Such a quiet, unpleasant and cold atmosphere. Waiting staff very miserable
Not much Vegetarian options! Cottage cheese could have been made better!!
Great food, Very welcoming. Will be eating here again when I'm back in the area.
Unusually good - some of the best and freshest flavours I’ve had in Indian cooking. Really exceptional.
Probably the best Indian restaurant in Ealing. The service and the food were perfect:)
Never go again as service was so bad, food also is very little portion even thou i order large portion but its come like only little bit. I did complaint to manager and said this is how we serve very bad behaviour and when i order food its come to my table after 45 minute and they said nothing even i remind them twice. Reastaurant its not busy at all
Always delicious, never disappoints. The Sunday buffet is particularly great!
The restaurant was surprisingly quiet for a Wednesday night. However the service was exceptional and really friendly staff. The menu is not huge which is great when you have a friend who can never decide what to eat! The portions were generous and we had lunch boxes for the next day. Would definite go again.
A lovely restuarant with great staff and amazing food! One of my favourite places to eat at because of the friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
We have visted this restaurant for the last 20 year +.since the decor changed it has lost it's charm and the food on t his occasion was very salty and not the best. We have been a few times since the change as loyal customer but won't beng again Such a shame
This is by far the best Indian I have ever eaten. I would not consider any other now. A very warm welcome, very professional and refreshing service... staff will go the extra mile. When I tried something that was too hot, they were quick as a flash with something to cool her taste buds. I would recommend this place to anyone, all the food tastes fresh and authentic and one can tell it's been cooked to the highest standard. Absolutely loved it.
A gorgeous restuarnt in Ealing with beautiful design and amazing food. Would recommend to those new to Indian cuisine and curry lovers alike!
A friend of ours from Germany recommended Haweli (and Ealing) and we could not have more delighted with the food and service. My wife believes it is the best Indian food she has ever had in the whole wide world, period! Who am I to disagree though I completely whole heartedly and full belly agree :)!!
Went for the first time yesterday. Excellent well presented and beautifully cooked food. Staff are really, pleasant and professional. Nice spacious environment with traditional charm. Very quaint. Does takeaway too so perfect as we live very locally.
Great little Indian restaurant near Ealing Broadway. Individual main dishes start around 8 pounds. So 12-15 pounds for a menu that includes 1 appetizer, 1 main course, 1 naan and at a stretch 1 dessert or drink. Generous portion sizes and very yummy! Great price, especially for the London location, and friendly team of waiters! We had their chicken curry and lamb biriyani, both were great, delicious. Nice spacious restaurant with about 20 tables. We were there on a fairly busy night and didn't have to wait to be seated. Great look and feel to the place, very comfortable.
We visited Haweli on the strength of the TripAdvisor reviews and we were not disappointed. The service and restaurant are both exceptional, actually, very surprised a restaurant like this exists where it is. There is clearly great thought and care taken into this very cosy and welcoming restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, it is fundamentally a simple Indian menu but exceptionally well executed. Everything was super tasty and nothing overly fancy. Great drinks selection, thoroughly recommended!!
I ate here early on a Monday night with an London colleague who suggested we have Indian in a great local place. I was travelling for business and staying at one of the hotels in Ealing. We walked past earlier in the afternoon and enquired as to whether they would be open later on a Monday night (stung in the past with some restaurants closed on a Monday – sign of the times!) The manager said they would be open and kept a delightful table for us with a view of some of lovely decorative pieces they have – particularly mention to a rather stunning butterfly display.
Once there we were treated to excellent service in a very well appointed restaurant setting by a friendly and helpful waiter who spoke fondly of the food and history of the restaurant. The food could have been from any of the wonderful Indian eateries around the world. The flavours were on point and the Vindaloo actually had some kick to it which since living in the Birmingham I have not really been able to find in London... yet!
I have been to Haweli many times as they serve very good curry plates and the people are very friendly and also the menu is very affordable. I always had a good experience but last time I went there a couple of weeks ago, it was a surprise! They have refurbished the restaurant and now the interior look very modernised and impeccable. The decorations create a very nice and cozy atmosphere and it is now the best Indian of the area to my opinion.
I definitely recommend a visit!
