   Having spent a day in London for my wife’s birthday celebrations I had prebooked a table at Hard Rock Cafe. We arrived in plenty of time and were quickly seated. Ordering our food and drinks we waited a fair while for our mains and we both had fries with our delicious burgers. I asked my wife if her fries were hot and she said ‘yes’. Mine however were stone cold and when we eventually got hold of a server the look I got was as if I was making a huge fuss. They were replaced with hot ones but come on, it wasn’t my fault and was paying good money for a meal. It slightly spoiled what was otherwise a great day.

   Had a great night at the Hard Rock Cafe, Piccadilly. Its been, (literally) decades since my last visit to a HR Cafe and I was very pleased that time has not diminished the experience. I went with a group of work colleagues, some of whom had never visited before and TBH I think some of them were surprised at the quality of the food. Everyone enjoyed themselves. A special shout out to Florin, our server who was attentive, engaging, really really helpful in ensuring one of our party's dietary needs could be satisfied well and he really enhanced the experienced. I was also surprised at how the noise level was such that everyone could have a conversation. So often restaurants are so noisy you can't hear yourself think! Well done Hard Rock Cafe - will be back!

   Love HRC first visit to this one. Would definitely return if I'm in London. Staff and service excellent. Great portion sizes too. Loved it. Memorabilia and Rock Shop where amazing too. In a great location nextdoor to Criterion Theatre

   We went to HRC Piccadilly London for my 50th birthday celebration with relatives from Germnay. It was great, as always in any HRC. Staff really friendly and helpful, Food was amazingly good. BUT: The music was extremly loud, which made conversations very difficult, but most of all, it made it difficult to understand the staff ( and they did misunderstood us as well). We did ask to turn it down a bit which they did for about 5 min. I do think, it was misunderstandings and not on purpose from the staff. We have had 3 Cocktails and were told, if oder big ones, we can get the glass for free, all 3 of us said, that we do NOT want a big one, as we didn`t want (had glasses from previous visits) the glasses. Nonethenless we were served the big ones, but thought nothing of it and due conversations we did not query at the time. The next point was, that we have ordered 2 Legendary Nachos for sharing and received only 1 (was charged 1 at the end). At the end, when paying the bill, I specifically asked, if TIP (service charge is included) and how much he gets from it. Due to the noise level I thought he said, that he gets only 5% so in order to top it up, I have put extra TIP on the bill and found out later, that 12,5% were already added. So in order for those "misunderstandings" not to occur, they should make sure, that the music is not as loud as it was. All in all it was a very nice touch as well, that the staff members were singing "happy birthday" as well.

   Made my son’s birthday very special. Messi burger had to be returned as chicken selection was rubbish. But they corrected it quickly
