seating arrangements were perfect, food was of great quality, very well elaborated, perfect size. very friendly staff

Me and my wife really enjoy the service and everything and also the food is very good

Our late dinner sitting was let down by the slow service - it was far too long in between timing of courses. The staff did not pick up on this annoyance or give any explanation.

Best Food I've had in Abu Dhabi BY FAR. I was sceptical at first but the Dragon Menu was amazing.

Reduce no of tables for more privacy.
More set menus can be added starting AED200

Overall an enjoyable evening although a few points could be improved:

Outside seating was damp and seemed to get worse during evening. Perhaps due to weather conditions however not the most comfortable for a high end restaurant.

Parking was unclear and we were not aware it would not be possible to leave our car overnight until leaving the restaurant. Ended up having to go to hotel reception and taking with valet tram at end of evening to arrange.

Service generally good albeit slow at times.

Subdued lighting, mood music, Hakatini followed by a Chassagne-Montrachet 2016, palate pleasing appetisers, eyes on tables (unobtrusive service)...a very enjoyable evening.

Too expensive for a fair food and normal service. Below expectations.

Beautiful setting, great service and the food was amazing. Would highly recommend the brunch and also the jasmine tea wagyu beef.

I had heard that the Emirates Places was an amazing place and Hakkasan was one of the best restaurants in Abu Dhabi and they were right. The outdoor patio was absolutely beautiful and comfortable, it was a little chilly and they offer scarfs to keep warm.

The food was absolutely delicious especially the signature Peking duck and Jasmine tea smoked Wagyu beef ribs, the drinks were excellent. The service and attention to detail were simply outstanding and is by far one of the best dinning experiences in Abu Dhabi and highly recommend.

Outstanding and every bit as good as the London branch where I’m a regular. Delicious dumplings, and excellent service. Absolutely loved it. The best meal I’ve had in ages. I’d give 20 stars if I could :))

Only tiny feedback was that I was seated too close to loud groups. Staff helped facilitate my request to move to quieter part of restaurant.

Great food and relatively fair prices in relation to other high-end locations like Zuma, Nobu etc.

From seating to issuing the dessert menu, the service and ambiance were excellent. Covid precautions were strictly followed.The food was well presented and delicious. We found the experience enjoyable and will definitely return.

We enjoyed our dinner. Food was delicious and amazing stuff.

Food was great, some dishes were already somewhat cold. Biggest issue was that our food didn’t arrive together. So some were eating others still waiting for the main course to come. Attention of the service was ok but I would expect more of a Restaurant in this category.

Hakkasan is definitely one of the best restaurants we’ve been to. Our serve Koh is amazing. As first time guests, we were accommodated with the best service. Looking forward to our next visit at this restaurant.

Drinks are always v slow to arrive. Usually 7-9 mins. Very poor.

We asked to sit at the bar but were shown to a table.

I went to celebrate my Birthday and I’m so glad I chose this place. The setting was fantastic located in Emirates Palace and the table was outside on the terrace absolutely amazing ambiance. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and did everything right. The food was fabulous too. My desert came on a plate with Happy Birthday and my name which was impressive and made me feel special. I could not have asked for a more perfect evening. Thank you Hakkasan 🙏🏻

Arrived 7.00 which is too early for Abu Dhabi eating but suits us. Attentive charming staff talked us through menu choices. Chose a tasting type menu. Started with a fish soup with a ying yang theme follwed by starters with the most delicious fried nuts and dim sung. Main course was a deeply unctuos beef dish , spicey fried prawns and a roasted seabass in honey which flaked perfectly. Pudding arrived looking like a large Ferrero Rocher chocolate but was far more delicious. Although we sat inside to eat they took us outside to finish our wine and enjoy the view. Heading back there on Saturday to say thanks to friends who helped us out during our quarentine coming back from UK

It was very good. We book for two and we discovered the Friday dim sum at hakkasan.
So fantastic

The food was luxurious and delicious which is expected of an asian cuisine. Although the price was a little too much but understandable. The ambiance resonates the mood for
a good jazz band (which you can consider in the future). I would visit again if i feel for a fancy evening.

The restaurant manager was very rude, we had an issue with the card and he was rude when we asked for the bill.

It's our first time at Hakkasan AD. Was just expecting a bit more to be honest. Nothing was terrible but just wasn't blown away by any of it. Not a patch on Zuma IMHO.

We found the food and service was excellent. We enjoyed the outside bar.

Great food, fast & efficient service, good value for a 5+ star dining. The furniture of the restaurant look old and some are falling apart. Scratches and dents and depreciation all around. Not fitting for a high-end dining experience.
