Great restaurant, good service with good food and value for money. Really child friendly, ideal for families

Very good value for money the only real criticism is that every time I go there is always something not available on the menu

Very disappointed with food and quality. Fish was asked for but had been sold out so decided on portabello mushrooms but was told no portabello but breaded mushrooms, (no thanks) asked for prawns in garlic and chicken wings. The chicken wings arrived and were 'cold' sent them back and they were returned very hot which was fine.
The three other meals were passable but not good with all portions of chips being cold.
We will not be returning there again and will tell our friends about our bad experience.

The food there was brilliant, although the service was quite slow. I went with my friend and from start to finish was there 2 and a half hours for a 2 course meal. This didn't bother us however as we had a good catchup and I understand there were 3 birthday groups on that evening.

My battered fish was nearly warm I didn't complain until the waitress asked and didn't want to make a fuss but we offered a free dessert

We was served by Lee who was a little at times over friendly with the customers.
Taking our names when we left.
We didn't leave a tip so then he tried to get us to make a donation to the Manchester tragedy.
He was very efficient but we was enjoying a quiet meal, miles away from home.

The food as always was excellent. The steal cooked to perfection.

I don't think having a waitress/waiter standing amongst 6 tables is very nice especially as your talking and enjoying your meal

Took my grandson for dinner at 6.00 p,m. He chose wraps which were unavailable, he then opted for macaroni cheese, bad choice. The macaroni looked as though it was swimming in water. When I questioned it I was told they came in made up and they were just heated on the premises! They offered to change it for another dish but there was nothing else that he wanted. A very disappointing meal.
