    My food had to be returned as the burger was raw in the middle. They apologised and said a new meal would be prepared. This was done and more apologies made. The burger was just about cooked this time but not browned, just a pale grey. This was disappointing as it was a return visit by us and we're looking forward to it. Our drinks had been spoilt as both had been overfilled with lime juice making them too bitter and we had to get another glass of soda to weaken the drinks. All considered we had a disappointing time and this spoiled the experience.

    The wraps in the fajitas were very dry and hard around the edges. The waiter was very polite but it all seemed very rushed. I have been there a few times and yesterday wasn’t great. Couldn’t hear the music either it was just a loud noise. Other staff were looking stressed and tired

    Great food and service from our waiter. The restaurant is better for managing guest flow downstairs. It was a better experience than my previous visit as there were less people hanging around in the restaurant, which enabled a calmer and enjoyable atmosphere with the staff able to move round.

    First time here. Great food, great service. Atmosphere was superb. Can’t knock the music either, Nirvana, Greenday, Blink 182, Pink Floyd, Linkin Park, Oasis, etc

    The food was very good, our server was good, and the ambience was good. I had no issue with my reservation. Only minor thing was the pumpkin pie from the turkey dinner couldn't be sold separately but my girlfriend wanted turkey anyway so it worked out fine and the staff were very helpful. The decor was neat, especially the Beatles stuff.

    Lovely evening service outstanding. Mariano was superb and looked after us very very well. We were there for my daughters birthday and made extra special with the waiters singing happy birthday and bringing her a chocolate sundae pudding. Second time we have been and like the first time definitely didn't disappoint. Our next trip to London will definitely be including Hard Rock cafe again

    We had the most fantastic experience. Loved every second with you. I asked for a spot near the David Bowie me memorabilia and we had a booth next Door . The waitress Katallin was brilliant 🤩 give her a pay rise. See you again soon., btw the food was excellent 👌 thank you .

    My friend and I were served by Marcos and Emilio, they were both so friendly and very accommodating. Marcos recommended we had the cheesy flatbread for starters and he was right it was delicious. I have always rated the food at the Hard Rock and always enjoyed coming here when I am down in London because the service is always so good and the food is great. We will definitely be visiting again.

    I chose The Hard Rock for my Partners 40th Birthday and I am so glad I did. From walking in we were looked after straight away. Our waiter who's name has slipped my mind could not have been more attentive. The staff even sand Happy Birthday to him when his desert was served. Absolutely above and beyond and the food was amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute, you truly made his day.

    Gluten free friers not working so 8 year old daughter not able to have chips and had to watch the rest of us eating chips so was quite upset. Otherwise great food although service a hit haphazard

    Son had birthday lunch treat here at weekend. He was disappointed that it was more "Soft Pop Cafe" than hard rock, but he and pals had a good time anyway. Prices could be worse given the venue, but better can be had for less elsewhere.

    We booked weeks in advance for my daughters birthday stating on the booking that she had Coeliacs disease. When we arrived we were told there were no gluten free buns and that the gluten free frier had broken the day before. We had to leave as a bun less burger isn’t much of a birthday treat. Really disappointed
