    We where quite disappointed with our trip to heddon street kitchen. The staff seated us quickly but we where sat waiting a while for anyone to come take any orders from us (drinks and food) Espresso martini was amazing I will say that it was the best I've ever had however to wait 30 minutes for 1 drink was abit much and having to ask for our wine glasses to be re filled was abit annoying as we where having to wait for a member of staff to pass by. Food arrived about 5 minutes after I got my drink (fish and chips &amp; chicken Sunday roast) The fish was inedible as it was all soggy and had no seasoning whatsoever, dare I say it tasted as if it was frozen. We asked a waiter for some salt and pepper to which he never brought over to us. I asked another waitress who brought it over and asked if everything was okay so we explained the situation with the fish. The Sunday dinner was lovely however the Yorkshire pudding was very salty and again inedible. The staff otherwise where very nice about the issues and took the fish and chips off the bill as it hadn't been eaten at all and offered us a complimentary ice cream. Overall we where quite dissatisfied with our visit. However we won't be returning to heddon Street and hope to try another gordon ramsay restaurant in the future and get the experience and food we where hoping for

    The food was excellent but the service left something to be desired. We were told that two of the three cocktails we ordered weren’t “typical” and people don’t order them so they didn’t know how to relay that to the bartender. Drinks took a very long time and multiple wait staff tended to our table.

    The menu was limited. The waiter kept trying to upsell us with a whole bunch of sides and additional items. We could barely hear him because the music was so loud with an aggressive beat. That kind of constant thumping was distracting and honestly was not a great experience for dinner. The bathrooms were less than pristine. We couldn’t wait to finish our meal. So disappointing because we were really looking forward to a Gordon Ramsay experience

    Wait staff was unpleasant. Cutlery was dirty. The drinks took a very long time to receive, and was unaware we’d be charged for water (other restaurants have asked us). Our steaks were extremely fatty, the food was just mediocre. We expected much more from a GR restaurant as we’ve been to many. We definitely do not recommend this one.

    Booked for brunch at 11.00am on a Wednesday and restaurant relatively empty at that time. Prompt and efficient service, very pleasant and friendly staff. Vegetarian breakfast was nicely presented and good value for the price.

    My son, 16, loves to check out Gordon Ramsay restaurants and this was his first time to London. We were excited and as our last night in London looking forward to a great meal. We arrived at our 8pm reservation on time and sat promptly. We had already decided on the Wellington for two, but we’re told it was sold out, also our 2nd choice the chateaubriand. We were told we could have the Porterhouse, which was huge, and in retrospect way too much meat, and so much more expensive, for just the two of us. The meat came, but it took another twenty minutes for the sides. The meal was delicious, but poorly timed and then they charged us for two glasses of wine, when I ordered one and also two nonalcoholic drinks for my son, who did order two, but only one came. Anyway, both of us agreed that though the food was good, it was a let down. Our server Elizbieta, from Roma is perfect for the floor because her spirit is useful when things go awry, and she handles the stress between kitchen and customers well, but still the service was off and we ended paying too much for not getting what we set out for. Still a lovely dinner, but tarnished. Thank you.

    Excellent staff, food and drinks. We couldn’t be happier. Service and food was top notch!! We had the beef Wellington which was superb! Daughter had the burger (she said it was a 10!) Would definitely come again!

    Terribly disappointing. Obviously a tourist trap. Food is mediocre at best. Service is non-existent. Trading purely off the Gordon Ramsey connection to rake in as much money as possible from unsuspecting tourists. Never again.

    Beautiful setting and excellent tasting food. The only disappointment was that the server kept pushing the special premium bone-in ribeye. We tried ordering 2 individual ribeye entrees at 40 each but she insisted that with 2 people ordering ribeye we were better off ordering the special and sharing. It was excellent but when the bill arrived it cost 160 for the shared premium ribeye. We felt very foolish and deceived. It soured what was otherwise a wonderful dinner.

    Delicious food, beautiful ambiance and great service. Specifically Chris was so helpful recommending great dishes and a fabulous drink. A hands down great experience.

    Amazing dining experience from start to finish! We were traveling through the country as part of our honeymoon and had Heddon Street Kitchen as our big dinner night out spot on our trip. The beef wellington was to-die-for!!! The staff was exceptional allowing us time to celebrate while savoring every sip and bite. Highly recommend this restaurant!

    Went to celebrate Father’s Day and my dad’s Birthday on a Sunday. We all had the roast dinners- were gorgeous. The meat on all 3 was spectacular and the vegetables were beautifully cooked. Cocktails were also lovely. The service is fantastic from all staff here.

    We had such high expectations seeing as this is a Gordon Ramsey restaurant.... however it was overpriced,with extremely poor produce, my partners steak was all grissle and fat, and subpar cooking. Staff were really friendly and tried to do there best however there are better places elsewhere. We wouldn't go back.

    Absolutely fantastic service, very accommodating. Unfortunately did not have enough time to enjoy all, as we had to run for a play, but the wait staff did an exemplary job and we had a nice bite within 45 minutes and caught the play. Was sorry to see the rest of the restaurants are not there anymore, though.

    Very impressed by the restaurant, decor &amp; layout. The services was exceptional; very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive, while being discreet at the same time. Quality of food was excellent and wine recommended to us by the staff was very good. My only criticism was the meal was quite pricey, but very good quality all round.

    We were greeted &amp; seated by very friendly front of house staff. I ordered Crushed avocado &amp; poached eggs on sourdough, my daughter chose Eggs Benedict, I actually specifically asked for soft eggs, but, sadly, all four of our eggs were hard, and, if I chose to be extra picky, the sourdough showed no sign of being actually toasted. Had any of the staff checked with us, I’d have certainly told them, but, somewhat surprisingly not one of the 3 staff members that served our table asked after anything at any point, not even if we’d like anything else, even more drinks! The yoghurt, granola &amp; fruit was large,&amp; lovely, but I thought the menu was, in the main,overpriced-particularly £5 listed for a side of avocado?!!! No one acknowledged our departure, in a largely empty restaurant.

    The Open Table booking was properly registered and our table was ready for us. The staff were attentive but not intrusive. Explanations were offered of the different dishes but on this occasion were not required. Service was prompt and everyone was friendly and helpful.
