The staff was very friendly and asked repeadetly if everything was alright.
Atmosphere was great. Food was fresh, tasty and quickly delivered. Richie, our waiter, was friendly and helpful and added to our experience.
Really good service by all of the staff, and the food was generally enjoyable. However, for the price paid for both food and drinks, it is not reflected in the quality, and you are only paying such high prices for the brand.

Restaurante espectacular justo al lado de un canal. Disfruta de unas vistas preciosas mientras te proteges de la lluvia y disfrutas de la comida del Hard Rock. Recomendable.
Booked online for 9pm.arrived a bit early seated quickly. Lovely view of canal. Had starter to share which was plenty. Had a burger each and both of us thoroughly enjoyed it.
Hair in my mini slider through the mince. Took it off the bill but nothing more to apologise for it. Not even a complimentary drink!

Great Thanksgiving meal at the Hard Rock. We arrived late and staff was very accommodating.
This isn't the nicest Hard Rock I've ever been to but the staff are always very friendly. The food is usually served cold. I go there once a year for Thanksgiving and when I need American style service in Dutchland where most Dutch servers are pretty horrible.

Service was absolutely awful. Had to keep asking for things, took nearly 20 minutes for someone to ask us what we want for drink and then another 20 to receive them! Food was impeccable.

Had a lovely meal here whilst visiting Amsterdam. Had the New York strip steak and was so tender and full of flavour and me and my boyfriend loved the mac and cheese also! Would recommend dining here. Thanks for a lovely evening. Staff were great.
dit hardrock cafe ligt aan het water , wat leuk is als je beneden zit met zicht hierop. wel kouder dan boven. muziek goed zoals alle hardrocks , maar qua aankleding geen gevoel dat ik in hardrock zat. de ribbetjes veel minder lekker dan al de andere hardrocks dat we al gedaan hebben. kidsmenu had koud. dienster was erg kort en gefrustreerd door onderlinge spanningen op het werk. jammer , normaal altijd top ervaringen bij hard rock cafe . nu met teleurgesteld naar buiten gegaan.
Flavio was great. I wrote a much better review but when I tried to click back the app closed. Havent got time to rewrite so Flavio was the best part.

Such an amazing restaurant. Good music, delicious food, staff are so friendly and helpful and very good at their job. Good prices, lovely cocktails, great desserts.

Voor food moet je daar niet zijn. Armzalige pizza, doorbakken frietjes, e.a. tegen te hoge prijs.

Food and staff were amazing but nearly 90 euros for three burgers and three drinks is very expensive. Overall enjoyed the experience.

But the food :-( I had the sizzling fajitas... had to ask for my fajitas ?!? Saw another table happening exactly the same, it looked like you were out of fajitas ?
Furthermore the salad beneath it was not super fresh, I didnot dare to eat it...
For the value paid I would hope for superfresh salad...
Very nice food, exceeded my expectations. Drinks were on refill, so that was a nice surprise. As always a good service.
We went because of our anniversary and had a good time! I still think it was a little expensive but worth it! :)
Sometimes the noise level is too high. If you sit in the neighborhood of the speakerboxis then the music level can be to high.
Door staff were lovely, the table service was rubbish, half of food came out then 10 minutes before the rest came out.
Food was medium at best, it's used to be good american food. But now it's boring simple snackbar food.
Second time in HRC Amsterdam, all was great but the good took too long - there is room for improvement.
