fun dinner catch up in a current spot!

This place never ceases to amaze and please me - the variety of changing pizza menu's using seasonal ingredients and interesting, delicious combinations, is what brings me back time and time again. Love this place and the staff are always so charming, and helpful.

My husband and I loved Hai Cenato! We had the set pre-theatre menu, and we shared everything. The servers were quick and attentive, and the food was delicious. We got to the show in plenty of time, and that included a birthday treat from our server. I would definitely go back and try more of the food on the menu.

The food was amazing for both my vegetarian friend and me, a meat eater. Our server Leon really looked after us from the start with recommendations and very good knowledge of the menu. He even made our evening more special with some sparkling pink fizz for my friend's birthday. Would go back again for sure.

Service was slow. Food took 30 minUtes to arrive and was not cooked. Needed to send it back. There was a child screaming it’s head off across the restaurant for the entire meal, which was not the fault of the restaurant but the acoustics made it unbearable

Booked a table here as it was just round the corner from the Victoria Theatre where were going for a show later. Food was excellent and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Although we sat outside it was still fairly quiet and it was nice to take int he astmosphere of the area, which is also very good.

We were unlucky and had two corked bottles of wine in a row but the waiter was very helpful. The food food was poor. The linguini nero with crab was overpoweringly salty and the arancini were bland. Very disappointing as it was our anniversary and we had really been looking forward to it. We have both been great fans of Jason Atherton and this was far from his usual high standards.

They were super busy on the evening we went with a event upstairs (so I was told) - oddly enough despite having lots of spare tables downstairs I was told they would only accept pre made reservations and was promptly turned away - queue getting out my open table app and making a reservation in fifteen minutes time.... the hostess looked quite sheepish on my declaration that I had now made one and i would love to have a drink at the bar before. She was so very helpful after and the food was great as usual. Lovely evening sitting outside and the little additions such as offering blankets really helps to make the venue appealing. So odd start but no lasting damage!

I am sad to say the service was amongst the worse ever encountered amongst my dining experiences booked with open table.
I had booked 4 days ago and when waiting for a table- 10 mins before someone gave me the time of day and then tried to give me a really poor located table when a couple before me ( no booking) immediately got a great table... how poor is this
I was really surprised by both the wait for the pizza- nearly 30 mins and 3 attempts to ask where is our pizza - with a carefree dont give a crap attitude.
The bill then came without our espresso- another wait of 10 mins and coffee cold.
My friend from USA was appalled by the service.
Why we paid- god only knows.
Do not go at all
I will be saying to my friends - and I am italian- there are better places than this crap.

The food was good as usual but the service was awful. The staff was not competent enough to be serving all the outside tables. We had to wait 20 minutes for them to take our drink order and we had further delays later in getting our cheque even though they knew that we had to leave quickly to make the theatre.

This was my fifth time at HC. On previous occasions, I have visited with my partner and on a couple of occasions for a catch up with a close friend. Overall, I've been very happy with the food - pizzas and meat / fish dishes - and service. I love sitting by the kitchen watching the chefs in action. Sadly, Monday was a complete let down. We recommended HC to a couple of friends and were disappointed with almost everything. On arrival we were offered a table outside which I gratefully accepted as it was a lovely evening. For a start putting cushions on the back of the outside chairs is a complete waste of time as they simply slip down the back onto the floor. We decided on pizzas all round as I had been talking about just how good they were. All four were disappointing - cold and rubbery. The toppings, though, were obviously good ingredients. The service was abysmal. We waited ages to put in our order and it was again a long wait for our cold pizzas. We ordered a second bottle of Prosecco which took 1/2 to arrive. We decided to skip deserts as we were running out of time. We all ordered cappuccinos and had to chase twice and in the end we went inside to chase. I want to come again but at the moment, I'm feeling a little let down.

diverse menu, although I thought that there were too many different flavours on a pizza, I would have to try them all of course to be objective! it was nice to see the kitchen and the chefs looked intense as if they cared about what they were doing. The staff had the right amount of attention and one of them went out of their way to find a table outside and then found us a table inside when it got cold. i would return to try some non-pizza dishes
