Hard Rock Cafe - Piccadilly Circus
Great experience, as always.
Severs were lovely and food was unbelievably good!!
Perfect Service , good atmosphere, food below my expectations
Fantastic evening definitely coming again I’ll recommend it to anyone
Great location and party atmosphere for 30th birthday. Good service well done. Definitely be back.
Good food and cocktail, great atmosphere, waitress was bubbly. Only negative was that the venue was not buggy friendly. We got moved around 3 times while waiting for our table for being in the way.
We were glad we booked as there was a long wait for a table. The burgers were great as were the cocktails. There was an error with our order the waiter didn't write it down telling us it was his thing to remember... and then got it wrong. We had a good time but it has moved on from a niche unique experience to a mob mentality, getting people in and out asap and the food is pretty much thrown up with zero attention to detail or looking special. It was all a bit ordinary. No branded cricket or glasses. A push from our server to up sell us on what we asked for. I would only be going back if I had visitor's in town. Come on London pull your socks up.
staff was amazing, food was amazing, EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING
Great place especially with teenagers. Burgers are very large.
Absolutely fantastic experience!
Only off put for the evening when the burger was a little bit pink (I am old fashioned and don't like any pink) but I still ate it and it was delicious!!
Staff very polite , loads off food too much too eat ,
Haven’t had burgers for a while, coming to HRC was the perfect choice for a come back! DELICIOUS!
The ambiance is the reason we go there, the service is also very nice but the prices are way too high considering the quality and quantity of the food (and drinks)
Food and service were pretty good. First time visit to the new Piccadilly branch. Large shop there. Preferred this one to the one at Marble Arch, it’s a bit more like the ones in the US.
Frist time in the new Piccadilly Hard Rock, loved everything!!
One of the best HRC. Very nice ambiance, nice bar.
Great service, both at the reception desk and table. The restaurant is nicely laid out around the central bar. Usual high standard of Hard Rock decor and memorabilia. The food excellent as usual. Will definitely be returning
Moving Mountains burger is great!
So far I have visited hard rock café 3 times, both in UK and Germany, and the experience is very amazing and very worth the price.
Food wasn’t hot and burger was pink but staff were excellent and the ambiance was too.
Top Service, Cocktails & Essen war super lecker! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Die Atmosphäre, die Stimmung unbeschreiblich.
It was a nice experience
Fantastic service and food was amazing, made my daughters birthday extra special, especially the free sundae and the singing ‘happy birthday’
Sympa mais plus froid que le hard rock original
Staff is amazing, the place look so nice and warm.Love it and i will definitely come back.
We’ve loved Hard Rock Cafes for years, and have visited most of them around the world. Sadly this one isn’t that great. Yes it’s relatively new but it feels soulless, definitely not like the original one by Hyde Park.
The bar isn’t too bad, quite large, but this is where the only screens are in the whole place so when eating most people can’t see a screen to watch the music videos.......you could be anywhere.
The food was actually just average if honest. We’ve loved their nachos, however here they use that hideous squirty cheese to supplement actual cheese. Not nice.
My wife had the Avocado Flatbread which was just “nasty” and incredibly soggy and oily.
My ribs were ok but drier than normal and the beans and coleslaw were just totally dry.
When asked we did complain and the manager arrived, but was totally dismissive of our comments, not only not interested but even kind of argued with us, telling us the food was nice, which was incredibly annoying.
Overall it wasn’t a great meal and we wouldn’t go to this one again. If, as the manager says, all Hard Rock Cafes now use the bottled squirty cheese in their nachos to be honest we’ll think twice about going to any Hard Rock again which is sad.
We booked a table in advance for my daughters birthday, when we arrived I mentioned again we were there for a birthday and was told they’d give “a special shout out” to the birthday girl, this never happened, we were also sat at the very back of the restaurant which after we had booked in advance and specified we were there for a birthday treat I would have thought we would have had a better table, more in the restaurant, our server was great and the food was good apart from my husband’s burger had to go back as was raw in the middle, there was no real apology for it but we were told quite abruptly that it had been cooked on the same griddle as the other 2 so basically they were all the same although the other 2 burgers were cooked throughout. Overall we had a good night but it was just a shame to travel all the way into London when there’s so much choice that we didn’t get what we had hoped for, we have eaten at the HardRock in many countries but felt on this occasion that the fact you were there should be enough which shouldn’t be the case.
Very enjoyable venue, staff very pleasant and helpful, food and drink wonderful x
We had a great meal celebrating my sons 18th Birthday. The food was lovely and the service was very quick
Excellent service and comfortable seats, food is good portion and tasty, but pricy, overall it's great experience.
We were a family of 2 adults and three kids of 16, 13 and 10, and we all enjoyed the food and the ambience. The service was outstanding and the waiter made the meal memorable with good jokes with the kids. We were warmly welcomed and got good advice on the menu. We all enjoyed the music, and the outfits from various artists that were exposed. We paid 135 GBP which is a fair price for the meal. The classic burger was perfectly made with meat prepared just like it should. Dessert was great, a large bowl of ice cream and chocolate cake to share. The shop is perfectly situated upstairs and of course we had to by a memory for the kids. We would recommend the restaurant and definately come again.
Everything was great! Delicious food, beautiful place and a great service. I did love it!!
Long wait for food , which was cold. not worth the money!
Superb food and service accompanied by some great music, just be aware that it can be quite expensive
I loved the food, it was divine. The noise level was a bit loud, but I can't complain you must have lots of customers. some of your prices were a bit much, but your burgers were on point.
Great staff, good food and good price, would recommend this location to anyone
Me n my husband went to celebrate my birthday , and the experience was very good. The staff were very attentive and really made my day more special with their surprise.
Food was good as well as the ambience.
We got seated promptly. Staff were friendly and attentive. However, the passion fruit drink and also my child's smoothie was so sweet I had to dilute the passion fruit drink with water. The fries were too salty most of us just had approximately half of what was served. The the person who served us was very good and gave us a very good service.
It was ok. Very expensive for a burger and chips. Also, it’s supposed to be the Hard Rock Café, it seemed very Pop orientated, which is a real shame. Wouldn’t go back. Plenty of other places to eat in London.
Arrived on time and taken to a very nice booth and usual pleasantries exchanged.
Food came quick and tasty as expected.
Surprised to receive notice from Open Table that we had not arrived. Strange as we were still sitting there eating.
Perhaps that’s why I had to ask for a refill
All in all it was pleasant enough but not overwhelming as last time
