Beef wellington was nice but the rest was very average.
I had a very pleasant experience with Heddon Kitchen! The staff were all very friendly and professional! I felt very welcome and well looked after!! The food was outstanding and the restaurant had an amazing ambience! Will definitely be back!
They did everything they could to accommodate us under the new tier 2 restrictions. Great afternoon had by all. Thank you for an enjoyable Prosecco Brunch.
We got the beef Wellington which was great! Service was also great and everything was very nice overall. Would come back.
Went for the Beef wellington which was So so tasty, couldn’t recommend it more. The only thing I would say, the 3 courses were sufficient to feed Three people. Would definitely go again!
Gordon can shout at whoever he wants, that was fabulous. Service was immaculate, waiters were fantastic, just the right level of friendly without being over the top and never felt like they were hovering but were always where you wanted them to be.
We had the pork belly and chocolate fondant with salted caramel ice cream - both were delicious and worth every penny.
Decent, okay food, okay service and very standard British traditional place. A bit pricey but it is right off Regent street...so to be expected. We went there entirely because it was on the Michelin guide list but it it not at that level. Not disappointed but also not something we would go back to or recommend as a must visit.
Spectacular! Fantastic! But expensive! Bottle of rose, a lobster wellington to share between 2 and a starter for 250£.
Was amazing, everything you would expect from a Gordon Ramsay restaurant.
Everything was 5 star.
very friendly staff, but a bit miffed to find we had to get the menu via a qr code on my phone (love london menu)
house wine was pretty awful, but food and service good
Disappointed with menu and quality. Staff were lovely
Good food, service excellent
COVID policy looks to be working
I think £25 for a Sunday roast is a bit on the high side - presentation of the roast could have been better (it was all piled high on the same plate).
Wine list (small one) could do with some more options
Amazing food and service
Staff not very engaged.
Overpriced food and drinks.
Not very lively atmosphere.
Great service and amazing food. Had the bottomless menu which was 2 courses and endless Prosecco for 1.5 hours. Waiters very prompt to keep glasses topped up throughout. Had fish and chips - huge portion with fresh, crispy fish and amazing thick cut chips. Followed by sticky toffee pudding which was just unreal.
The food was delicious. Lovely ambience and staff were helpful and friendly.
Lovely food & great service, thanks, I advise booking the reservation early, as it gets busier earlier as everything now shuts by 10pm currently.
Kept our food choice simple and went for an excellent dry aged steak. Good proffesional service but the place needs a refresh as the floor was worn and needs revarnishing. The tables could do with an upgrade as well.
Great food, great service. Best beef Wellington ever. Never disappoints 👏👏 hope to be back soon.
Lovely place to sit outdoors and the Love London offer was great
Waiting staff quite miserable and not very helpful. 3 of us celebrating our 50th birthday. All surrounding restaurants busy except this one. Had booked online as meeting brother from work so just went on location. Nice to be able to sit outside.
Food ok, tables sticky and dirty, waitress who took food order clearly having a bad day as was rude, impatient and surly, had to ask numerous times before requested ice and lemon was brought to table, would not return as visit was disappointing and there are many other restaurants in close proximity that looked busier and cleaner!
Thank you, great food, great ambience and good value.
Lovely brunch set menu. Delicious food and lots of Prosecco! Ambience perfect as was the service. Would definitely come here again.
Really enjoyed the food. Service was very good except one or two people who spoiled it, lovely experience and will definitely go back.
Food was beautiful and the service was friendly and quick, the truffle and Brie mashed potato are worth the visit alone!
Brilliant food and very good offer on the love London menu. Everyone raved about the chips. Had to order all your courses at the start- would of liked a dessert / coffee but didn’t get asked apart from the excellent meal . Felt safe with the covid spacing and cleaning undertaken
Came here for Sunday lunch incl roasts and cocktails. Great food, drinks and service overall.
great food sub standard service .. esp when they knew we had a great discount via top table .. why do they behave like that when they know i’m going to leave a review on top table ? i think the restaurant needs to re educate its waiters so that they know to treat us bargain hunters in a similar manner to the people who are paying full price as we are the ones who are the intelligent diners and will leave negative reviews when necessary .. and also we dine more frequently as we have the funds to do so !!
OK and average food. Nice location and good service.
It’s was amazing
Really nice staff, nice food and great atmosphere
Very tasty lunch - burgers and duck. Not busy with spaced seating. Friendly professional staff.
We were a group of 6 out for a birthday lunch and all ate from the Love London menu. The BBQ wings and mussels were excellent, prompting lots of pleasurable noises, and the gazpacho good too. The burger was decent, very filling, but not the best any of us have had and felt a little unexciting. The sea bass was declared wonderful. We ordered one of each side - the truffle mash was too strong for some and the mac n cheese rather bland, but the chips were amazing. Sticky toffee pudding was light and packed with flavour. All portions were generous. Service was very friendly, not rushed, and the restaurant has a lovely ambience. The LL menu is great value and I would recommend HSK for those seeking an informal meal with good quality and well cooked classics.
Such a nice restaurant! Ideal for a date
Staff were very polite, furniture etc. Looked very worn out. Starters were lovely but main courses we cold / just warm.
We had always wanted to go to a Gordon Ramsay restaurant and thought Hedon Street kitchen would be a little more relaxed and not quite so formal. The decor and ambience was fantastic and the service of the team was wonderful.
We all had different dishes the lamb cutlets I expected only a couple but I think there wre four on the plate And came with vine tomatoes watercress and mushroom. I can honestly say it was the best lamb cutlets I’ve ever eaten they were succulent seasoned well incredibly tasty I had this with some truffle Brie mash potato with and I could’ve just eaten all day it was divine. The fillet steak was cooked to perfection And melted in your mouth , the seasoning on the steak was peppercorn sauce was rich and luxurious and the triple cooked chips were fab. The last order was the burger and my daughter said it’s the best burger she’s ever eaten ( and she has eaten a few)it was juicy packed full of flavour and the sriracha mayo was incredibly tasty. All in all we were not disappointed at all. We will be give him one of his other restaurants a try at a later date but as we were shopping in Regent Street this was the ideal place for us to go. We certainly will go back again. In fact I’m thinking about when I can book again. Hopefully to one of his other restaurants too
Solid but not spectacular lunch visit. Good value, especially in the context of the Eat-Out to Help-Out scheme. Food was good - especially the duck salad. Service prompt. Atmosphere a bit lacking if only because there were so many empty tables
Food & service good
Covid secure 5/10
Great food. The Love London menu is amazing value but doesnt stint on quality. The staff are attentive, friendly but unobtrusive. Great lunch
