Great experience. We were celebrating my wife’s 60th Birthday. We enjoyed every single minute we spent there.
Amazing food, attentive yet relaxed service and buzzy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Food was great but staff seemed to be having a team meeting meaning both myself and others had to wait a considerable time for service.

A dinner to remember for all the wrong reasons.
Despite it not being particularly busy our cocktails took and incredible long time to arrive. The sommelier was busy talking to one of our guests and asked him to taste his drink even though 4/10 had yet to receive their drinks. This also meant he drank before we toasted to our guest of honour.
When we ordered food the waitress didn’t know the difference between the cuts of meat and was having difficulty explaining which of the cuts they didn’t have in.
The food was ok but 2 people in our group who ordered fish and one person who ordered the pork belly all said the sources were far too over powering. The super food salad is also 90% kale so I would not recommend to anyone that wants a variety of tastes in their salad.
During the meal a member of our group went to refill her glass of wine herself because we were not being waited on, the sommelier rushed over to tell her she shouldn’t mix her wines and she knew she had started with a different wine. I felt this was quite rude as it undermined a customer and made her feel embarrassed.
After this insistent the sommelier was no where to be found.
I will not be returning to this restaurant and would advise others in a group not to go.

I expected so much more from a celebrity chef’s establishment. The food was lacking flavor and finesse. There was a texture component to the dishes but overall fell cheap and overpriced.

Tuna tartare was delicious, everything else was mediocre. Maybe my expectations were too high since this is a Gordon Ramsey establishment. There was no salt in the macaroni, sea bass was fishy tasting and I can cook a ribeye at home that taste better than the one served.

Food was very good. The problem was, we were told that we can’t have set menu. When I was booking table the offer was active. Problem for me was that waiting stuff was at the table every 5 min. That make everybody very uncomfortable.

I am a bit surprised Gordon Ramsay puts his name to this relaxed, yet unremarkable place. The decor is quite middle of the road, although comfortable. Does it really need a television though? The staff are pleasant and efficient (although it was quiet, and on a Saturday lunchtime so make of that what you will), though they are extremely heavy on the upsell. No, we don't want water, nuts, olives, bread, cocktails, wine or another drink. Quite happy with my cocktail and some food, thank you! I don't think the waiting staff visited the table without trying to part us with some more cash! The food is of a good standard and was enjoyable, although hideously expensive and certainly not matching in quality. £39.00 for fillet and another £5.50 for chips. You may as well walk through the door and open your wallet. Plenty of other comfort food options in this part of town, so won't be visiting again.

Mashed potatoes were a bust and the fish (fish and chips) was good but had a better version in Knotting Hill restaurant. There they also did not leave the skin on the fish.

Fantastic service from the very attentive waitstaff but it actually took 1 hour for the main course to arrive. The fish and chips, steak and pork belly were all cooked well. The tomato soup according to my daughter was the best on planet earth. The chef was very accommodating and even had us come to the kitchen for a group picture!

Meh. It was average. Our waitress was terrible she had a bad attitude and could not get our order straight because she was completely fluent in English. She couldn’t set a table and got it was a painful experience. Go is you have nothing to do. Not impressed.

Food was awesome! Appetizers came out super quickly. Ordered the beef Wellington and it was fantastic. Water was not free but that seems normal around Europe compared to the U.S.A Service was great, nice and very helpful. Music was pretty loud but overall great place. Would highly recommend!

When a pre-theatre meal is advertised you don't expect to have to add a side dish to make a meal a burger on its own is not a meal and £5.00 for a portion of chips is outrageous! ! The starter was very good the pudding was quite small but okay, a sorbet as an apology for my husbands main was odd...the staff were very helpful but we won't be going again

The restaurant is located in a useful spot and presents well, the staff are attentive but essentially you go to eat and with Ramsey's seal you expect the food to be tasty. I ordered soup of the day, it was insipid, sea bass on pak choi which was cooked well and was OK and apple crumble, a disappointing morsel of a pudding. Overall, disappointing.

Met a friend for lunch, the first waiter we had was attentive but this changed when a different waiter took over. She seemed not with it and we had to ask several times for a few things as well as wait a while and have to stand up and go and ask for the bill. Considering there were only a handful of tables occupied this was a little frustrating.

Food was good and the ambience as always was good.

The food lived up to expectations and was very good. Service was very polite but a bit more cookie cutter than I would expect in a restaurant at this level. Two items we ordered never showed up though they also didn't appear on the bill. Perhaps the server was new. He was very nice though.

Enjoyed a Sunday afternoon brunch here, with the bottomless prosecco option. The poached eggs on sourdough was nice, complimented by the particularly tasty bread. It's all too easy to get this dish horribly wrong with lame bread. Service was friendly and not overbearing - they were very good at making sure we our glasses were topped up frequently. It's not somewhere to go if you are looking for a big buzzy scene, rather better for a friendly lunch backed with a good modern soundtrack playing ...at a volume which encourages conversation. A lovely afternoon overall.

Very quiet on Sunday evening so not much atmosphere. Had run out of the Beef Sunday roast option so offered Rib eye instead which was delicious. Only problem was they did not bring any of the Sunday roast accompaniments like roast potatoes, veg, Yorkshire pudding etc and just served the meat. When I asked for the accompaniments I received potatoes and veg but still NO Yorkshire pudding... didn’t bother asking again. The overall food was delicious but Sunday evening not good time if you’re looking for atmosphere.
