   Tolles Hard Rock Cafe, das von außen relativ klein aussieht, aber innen sehr groß, geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet ist. Service und Essen waren top, auch der Merchandise-Shop hat eine sehr große Auswahl.

   This place looks overrated to me. Anyway, it is neither the cheapest nor the best burger restaurant in town, but what really failed me is that they brought my daughter a kids burger menu with only ketchup for the fries; since my daughter doesn't like ketchup I asked for some mayonnaise, which I found out costed me €1,90. This is ridiculous.

   We have been placed at the very back of the restaurant near a group of 12 very noisy young guys. My wife and I had some difficulties to discuss. In addition to that, the restaurant is vey poorly decorated and when we were able to hear the music, it was mainly death metal. Hopefully, the hostress was very kind with us, answering our questions with patience. We have been served quite quickly and the food was ok. For your info, I personnaly went to the SFO and Brussels Hard Rock Cafes, and with my wife, the ones in Roma, Florence, Lisbon and of course Paris. Sorry to say that but for the moment, Innsbruck is my worst experience. We plan to go to Wien in 2 weeks and we have decided to try again with HRC. Will it be our last try ? Hope not...

    We’re very sorry we seemed to have “disturbed” the girl at the front desk (she seemed bothered by our reservation) and have caused an argument between our waitress and her… didn’t necessarily contribute to a warm and welcome feeling The food was good and the other people bringing our food were very friendly - so thanks to them the dining experience was saved.

    we wanted to have a chill dinner but the live music was way too loud, we couldn’t even talk to each other. nevertheless the staff was amazing and the food was really yummy too

    Man müsste bei der Reservierung sehen, ob man einen Tisch im Freien oder drinnen reserviert hat. Das Service war sehr schwach, haben dreimal nachfragen müssen wann die Getränke kommen. Viel Servicepersonal das verrückt hin und her läuft, aber ohne Plan. Das Essen war reichlich, aber sehr teuer und danach war einer Person von uns übel. Wir kommen nicht mehr dahin.

    Overall, the soundscape was chaotic, I had the impression that there were several music sources. Besides, I expect at least rock music in a hard rock cafe. The service was said to be understaffed, but very helpful. I don't need Hardrock Cafe for the next two years.

    Horrific experience here today! I ordered chicken fajitas and my Mum ordered chilli. The chilli came luke warm - this sort of thing needs to be re-heated properly or it’s dangerous. The chicken was cold and clearly out of a packet! Absolutely gross! My Mum has an immune condition so we are very wary with food standards due to infection risk and this was very very below standard! We sent the food back as it completely put us off eating there! I really do not feel the food would pass basic hygiene standards!!! The manager came over and we said we would like to pay for our drinks then leave. He said this wasn’t possible and we would have to pay at least 50% which was absolutely ridiculous when the food wasn’t edible and we had had one mouthful each! He didn’t even try offer to rectify the food? We argued that this wasn’t fair but said we were willing to pay for the drinks. The manager turned very aggressive and started shouting at us. We turned to walk out and he grabbed my arm to hold me back! I shouted this was assault and walked out! Do not go to this place! As if the food wasn’t bad enough the service is horrific! The place is also dirty!!!!!! Stay away!

    Hard Rock Cafe - InnsbruckResponded on 2 March 2022As we have already answered in detail in our email, you returned the food without any comprehensible reason and immediately insisted not to pay. We accommodatingly gave a 50% discount, which caused you to behave aggressively towards our staff. After tearing up the bill in front of the guests + manager, you left our restaurant screaming loudly and frantically. You did not pay their bills, which is a criminal offence. Witnesses from neighbouring tables gave us their details without being asked.
