It’s more of a bar than a proper restaurant. Good place for a drink perhaps. The place is loud. Food is average at best. Do not take a date there, not a new one nor your wife of many years.

Been to Heddon Street numerous times. The food and service are always impeccable. Have had most items on the menu and each one is incredibly delicious. The Beef Wellington, Sunday Roast, curry, burger, steaks are all some of the best I’ve eaten. The gnocchi appetizer are not to be missed. Save room for dessert! Salted Caramel ice cream and the chocolate fondant cake are top shelf. The service is always just right. Great restaurant

We were excited to try this restaurant because it is of course a Gordon Ramsay restaurant that had 4.5 star ratings on both Yelp and Open Table... and because they offered a Pre-Theater menu. We arrived at 6 pm (which was within the window for pre-theater) and immediately informed our waiter that we had tickets to a 7:30 play. Ordered our 2 and 3 course meals. The cocktails were fantastic, but all 3 of us found the main course dishes to be bland and subpar, which was disappointing considering this is a Gordon Ramsay restaurant that had fantastic ratings. After finishing our main courses, it was nearly 7 so already cutting it close... the waiter brought the menus out again and immediately left. We were confused because we had already ordered our final course at the beginning of the meal, and were paying for a fixed-price for 2 or 3 courses— one of which was dessert. Our waiter was nowhere to be found. We finally got the attention of another waiter in the area and told him we had already ordered dessert and were trying to make a play at 7:30. He assured us he would enter the desserts in and that they wouldn’t take long... 5, 10, 15 minutes pass and still no sign of the waiter or desserts. Finally at 7:18 we decided we needed to just leave or else we would miss the play, so we stood up and went to pay at the front desk. Still paid for 2 and 3 course meals despite the fact that we did not receive the final course. It was very disappointing because we pointed out at the very beginning that we were going to the theater and ordered from the special pre-theater menu, and there was absolutely no effort from the restaurant staff to ensure that we made it to the play fed and on time.

I cannot properly articulate my experience at Haddon Street. The food was amazing, the service provided by Vito was the best I think I have ever had at a restaurant. My wife and I visited from the US and we ordered the Hummus Flatbread and Risotto as appetizers, the Beef Wellington for 2 with Honey Spiced carrots for an entree, and the chocolate fondant cake as a appetizer. We each had a few drinks which were awesome. The food was beyond delicious, so much so that out plates didn't even need to be washed because we literally cleaned them. The ambiance of the restaurant is more casual which was perfect for us. One of the coolest experiences was we were invited into the kitchen by the Chef and got to see how the magic happened.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

Very good service and nice ambient. Cool for families as they serve ice cream in cones in a special counter where they can ask for it themselves and also add the toppings of their liking. The food is not to the standard of Ramsay; the steaks are not served over hot grills and they get cold quite quickly. Not sure how he wants to bring back Sunday roast as he claims all over his restaurants.

Beautifully presented restaurant with very welcoming staff and fantastic service. Took my son there for a treat because he's an avid Gordon Ramsay fan and makes all his meals in his own home from GR's books, it was a fantastic experience for us all to eat there. Will definitely book again but try on of the others next time as sure we wont be disappointed

Well located and very trendy design. The food was delicious! Appetizer was Wagyu Meatballs, in a sauce that was better than most Italian meatballs. The tortellini was very good. The 28 day aged rib eye was an awesomely done steak. The dessert (Apple and rhubarb cobbler) was good, but the weakest part of the meal. The waitstaff were on point.

A very warm welcome into a comfortable setting. Until someone burnt the bread, but this was quickly resolved.
Beautiful spicy chicken wings to start. Followed by ricotta, mushroom melt in the mouth pasta dish. Compliment to the chef, five pieces wasn’t enough! I did have to find someone to request my bill, left us feeling a little forgotten about.
