Great place to socialise with lovely food and friendly staff!
Great staff and service. Great food. Music outstanding. 👏👏👏
Great food and great service!!!
Great afternoon , good food and drink we had a great time, service just slightly slow
Had a lovely meal and the service was excellent. Will definitely be back.
I had the chicken curry and if I had made it at home it wld have went in bin, tasteless and 4 bite size pieces of chicken..
Food and service lovely but please turn the heating on it’s very cold and draughty. Downstairs toilet needs cleaned - it smells. This is my third visit and it’s the same each time. Please sort it out.
It was our first visit and we were very impressed, we will definitely be back again. Ross our waiter was brilliant, very helpful. Everything was great, the staff, the service, the food, value for money, would highly recommend it. Many thanks
I’ve been to Henrys on several occasions now and it doesn’t disappoint!
Good food and drink and very helpful staff!
Hard to beat!
Best restaurant in Belfast, been coming here for years and it has never let me down!
Was a lovely meal, good music but was a bit too loud, service was a bit slow as it was Valentine’s Day and the last place was busy but our servers were very friendly and welcoming. The drinks were great and we really appreciated the Prosecco that we got on arrival, overall a great experience and will definitely go again.
Don’t waste your time much nice places close by ! Shockingly bad service Disappointing!
Table booked was running late so we waited in the bar for 30 minutes. Vegan menu and food was good service very slow rude and I’ve never experienced such rudeness.
After waiting on reserved table for 30 mins we had starters and mains only to be asked to vacate our table before even being offered a desert menu ! Very rude very pompous front of house slow service and the first thing to help would be a change in career for the manageress !!!
Will NEVER be back
Great atmosphere and great food however didn’t like the fact we were rushed of the table especially when we were there to watch the rugby and it hasn’t even ended.
Right match on when we arrived so a little noisy but we still enjoyed our evening
Ambience great but food wasn't good.. Burger well overdone and dry..
This is my favourite place in Belfast, I would recommend it to anybody and everybody who would care to listen to me.
Have visited Henry’s quite a few times & food was always very good, unfortunately it wasn’t good this visit & to be honest it has put me off visiting again
When for my birthday meal, the lady that serviced us was lovely and the food was gorgeous would highly recommend
I would recommend Henry's, the food, service and atmosphere was good but be aware that you could get a table in the middle of the bar. There was a football match on so was noisy. We were seated opposite the big screen so had people standing around us while eating and couldn't chat with friends properly. For me, as having friends over from Scotland that haven't seen in a long time, would have been better in a quieter restaurant. Should have researched better!
Excelent evening, we enjoyed it, atmosphere was great
Isatred eating here when it was McCracken's and while its name may have changed, it's quality of food Service and the general ambience remains as good as ever it was.
Brilliant atmosphere. Staff were really friendly and kept the kitchen open for us as we were running late. Live band was brilliant. We definitely felt like we had a nice Irish experience
The food and service were excellent and it’s a gorgeous bar. I enjoyed the live music but sometimes it was just a tad loud for a Sunday afternoon which meant it was hard to converse while dining.
Very disappointed in the lack of food suitable for coaelics. My mum wanted to leave but settled instead for chicken n potatoes n veg.I think this shud be addressed. My food was good and was happy but it put a dampner on the lunch overall.
Absolutely great evening - food was amazing and staff were lovely!! Would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends
Had a lovely Meal, great service only let down by the temperature. It is very draughty
Lovely bar with great atmosphere - didnt stay long enough for the music but have been before and entertainment is always good!!
Great food and great service.
Couldn’t fault anything about it.
We come home two times a year and have always had lovely meals in and around Belfast, this was not good my chicken was very dry and tasted burnt. My wife had pie but the base of the pastry was like rock. We have had food here before and it was lovely. I will say the staff were lovely and very apologetic and offered alternatives and did take the cost of my meal off the bill.
Great food and fab surroundings. Couldn’t fault will def be back
Great food and service. Atmosphere is noisier than we thought, can’t really talk over a meal if that’s what you are looking for. Music is good though if that’s what you want, very lively and plenty of people about. I would say better for drinks than a quiet meal
Food was lovely and good service.
Really lovely meal and very enjoyable evening with a few friends. Service, food and ambience were perfect. Will definitely book again.
It was a great restaurant with a live singer. The food was fantastic, we had the local bread starter. My husband had the roasted chicken, which was delicious, juicy, and flavorful. The Goliath burger was nothing less than the name. It was a Goliath. It was delicious to match as well as the fries. Great place to eat!
Food was so so good. Great space.
Biggest let down are the staff. Dont seem very happy to help or even to be there. Not very attentive and kind of feel disorganised.
We went for dinner at 730 and felt more like a bar than restaurant. The food was good but nothing to write home about. The musicians called Fairly Local were excellent.
Really enjoyed everything about this place food delicious service great will be back!
Having moved to Belfast in November 2018 I have used both Henry’s and Jail house. Great food and value as well a decent beer.
Luv the big screen football and fact that when you book a table it’s always ready and available.... fantastic atmosphere in the evening with live music 10/10
Great pub/restaurant off a little side alley close to city hall. Comfortable, cozy furnishings, nice menu, great food, great service. We were on a land tour of Ireland and in Belfast for the day. Wanting some local Irish fare for lunch between tour stops, used OpenTable to find this great pub. We throughly enjoyed the food, the service and the ambience. Would definitely return if through Belfast again in the future.
A lovely location for a meal on our first night in Belfast - the city centre was quiet but then we entered Joy's Entry off one of the main shopping streets and felt like we'd arrived! Great vibe, live music giving us the authentic feel and sense of location. Service issues probably because they seemed a little bit understaffed.
Henry's is rated 4.3 stars by 110 OpenTable diners.
