   We always get a tasty breakfast at Harry’s when we visit Exeter shopping. There is always a friendly welcome and they pay attention to details for example I have an allergy to eggs so they substitute, they don’t just leave it off as other eateries do.

    Loved the food! a tad expensive but didn't mind. Enjoyed a lovely quiet lunch in a corner where we could see the action but were not overwhelmed at all. I had asked for a quiet table and it was perfect. Thankyou!

    A wonderful evening for our anniversay. We were welcomed and shown to our table quickly and the staff were attentive throughout the evening without being overbearing. Our meals were outstanding and the overall atmosphere was just right - not too noisy and not so quiet that we couldn't have a semi-private conversation.

    First visit to Harry’s, but definitely not our last. All aspects of this unique restaurant are brilliant. We did struggle to find a starter we liked, maybe. Nice farm house pate from darts farm could be considered?

    Attentive friendly service, good selection on menu. Buzzy atmosphere and food in the main excellent. Only small negative was neither of our steaks were medium rare as requested more on the medium well but still delicious. Will definitely visit again.

    Very polite and friendly staff, all food ordered was really fresh and tasty. Not too many tables packed in so didn’t feel uncomfortable that loads of people were around. The prices were comparable with other local restaurants but the quality made it really good value to me. I can’t wait to eat here again.

    This was our first visit and it will not be the last We found the restaurant to be welcoming, calm and unpretentious well spaced and clean. The menu was comprehensive with something for every taste. The staff were friendly, accommodating attentive and professional The pricing was fair and the food enjoyable with good size portions We would heartily recommend it to anyone who hasn’t used it and is looking for a pleasant comfortable quality experience

    I was planning a business lunch meeting in Exeter and browsed the web for somewhere nice that would impress my clients. Harry’s Restaurant menu looked interesting, fairly expansive and with prices that wouldn’t reduce me to tears….so I booked lunch for 4. All I can add is that I’m glad I did. David Milford

    second visit this year, food is outstanding with unusual touches. Attentive service, very polite and just the right amount. Had chateaux Briand today - gorgeous Chicken Milanese - really nice Smoked nuts and sourdough to nibble was lovely. Cocktails very nice not sickly sweet Would recommend highly it costs a little more but you certainly get the wow factor. Room ambience is delightful for family, friends and dates. thank you for another lovely evening.

    The food was over priced for what it was… I’m sure they would say it’s the quality but a burger at £17 is still just a burger. It wasn’t any better than any other nice restaurant, and yet it was massively over priced. The staff were lovely and the service was faultless. If I was honest I wouldn’t rush to go back. Sorry.

    Excellent as always, this evening was for an early evening meal before the theatre. There’s not anything on the menu I wouldn’t like to eat, enough old favourites for if you’d made up your mind before you get there, enough changes to make you want to return, and few daily specials to make you think about changing that mind you’d already made up.
