Ham Yard Bar and Restaurant Ratings and Reviews
Food was great, couldn't fault it.
Staff were fantastic, very accommodating and friendly. Definitely didn't feel as though they were rushing to turn over the table as many other restaurants do. Will definitely be coming back.
Please do not take the sticky toffee pudding off the menu!!
Originally planned to just have cocktails at the bar so we could experience the fabulous design choices but ended up booking an early table. Not very busy in the dining room early but bar scene was hopping. Service and food were both excellent and I ordered the set menu which was excellent value!
Three of us had an excellent lunch at the restaurant. Great welcome, charming staff and perfect food. Our first visit - won't be the last! We felt at home from the moment we arrived until we left, when a member of staff quickly got us a taxi. Would highly recommend the restaurant and the hotel looks very chic too!
We enjoyed a fabulous lunch at the Ham Yard restaurant to celebrate a family member's birthday. As on every previous occasion I have dined at the Ham Yard, the staff were friendly, relaxed, highly attentive and obliging. We chose to go a la carte, although the set menu looks incredible value. As usual, each dish was expertly executed and extremely tasty. It was a lovely touch when the waiter emerged with a birthday dessert at the end of the meal. All round, the lunch was excellent.
What a fantastic restaurant! The food , the ambience, the service! It really is a special place for a special occasion.
I am recommending Ham Yard to all my friends who go to London.
We had the pre theatre menu!
We will make it a must do, when ever we are in the west end.
What a beautiful place! My friend and I had the two courses for 19.50 and the food was phenomenal. Can't fault anything about this place. The service by Thomas and the rest of the staff made me feel completely relaxed and was attentive but not over the top. Thank you ham yard, will be back again soon :)
This bar/restaurant in the centre of the West End is the best! It has everything going for it. Ticks all the boxes for a hugely enjoyable drinks and dinner out.
The food is consistently delicious and the friendly, professional and caring serving staff are all second to none. The decor inspiring and uplifting.
We have dined here on several occasions and can’t wait for an excuse to go back!
Can highly recommend.
We wen for a pre theatre meal and were blown away by both the hotel and its furnishings.
It is very trendy but at the same time warm and inviting.
The pre-theatre menu at £19.50 for two courses was good value and the service from all
staff we encountered was absolutely excellent.
This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet courtyards just minutes from Picadilly Circus.
Thoroughly recommend it.
We were most impressed with our first visit for lunch at the Ham Yard. We had assumed their set menu was available on Saturday at lunchtime but it wasn’t. However, they honoured this menu and the food was creative, and well served in gorgeous surroundings. The decor is very interesting with different themes throughout. The service was most attentive too. A lot of people were enjoying Afternoon tea (around 2.30 pm). We will certainly go back. They have an outside terrace and roof terrace too. Great to enjoy in the Summer months.
Perfect pre theatre venue. Buzzing with atmosphere. Charming helpful friendly and very professional staff. Delicious and incredibly good value menu. Comfortable roomy table. My husband is slightly deaf and it wasn’t too noisy. A great find for an early supper. Really very good.
