We had a fantastic experience at Harry‘s when we booked last Saturday we came from Reading and were stuck in traffic which made us half an hour late. They were very accommodating to change our booking pet friendly too would recommend.

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely lunchtime meal, very tasty food, and our dietary requirements were catered for. Very friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic food, well worth the money. Very pleasant service. Lovely cocktails. Great atmosphere with a band playing. My friends visiting Cowbridge were very impressed. I will be back again soon. Thanks Harry's !

Lovely ambience, friendly efficient service, good quality tasty food, decent portion sizes, starter and main left no room for dessert. Deceptively spacious, but cosy layout.

Very accommodating and welcoming. Love the ambience in here with spacious tables not all crowded on top of each other and such comfy seating. The food is very good but overpriced really. But it is Cowbridge and enough people here can and will pay the prices. S Would have liked to have seen some fresh fish on the menu or something seafoody. Service friendly and efficient.

Hello, thankyou for your review. However I am perplexed as to how much seafood you would like to see on our lunchtime menu, we have haddock, mussels, squid, homemade fish finger sandwiches and mixed seafood pasta made with fresh seafood. The day of your visit we had fresh Dover Sole on the specials board. Our food is fresh and handmade by highly trained chefs, our running costs are high like everyone else's so I don't know what prices are expected. I do know that on the high street a chain pub serves 2 courses for £14.90 but are generally frozen meals so make a decision as to your importance, we are a small family run business who cannot compete with these prices and compromise our standards. Expensive for what you get. I had the pork schnitzel with potato salad literally as it comes £21 a bit much for two items on the plate. My partners lamb burger was tasty but dripping in oil which ruins the overall enjoyment of the food. I don’t think I would be back.

Hi Charlotte, thanks for taking the time to review Harrys. What a shame you didn't enjoy your meals, when I checked on your table you said everything was ok? The Welsh Pork is local and from our high street butcher and is priced accordingly, it does state on the menu that it is served with potato salad and also the price so that shouldn't have been a surprise to you. As for the Welsh Lamb burger, lamb is one of the fattier meats as Im sure your partner knows, however this is one of our biggest sellers so a shame he didn't enjoy it or mention it at the time, we could've offered an alternative. Hopefully you enjoy eating elsewhere. Regards, Hayley.
