Loved it! The food was amazing like always and the service was also great. I went there for my birthday and had a great time! They sang me happy birthday and even gave me a nice mug as a gift! Thank you Hadiliao♥️

Their price is too high. They automatically will charge you 12.5% service fee. Service is not as expected. They forgot to give me drink until I remind. I do not think I will come back any more.

Haidilao has upped its game and how! The mala soup is now vegetarian and halal friendly which is amazing, the service as always is top notch and the seasoning counter as amazing as I remember it! Absolutely loved it and always do 😃

They have student discount from 1pm to 5pm. We reached around 3pm, they said didn’t have available table we should wait, but when we went to washroom there were many table. And we just wait until 4, they have fake available table, so we can’t pay before 5pm and missed student discount;)

We normally love Hai di lao, but this visit was below its usual standard, there was no service upstairs whilst we waited for our booked table. Then after ordering the food took almost an hour to arrive. The waitress was great, and it wasnt her fault but the time it took was not good and meant other parts of the meal were cold.

Booking is definitely necessary for here but is definitely worth it. Came with my girlfriend who is vegan and there were plenty of options to the point where we ended up ordering too much (we were expecting the place to be more expensive to be fair). Staff were also very welcoming and even give you an information card if you've never tried hotpot before. Overall a brilliant experience and we'll definitely be back next time we're in London :)

It was good but this time the sauces/fruit section didn't have much fruit. I also booked for my partner's bday and the nice lady who lead us to the table confirmed who's bday is it but nothing else happened

Me and my partner had a fantastic experience at Haidilao, it was our first time at Hotpot and the staff were so welcoming and helpful especially with helping us decide on what broth.The food was amazing but we did order way too much and we weren’t a fan of the different meatballs they did they were a slightly strange texture and the flavours a little odd but everything else tasted great and had so much flavour! Only complaint was they forgot about our drinks and we had to say about them a few times and one of our drinks when it turned up was wrong but it they were still good. A wonderful experience for a special day and we 100% will be coming back

Service has gone downhill as well as the staff. Wasn’t offered the usual, no hair band, no bag to put our jackets into. No WATER jug and didn’t offer us water at ANY time of our meal. Was given a plate with the after mint candy and toothpicks in the MIDDLE of our meal. Maybe the girl was new or lack of staff but service has really gone downhill. The food was not presented nicely and the meat usually comes in rolls, ours this time was flat and squashed.. The same with the previous time I went with my sister thinking it was just a bad day. Last time they added the free water into the hot pot soup base, which usually in the o2 branch they would add the soup base you’ve ordered. Sadly won’t be returning to the Piccadilly branch as they’re so accustomed to being busy, will eventually lose the hype and customers will notice the change. If you’re planning to experience haidilao first time I’d suggest going to the o2 branch otherwise it’ll be your first and last visit.
