A little sad to see HRC so quiet, but staff did everything to ensure our health and safety. Food was nice as ever!

Best Corona proof restaurant! Very clean and the food is great.

When I arrived at the HRC there was nobody around because the weather was very bad, rain and wind. Around 12;15pm I saw that it was open, so I went to the door and sanitizer my hands and my temperature was taken and that was good so I was let in. There was nobody else (customers) there so I was the only one and that stayed that way until I left about 1 hour later. Anyhow the service was excelent as always and the food that I ordered was also excelent.

Great as always! We will definitely come back! Mac & cheese and the sliders are great!

The hard rock cafe in Amsterdam has changed over the years. Where there used to be guitars everywhere, there are almost none left (maybe moved around to other cafe's?). The band which is on the walls the most now is The Grateful Dead, which I personally like alot, but I don't think many Dutch people or European people know anything about them. That makes the interior a bit empty for fans of Rock 'n Roll. That said, the service is amazing, truly top of the line. We have someone with milk allergy in the family and they solved that wonderfully by making a custom burger. I would still very much reccomend the Hard Rock Cafe Amsterdam, but I hope they will add more different guitars and rock 'n roll historical items. The music has become more heavy, which we liked, because in earlier years it was like MTV. 4/5

Always very stylish, very good hamburgers, very friendly atmosphere. To improve French fries, are not so special as they should be. They should also need to modernize a little bit, it starts looking obsolete.

Nice please always friendly staff en good food.
Also COVID ruls are very good

I like the space between the tables. Normaly it is very crowded. I like it better this way. The staff was very kind , the food was very good, the music was not too loud.

Great experience - staff were very friendly and welcoming. Quick temperature check on arrival and then shown to our our table (no need to provide contact info as booked via open table). Our waiter was great, food and drink arrived very quickly, tasted great too! Although the ambiance is probably not how we expected having been in other Hard Rock Cafes (albeit pre-COVID) we had a lovely evening and would happily go again.

Very very bad experience. It was 19 september- our seconde time( first in february 2020)...and we will never visit you again. Service is ZERO...staff too busy to talk between them, but for asking you the tips - it"s easy. Girl who served us didn"t know menu at all... With 'CORONA' you need to scan menu, which not easy to do...and we all have IPHONES. It is not a lot of dishes and test of different burgers is the same. My son had his 18 Birthday...they served him ice-cream only after i paid the bill 136 euro and 5 euro tips (cash). We were waiting 15 min this poor congratulation ….wanted to go, but having 'good mine' for our son! SHAME ON YOU! SO BIG NAME AND SO POOR SERVICE!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY…...

Hardrock café is a place I like to come but comparred with the other cafés all over the world, this one is cheap. Normally its fancy and chique. This one is a ordinary “vreetschuur”. To bad.

If you want to eat good food in a perfect environment, than go eat at the hard rock café Amsterdam

Nice Location, tasty burger and friedly service.

Staff was great! Music,Food and Ambiance also! But there was a familly with a small child that screamed and cried the whole freakin' time. It was awfull...and really stressfull. I couldn't even have a decent conversation with my friend. ..I really looked forward of going to the HRC after 23 years. Too bad this familiy decided to visit as well.

It's a nice place to visit and get some cool t-shirt, but the food and drinks sucks.

To go to the HRC A'dam is kind of a tradition, when I'm here. It might be a bit pricy, but its ok. Service is alway excellent, food is great, sometimes music is a bit loud, well its the Hard Rock Cafe. The quality is constant. And I like the view.

Always a favourite with the family. A slightly more limited menu due to Covid, but still good quality food in a fun atmosphere. Excellent service as aalways from the Hard Rock staff - they really know how to make you welcome and provide excellent service.

Really enjoyed it here, lovely staff and really helpful. Food was amazing, reasonably priced. Would definitely visit again if in the country and will recommend.

Ein klasse letzter Abend in Amsterdam. Toller Starter mit den Spicy-Garnelen. Ein exzellenter Doppelbeaf-Burger mit Cheeseburger und als Abschluss den American Chessecake und den Fudgebecher. Dazu eingeführte Coke Zero satt und ein gut gemachter Hurricane. Der Service war hervorragend, süss, freunlich und sehr schnell....nur zu empfehlen

The people at hard rock are amazing. They always up for a chat and i requested a dessert to suprise my bf and they did it. Super service and amazing food

Very disappointed 😥 I've been to this Hard Rock Cafe over and over again and always had amazing outstanding food.

If this had been my first visit I would not have returned!!

The food was horrible and the location was to old for a hard rock cafe. Not the same like cologne, vienna and so on.

It was a nice Ambiente.
In Germany we say vallah der Burger hat nicht geschmeckt.
