We had the baby ribs think they was dinosaur ribs so big and delicious

Terribly sticking tables. Do they really cleanse them? Ordered the ribs and the waitress didn’t bring anything to alllow me to clean my fingers. This is really annoying. I had to ask. Hard to get the ‘free’ soda drinks top ups. They are clearly instructed not to give these away. A shame. Over all an average place and it should be a good place. Maybe this is why the place was nearly empty.
Why do waiters and waitresses always disappear when you want to pay the bill? There has to be a reason I’ve yet to find out.

So in summary. Good location, nice interior, yet the staff need training and the food did appear to be somewhat micro waved. Shame the brand was one of the best once.

Burgers are amazing - great service, can't wait to go back

There are better places to eat ribs, burgers and fries, is not memorable food-wise. But we have a really great time, nice music. Wonderful service, really friendly staff!

I absolutely love the Hard Rock Cafe. It is very delicious and the way the food looks is amazing. The service is very good all staff is very friendly. And ofc very good Music.

Food was tasty but very expensive for what you get and adding on the tips

the only down fall to our dining experience was that without being asked service charge was added on now I have no issue leaving a tip and done so in cash to our server but having this just put onto the bill without being asked I found very off putting other than that food atmosphere and restaurant and shop itself was top quality.

The wait for the table was not very long, and the service was quick and very efficient. The staff were super friendly as always

Very nice meal, amazing place in terms of decorations etc. Only thing that let it down was the service. Luckily we didn’t want desserts, because after our plates were taken away it was 40 minutes before someone came over to us again so we could ask for the bill. It was busy but 40 minutes is a long time especially if we had wanted desserts.

The ambience in Hard Rock is great, I think it's just what you'd want from a restaurant in Central London. They had a great choice on the menu, the staff were very attentive and the food was delicious. Generous portions too, I couldn't finish all mine! Good selection of drinks and cocktails too. A nice little treat when out in London!

Amazing atmosphere, food and staff. 100% the best place to eat in central London.

We’ve been quite a few times and the food has been very good. On this occasion the food was poor, Luke warm and greasy, not impressed. There is a reduced menu ( no fajitas, our favourite) hopefully this is a one off bad experience. Staff are all really lovely though.

Fabio did a great job keeping us happy. Best service we've had for a long time, friendly, efficient and above all very courteous. Top waiter!

Excellent service and great food, music just about right

To begin with, the food wasn’t worth the cost. I ordered a piña colada with burgers and fries the piña colada was in a small regular sized cup the weather didn’t ask me if I wanted a large one or a small one you just gave it to me. Moreover the food that came to me was not very well prepared the chips were dry they had no sauce I didn’t even see any sauces on the menu so like I can’t eat the chips when they are super dry the burger was unseasoned tasteless I had to actually just taste of food but I left most of it on the plate the world and asked me if I need anything during the course of my meal the nachos were very expensive and they was in a large amount I was actually shocked to see that overall the experience was very poor I thought I wasted 61 pounds for no reason and I am kind of disappointed with the whole experience of going central London on a night out with my friend so I will definitely never ever go back to that kind of place in my life.

Celebrated two birthdays here on a Friday night and had the best time! The restaurant is spacious and beautifully appointed. We had a booth for five of us, and even though it was busy enough for a great atmosphere, we felt safe in regard to social distancing. The food and service were both excellent. We had starters and mains and birthday ice cream sundaes. The music was so good - classic rock with some pop thrown in - and the volume was perfect. We bought a few items from the huge Rock Shop to complete a brilliant evening.

Met up with a friend in Piccadilly to have lunch before the theatre. I looked on trip advisor and chose the Hard Rock Cafe. Excellent friendly, service from entering and a good safe ambiance. Food was good but were disappointed with the value of meal...thought it was expensive.

My first time at HARD ROCK CAFE & it was amazing.. I will certainly visit again.

Had a great first visit to this Hardrock. Live music on while we had great service and a fab meal. Will definitely revisit next time we’re in London.

Food was good. But service slow. We nearly missed out theatre show. And the tip is automatically included in the bill but when using card tipping is offered again.

Service was slow to start with but once our order was placed it was great

Amazing service- really great waitress. Food fantastic and loved the cocktails. Very expensive but a great treat for our son's 18th before going to theatre. Would recommend
