My wife and I split a chopped wedge and a filet, and both were done to perfection. To top it off we enjoyed the butter cake dessert, which was also fantastic! But the best part of the night was our server Taylor! She was fun, on point, and took great care of us!

Staff was very friendly, but not on top of service. Steaks were good cuts but bland. Hand cut fries were just okay. Their ranch side salad comes with granola on top, the combination did not work for me at all. Overall the experience was just okay. The atmosphere was the best part.

Cavernous room with hard surfaces makes for a loud evening. We were at a small table for two across from the bar. When our beet salad came the server also brought our steak, asparagus, and sweet potato fries. What?! We sent everything back so we could have just our salad as first course. The plates were so big they couldn’t have fit them all on the table anyway. Our server apologized and said they’d make fresh dishes when we were done with salad but who knows. Food was average. Nice glass of Justin Cabernet though.

We loved our dinner at Hand Cut! The sliders and meatballs were great appetizers. Also loved the ceasar salad. Our steaks were also delicious, but we were un-impressed with the Mac n cheese. The band was great and so was the service!!! We will definitely be back next time we’re in Nashville!

Service was very slow. The person who waited on us was also the bartender. Took 30 minutes to get our burgers, and they were hard as a rock. Way over done. So they were probably were sitting there for a while before being brought out to us. Our meal was missing the sweet potato stings that were supposed to come with our burgers, but because service was so slow we didn't have time to deal with it.

Poor service, expensive prices and even priced us $5 each for two small steak sauces. Steak was only ok. Also got a wedge. Arrived all chopped up as a mixed salad and was bad. Disappointed and really expected much better given how nice the hotel is.

The music was way too loud and it was very dark at the table. Nothing on the table to improve the ambience. The ribeye was mostly fat and no flavor. The sides and service were the beat part.
