Hard Rock Cafe - Piccadilly Circus
Terrible service, was at our table 50 minutes hadn’t even finished our meal and the bill was brought over and put on the table no mention if we wanted any more drinks or deserts! Complained to the manager and he didn’t come back over then we were just sat there no one coming to serve us so had to ask for another manager for it to be sorted. Won’t be returning and we use hard rock cafes all over the world. Very disappointing
Took my ‘hard-to-please’ teenagers here and they loved it.
Service is average at best, food ok but you pay a big premium for the name. Tables are crammed in next to each other. Standard chain restraunt.
Extremely enjoyable environment with excellent service and tasty food.
The service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and so so accommodating. They really acknowledge my allergies and even prepare my food in a separate corner of the kitchen to make sure there were no risks. We went there as a family and really loved it. The food was great, the ambiance, the decorations and the music really made it a great experience. The value for the price was really good. We would definitely go back to eat there again. I cannot recommande it enough. I highly recommend the pineapple lemonade cocktail. Overall it’s really amazing.
We love it here, great food, great service and a great choice of drinks. We enjoy the music and atmosphere, the servers are all so friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!
This was our first visit to the Piccadilly restaurant and we had a great time. The waiting staff were lovely as always and the atmosphere was excellent. We went for early dinner so the noise levels were good but not too loud.
As specified already, the food and service were excellent. The only negative was that the memorabillia on show was too modern despite the Hard Rock being around since 1971.
I know its a music cafe but music was too high to talk!!!!
My dish was beautiful, my partners wasn’t as nice. Very expensive for what you get. Very loud. Service was slow and poor. However for the experience, once, it was good.
Son’s first trip to London so we’ve gone for treats and this was a good place for kids. Enjoyed our food.
Couldn’t fault it. Food and atmosphere was brilliant. All servers were professional and very good at their job. Best Hard Rock Cafe I have visited.
A really great 'fun' restaurant. Excellent gluten free menu & very helpful staff.
Only point to make anyone aware of is that if you get a black cab here make sure they know you want this Hard Rock Cafe. We got dropped at the other one on Piccadilly and had to take a second black cab! The taxi driver said he did not realise this one existed because it is new. No bother but just an annoyance!
Overall a great place to eat, we all really enjoyed our visit and will be back!
This was our first time dining at Hard Rock Cafe Piccadilly Circus. We were pleased with the qualityof the drinks and the food. The service was also quite efficient and friendly. The noise level is much better than at the original cafe on Park Lane.
First visit to a Hard Rock cafe, it won't be my last!
Good food, fast and friendly service and great music.
A great experience for our sons first birthday! The staff presented him with a birthday sundae but sang to him a lot quieter after we said the normal version may scare him! Will definitely return for his 2nd birthday!
This experience outweighed what we were expecting! The food was amazing and fresh and the service excellent
Love it!!! Hard Rock as always gave us an awesome experience! Nice staff, awesome food, great music and... Freddie Mercury microphone which made our experience even better. Thank you Hard Rock Cafe for another awesome dinner!
Excellent service from Bruno. Meal enjoyed by the whole family and great atmosphere
Le service était très bien, le personnel à votre service.
Les prix abordable.
Amy was great and made our night! Nachos were pretty damn good too 😊
Staff very friendly and helpful - due to my shellfish food allergies, the kitchen had to cook a steak that was separate from all other food. However, after waiting nearly an hour, the waitress brought us some ordered onion rings and dips to have due to long wait. My steak salad arrived without crispy onions and Stilton cheese - just dish of lettuce and one tomato cost £19.00 . My husband ordered steak with mushrooms on top £ 27.00 but had steak with seafood on top £34.00 !!! We were so hungry, we had what was given and hefty bill £70 !
I was violently sick and had allergy symptoms . Do not know if they cross contaminated cooking , with husbands dish and mine (why on Earth they would think I would be eating with someone having shellfish - is beyond me - and they should have checked our order) or the barbecue dip had shellfish ingredient in it and wasn’t checked.
So, not a good experience on my husbands special birthday . Had no time to order sweet/coffee as needed to go to theatre , didn’t make it to theatre as extremely I’ll. , therefore , very very expensive for plate of lettuce and something that we didn’t order for over an hour wait that caused allergy reaction - I think we should have a refund
Very good experience, our waiter Bruno was superb! Would go again 10/10!!!!!!
What can I say - it's the Hard Rock experience! Exciting, interesting, buzzing, lively. We aren't big eaters so tend to get one dish with a side between the two of us - leaves room for a mammoth Hot Fudge Brownie monster dessert.... see if you can finish it. Always good value !
Great experience & fab service! would defiantly recommend. also great location
Just an average visit... booked online got the tiniest table at the end for two right next to a party of 7 which wasn't ideal at all. Especially when others were in booths etc. Food was good but nothing special, I had the grilled cheese sandwich which came warm because once it's been toasted it cools down. The table was right next to a piece of memorabilia which isn't the best when you're eating and people are walking around like it's a museum. Previously been to the Hard Rock Cafe in Tenerife and it was a much better experience. Polite and friendly staff though which you expect when they automatically add a tip.
For the first time in 36 years, I had a bad experience at a HRC. Slow food, didn’t get what we ordered, had to chase various elements. Disappointing.
Enjoyed our food and the atmosphere. Went as a treat for our son's 9th birthday and they did not disappoint for fun
Great food, great atmosphere and prompt service! Highly recommend
It was very good, except when I got there I told the person at the desk my name and they had said they had already sat someone with my name at there table I showed them the email that I was the person that booked it. But they were very good and apologised. The food and drink was very nice and good value for money.
I love Hard Rock and I am a very loyal customer!! Everything is great from the place, the staff and food! The only thing I would like to mention is that, being such a regular customer I noticed the nachos are not what they used to be - they are a smaller portion, the cheese is barely there and they dont even seem cooked in the oven. Before, they were such a big portion full of cheese everywhere and they were warm from the oven. You need to bring them back!!!
It resembles a glorified Mac D restaurant. Music was rubbish and too quiet. Cocktails were very weak and tasteless given the price. Volume could have been greater. Staff very friendly and helpful
Couldn't ask for anything better great night and great people.
Over the top up selling! Wine almost £10 a glass and not cold. Had to ask for ice. Legendary burger was ok but the thinnest tomato slice I’ve ver seen! Won’t be returning having been a fan of park lane venue for 40 years! Such a shame! All about the profit and not about the customer.
I booked a table for two and honestly, it was such an amazing experience. The food and service was splendid and would definitely recommend and come again.
Great service, good environment for music lovers but overpriced food.
Friendly staff, good atmosphere, great location. The food tasted delicious! Personally, I would like to see more healthy food options on the menu.
My wife and me spent our dinner at the first day of our London trip at the Hard Rock Cafe (Picadilly Circus). We have pre-ordered a table for two using OpenTable. Table was provided only a few minutes after the booked time. Service was great and always available when needed. Food was awesome (we had New York Strip (one as surf and turf) and shared the brownie as dessert. Noise was ok, you were easily able to talk to each other. There was also a great music playlist this evening. We really enjoyed our stay and will surely come back.
We were celebrating a 21st birthday and could not have been happier with the service, food and special singing of ‘Happy Birthday’. As usual we ate too much but cannot resist the nachos to share, with guacamole and grilled chicken added naturally, and sharing flatbreads too! The main courses were usual hot (temperature) and nothing was a problem if we wanted extra plates to share, or no sauces on the food, or additional cutlery and finger wipes.
Thank you again, it rounded off a very special birthday 👏👏
