Overall, lovely dinner. Food was great and table service was fab.
We were a little put out initially, as we arrived 15minutes late (having called ahead to say we would be) and found our table had been given away and told that if we were 30 minutes late then they give the table away.
This was partly our fault for being late, but thought it was a shame they had given it away so quickly even though we called up before, and then parted the blame on us.
Anyway, otherwise, it was lovely! Definitely recommend...just turn up on time!! Ha

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Once they knew it was my birthday they brought a little dessert with a candle.

Beautiful food at a brilliant place. Atmosphere was great and we were well attended all evening. The butter chicken was amazing and asparagus starter also blew me away. That said, it was the same size as a full on meal, so if you're not that hungry get it to share.

A bit expensive in the end, salads are not in my favorite, but one of the best Fish&chips and of course Beef Wellington must try. 👍

Beautiful restaurant- hidden in the corner just off Regent Street. Elegant but chic set up - all restaurant staffs are very friendly- willing to help and doing extra mile with smile on their face - truly wonderful people and Mr Ramsey should be proud of them :-) Food was absolutely scrumptious- top quality and nutritious:-) healthy - not greasy. Normally I give 4 for top mark - 5 is usually 'exceptional' we have been well looked after and will go back again. :-)

Heddon Street Kitchen was very lovely. Expecting a little more of a casual vibe it definitely has more of an upmarket scale.

The biggest issue we experienced was regarding service. Wait staff were not very attentive. When we were asked if we wanted the dessert menu, the waitress did not bring it. Upon asking the same waitress again, she then brought us the bill. After explaining to another member of staff we eventually received the dessert menu, although a service charge was still added to the bill for poor service on a quiet Wednesday afternoon.

Overall I would say that the food was excellent and I would return again, hopefully, with better waiting staff.

Visited HSK at the insistence of my daughter, a big fan of Ramsay’s. Off to a bad start when our server scolded me for trying to order apps with cocktails. She told me I couldn’t do that, I could only order bread. Unfortunately, another in our party (who hadn’t heard my scolding) tried to do the same and was also scolded and informed he could only order bread. We shrugged it off and ordered the damn bread. It arrived with olives which we assumed were complimentary since we didn’t order them. The bread was fantastic, as were the olives. After being allowed to order food, it arrived promptly, at reasonable intervals and was delicious. Just not all of it. 2 sides never appeared.. I found the Potted Salt Beef extraordinary. Odd sounding combo that really worked well. Everyone else enjoyed their meals as well. So much so, my daughter wanted to take her leftovers. She was then told by someone we assumed was the manager, they didn’t do that, but then produced a bag and container accompanied by a lecture on food safety. I love when my 19 yo daughter learns new things, but I saw the disappointment in her eyes and that ruined my evening. When the bill arrived, I noted the 2 sides that didn’t appear were on the bill, along with the unsolicited olives. No big deal, I enjoyed the olives, so I said nothing. The mia sides were removed, but there was no apology for the glitch. Just a matter of fact transaction. When paying the bill, we were told dividing the check was no problem, except it turned out that it was. No real problem, we worked out the server’s mathmatical errors between ourselves. The food was great, but I left entirely unhappy.

Went for lunch and not full. Nice restaurant with great atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful but not always getting it right. Main course turned up before starter and they forgot I had a carafe of wine and tried to order another glass. Little things but at £70 per head you expect that stuff to be right. Maybe it was an off day

Went for a pre theatre lunch with a friend on a Sunday. Service was excellent and the food arrived extremely quickly, and was very nice. I had the duck salad, and a grapefruit margarita which was also good (could be a bit sharper/stronger!). Menu is pretty meaty so perhaps not ideal for vegetarians though good salad options and veggie choices. Everything I saw being served was beautifully presented. Would definitely go again, location is really convenient for palladium, or a good lunch option if you’re around regents street/Piccadilly.

While the menu had great selections, the ambiance was very energetic, the service left much to be desired. We declined the bread basket when asked, yet it was brought to the table anyways, you practically had to beg for water refills and engage neighboring sections' waiters as our own waiter was fastidiously avoiding eye contact, choosing to concentrate on setting up other tables and seating new guests, never taking good care of the patrons already seated. They ever need to retrain the staff, increase the headcount or introduce table-side iPads for quick refills and additional orders.

Now I am going to go on about the starter, that is not to say the mains and dessert weren’t bad. From the set menu we had the chicken starter, burger, sea bass, chocolate mousse and pair. All were fine, except the chicken wings, they were BRILLIANT. Without doubt they were the best chicken I have ever ever had. They were so meaty, and the coating was pure crispness, but what really made was the flavour, having taramind in there made it just WOW. The only criticism is that none of the rest of the food could match it. As and when I go back I just might order the chicken again.

Service was lovely- just the right amount of attentiveness. We had the Prosecco brunch which was pretty good value. They didn’t stint on the bottomless Prosecco, which was really nice. Food was nice, although not outstanding. We had eggs Benedict and avocado, poached egg and tomato relish. The kiwi and pineapple carpaccio was yum. All in all, a good solid restaurant that you can rely on. We’ve been before and will go again.

The two course deal was reasonable value, food average not memorable. Wine excessive at £55 for the cheapest SB on the menu which was nothing special. Far too noisy, but staff were attentive and willing but it always worries me when beef is alleged fresh but I'm told it's against the law to serve it rare. The implication is hygiene issues.

I was really disappointed with this restaurant. we had to wait about 20mins for our pre-booked table, and when I went over to ask when will we be seated, they said ‘oo, we forgot about you’. Then, our food was cold when it eventually arrived so had to send it back, which took a long time to return.

We were seated fast and hoped it to be a good night. Unfortunately, the waitress sat us in a corner near an old doorway entrance which sectioned us off from the whole restaurant and was very drafty. The waiters also use that space as a walk way to enter the main restaurant seating area where all the booths were so there was constantly people waking past our table.
Staff seemed to be in a rush to get orders and barely took notice to refill our drinks.
Food was mediocre. Expected more from a celebrity chef restaurant. The chicken wings were tasty, burger was nothing to brag about and the duck leg confit was salty and slightly dry. We ordered from the Love January menu and I’m glad we did, I would not pay full price for the food. The attitude from the staff when and after we asked to order from that menu wasn’t nice - made us feel silly for even asking. Don’t offer a deal and get frustrated when people come for it.
Overall, we had high hopes but were disappointed. Sadly won’t return.

I went to Heddon Street to celebrate a birthday - we were a group of 7 and we had the free-flowing prosecco lunch offer. The service was really exceptional, they were very generous with refilling our glasses and even extended our stay at the table and continued to serve us. We had one issue with our food which was resolved quickly and the manager came to apologise - we were very happy with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend.

We booked the set menu offer for a late lunch. Overall everyone was very pleasant and friendly with the exception of the young lady who "greeted" us who was bordering on rude. I smiled and explained we had a booking but her response was curt and unfriendly to say the least. We weren't handed the offer menu initially but it was provided upon request. The food was good quaility and the service and value for money was excellent. It was pretty noisy but then it is more of a casual style restaurant and it was a Saturday. We would probably return but I hope the attitude of the blonde lady on reception was just a bad day blip.

The January deal is very good value but the staff are clearly sick of it and that told in the presentation and overall service. Usual Ramsey experience, good quality food but when you’ve added wine, pre-dinner drinks and coffee into the bill it’s still an expensive night.

We opted for a bit of January madness and had the 2 course for 2 for £30 deal. The food was of good quality for sure and the price I would say did fit, however do not expect large portions. If you are really hungry then go for a different menu or have the burger. The staff were great and very knowledgeable, we were really happy with the advice we received on the wine we ordered. The cocktails were fabulous, we will visit again. Other note, apparently Ziggy Stardust had pictures there but I could not see any sign of this in the restaurant!
