Harry’s Dolce Vita
As always; the service and food was outstanding. The young waiter who served us could not have been more friendly at genuinely attentive. Thanks !
They were very fast with the food and quality was average at bedt
Fantastic as usual.
Gorgeous food reasonable London price great location
Bad food& service
Best mushroom sweet ever nice rozeto and grilled chicken
Loved the food & one of the best Italian restaurants around in London.
Great service !
Horrible service: food took over 1 hour after we ordered and the staff as very rude.
We booked Harry's Dolce Vita for a party of six on a Friday evening for a celebration. From the moment we arrived the service was excellent. We were early for our table so we took a seat at the bar and had a great selection of cocktails. Our meal was also excellent, consistently good across the board. We all commented that we could have ordered loads of options from the menu and will go back to try more choices. The service throughout was noteworthy, attentive but discreet, and the bill was a pleasant surprise, despite each ordering pre-starters and 3 courses, bottles of wine and cocktails. It's the consistent quality you expect from Caprice Holdings restaurants and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
My friend had her wallet stolen and we were told to leave and they will take care of everything, then they would call us back after checking the camera. They didn’t call , my friend called and the manager had a major attitude problem and he’s very rude. He was provoking my friend on the phone and showing her that he doesn’t care what happened. I’m a regular customer of Harry’s and I have noticed that this manager is very rude and shouldn’t be dealing with customers.
Amazing food & vibes
Food is excellent, waiters and waitresses are so sweet but the host
When the restaurant just opened the quality of the food was excellent. Went downhill since then.
The pasta we had was bland, the carpaccio was warm, the sole was over cooked and tasteless.
Service is good but food is significantly below average.
Will not be coming back.
Waiters are amazing .. but the managers (all the ladies managers) are not nice and they give us hard time
I keep telling them I requested a table by the window and they don’t wanna help
everything was perfect!
The food was amazing and the tiramisu was simply to die for. We’ve been also super happy with the service. We’ll definitely be back.
Very small food portions, expensive for the value ,food tastes absolutely normal nothing wow.
Probably good for dessert and coffee not lunch or dinner,
Veal Milanese was over cooked and dry.
Bathrooms are very dirty
Amazing food, amazing service!
Lovely food and ambience. Will visit again soon. Service could be a bit better.
Always love having lunch here with family. Totally recommend
It was amazing lunch and they understood when we asked them to add 2 more chairs to make it a table for 8
Because I’m open table we can only reserve a table for 6 maximum
Some ladies were extreamly rude, although the man took over our table he was a absolute delight
Thank you for making my daughter feel special on her birthday. we love the staff, food and atmosphere!
Enes and his team are the best in town
Sat outside so didn’t see the decor inside but the food was absolutely amazing, recommend the truffle pasta dishes and pollo Milanese. Great wine and service too, bravo!
The food was sublime (I would recommend the seafood spaghetti!), the service was wonderful, very friendly staff, and the atmosphere was warm and friendly! Definitely will return!
Food was delicious ! Server was great! But it was way too hot sitting inside in a corner. Otherwise I would recommend and go again.
Great food and service!
Great location, efficient busy restaurant, excellent food well delivered, 5 star venue.
It's Knightsbridge so the prices are high. £60 per head for lunch. Food is ok. The place is full of rich families.
Starters and main course great
Ambiance a bit too loud for such a small place
The best service!
The room is gorgeous and the people watching (it's opposite Harrods) is very entertaining (gold plated Lamborghini, anyone?) It is a squeeze for 5 people on a table (we had to ask to be moved) but the staff were lovely and as accommodating as they could be. The atmosphere was nice and buzzy. Our table was booked for 2pm but the menu option was Brunch only, which was a little disappointing. Starter and main course, plus a couple of drinks each was £60 per head.
We love Harry’s Dolce Vita as the food is consistently good and it’s quite good value. However the service is consistently poor. The waitstaff is unattentive and forgetful. On this occasion we also had a screaming child next to us and because the tables are quite close together, it was very unpleasant.
I went there once more to catch up with a friend I haven’t seen for a while. It was nice and cosy to chat although it was busy but we never felt like it was busy.
The staff could do better when dealing with clients. Not much care or attention. Took ages to get food served and then even longer to get the bill!
