Superb food as always. Friendly, attentive and excellent service.
Great food but poor service.
Had a lovely meal and great service.
Really enjoyed the £22 3 course meal deal, excellent value and would highly recommend
A top restaurant with excellent food, great service and superb value. I would highly recommend this place for either an occasion or somewhere to dine
My birthday treat with my best friends. Service was amazing food fantastic- small portions but who needs big portions when the food was spot on
I would recommend to all my friends and families
I certainly will be back again
Thanks to all staff and chefs
Very enjoyable dining experience, especially a celebration
We had an amazing lunch at Harvey Nichols Fourth Floor Brasserie. My husband had 3 course meal and I had an amazing tuna starter. Gorgeous food. The atmosphere was good. The restaurant was busy. We had a lovely time there. Thank you
Always enjoyed the food and the service at H . N . But the food this time was exceptional , a great balance of flavours , and choices on the set menu at dinner on a Saturday evening. The service as usual was outstanding. Will be returning ad usual very soon. Many yanks to the chef .
Good place for brunch - always a good ambience. Nothing more to say
The new winter 2019 menu was delicious
Food and service excellent only downside to the evening was service charge added to bill my personal choice is to tip the table service personnel added to bill has vat added not what tipping is about really just my personal preference also street smart charge? In future visit I'll query these it apart from that excellent food wine and service will visit again
Lovely food, great cocktails and fantastic service. Visited with family and enjoyed the whole experience. A little pricey but excellent overall.
Great main but terrible starters? Bitter salad and crab things wasn't impressive. Value/price = poor
We went for the fixed price menu - great food and very good value.
Went to try new menu. This is no longer a fine dining restaurant. They have burgers on the menu, the steak was not good quality and the cod was overcooked.
well worth a visit but one complaint and a missed opportunity for the restaurant. In the room next roor is a bar with a fantastic choice of wine from the bottle shop. You can buy any wine and pay a corkage of 10 quid which is good. I wanted to buy a fine wine and take it with me into the restaurant. The establishment wanted to charge me 100% of the bottle price as corkage. I think this is ridiculous and declined their offer. Surely a missed opportunity 10 quid surcharge in the bar bit 100% in the brasserie. Barmy, otherwisw a great evening
Really lovely decor. Super service. Tasty meal.
The food was absolutely delicious. Some of the best and nicest food I've ever eaten. The flavours of everything was just sublime.
Good value set menu and a pleasant place for lunch with friends 🍽🍷
Excellent Sunday lunch
Mother’s Day lunch, super staff, food and atmosphere!!
I took my Mum and Aunty for a ladies that lunch 3 course for £22 fantastic seasonal menu good choice inc vegetarian Stunning setting lovely attentive staff top quality produce and presentation can't wait to head back to try the lamb as I was spoilt for choice
I took my sister here for breakfast for a treat prior to commencement of her chemotherapy. The food was pretty average but the staff were amazing and the experience fab - I would def recommend as a treat
Pre-theatre early dinner with a friend. We were offered a ‘specials’ menu but chose a la carte instead as it appealed more.
Pleasant and efficient service , very good food, an enjoyable experience.
Super lunch out, food beautiful, staff fantastic, will definitely be returning very soon.
I have had lunch at this restaurant numerous times
I was shown to my table immediately & my coat was taken to the cloakroom
The menus were plonked in front of me & I wasn’t asked if I would like a drink. It was so e time later when I was asked if I wished to order to which I replied I would like a drink of water!!
I ordered my meal with a glass of wine which came promptly
I was eventually offered some bread but had to ask the maitre de for some butter.
I didn’t feel my custom was valued & it was actually my birthday
I will dine here again but think service needs improvement especially when it is added to the bill
The food was lovely and the service very god. However there are two big drawbacks to note, firstly the décor is very like a canteen with uncomfortable chairs and a bleak outlook. The restaurant's décor is not worthy of an upmarket department store. The second point which really annoyed me is that 10% Service Charge is added to the bill. So although I checked the bill I did not notice the added service charge and left another 11% tip. When I arrived home I felt that the bill seemed rather large and when I checked online the note about the service charge is at the very bottom of the pages in tiny letters. Not happy about this.
Very friendly service and yummy food.
Booked a table here so we could go for birthday drinks and when we only ordered some fries because we wee dining at a nicer restaurant at 3pm! Staff were rude, slammed plates down and were very snooty. Would not reccomend although the fries were delightful! Will not return.
Dined from the Christmas menu
Always good food service a little slow but it is near Christmas
Good value from the set menu
We had the Christmas set menu. Excellent quality meal, beautifully presented. Charming staff and great value for money
Quite a busy lunchtime so high noise factor for conversation. Enjoyed food though as always.
Unfortunately we booked through open table and received confirmation email. The booking was never received by Harvey Nicholls and the waiter said they had had a number of issues. After waiting for a while I found my booking email and they agreed to seat us. Unfortunately as we were being squeezed in we ended up in babycorner.
I have 3 children myself but was hoping for a more grown up outing for a special occasion. Each table round us had children and it appeared they were all put into the one area of the restaurant. With high chairs, prams, changing bags we were definitely wedged in.
The bill was £87 for 2 for lunch . It was a special occasion so we were splashing out.. The food was lovely but unfortunately the setting was like visiting a play school. Perhaps we would have been seated more appropriately if open table had relayed our booking to them. Little disappointed by the experience.
I do like to pop into Harvey Nichola for lunch occasionally on a weekend. The bustling but elegant ambience and service is superb. The food is always top quality but I do find the menu choices a bit quirky - sometimes you want some general dishes but everything has something that makes me wonder if I’d like it! If you love fine dining and cuisine you’ll love it though as the taste and presentation is superb.
We enjoyed our lunch, but our reservation had been reserved for two, instead of four, we were therefore seated in the drinking area, we had to ask for menu's as the greeter did not inform the waiter that we were having lunch. We still enjoyed our food, which was very good, but maybe more attention should be paid to the booking arrangements.
