A lovely Sunday dinner, staff were friendly and made our stay pleasant.
As usual the food was amazing, we both had the special menu, fantastic value for money.

Wonderful mean at Hindu Blanc. Complimentary glass of fizz as they knew it was our anniversary. Food was beautiful. Couldn’t fault anything. Will definitely be returning.
Cant fault this place at all. Great location (inside and out), great food, very attentive staff and great value overall. Its our 2nd visit in a month and we will be back for sure.

Me and the wife wanted to try somewhere new for Sunday lunch and had wanted to try Hibou Blanc for sometime. Well it certainly didn’t disappoint!! The cocktails were amazing and the food was sensational. My starter of pumpkin soup with hazelnut pesto and goats cheese was absolutely amazing. I had the beef for my main and was asked if I’d like it pink, I said yes and it came perfectly pink. The dinner was beautiful and the veg all perfectly cooked. My wife went for the lamb (pink also) which was also outstanding.
Will definitely be back for Sunday lunch and can’t wait to try it for a steak sometime as well.

Beautiful surroundings, amazing food with perfect service.
First time dining here - anniversary meal. Overall everything was excellent (especially our male Spanish waiter - very attentive but not overbearing). However a medium steak was VERY rare (perhaps a kitchen mix-up with plates?). Rectified quickly and tasted amazing. We would recommend to friends and will def be revisiting.
One of the best meals in Newcastle center for a long time. We will be back for sure with the family.

Disappointed in lamb dish as the sauce was very thin and would have been better with some potatoes.
Fish soup was amazing and so was desserts.
We were seated near the door on the bigg market and the atmosphere was spoiled by people smoking outside and it coming in to the restaurant.
First time at the Hibou Blanc and will be visiting again as my son now studying for 4 years.
Sadly, food overpriced £23 for overcooked linguine and I suspect not fresh crab... the mark up in this dish must be huge!
Oysters were good but they don’t need cooking!

As usual the atmosphere was relaxed yet professional. Nice birthday meal with friends. Food from set menu. Quite limited choices but very good quality and cooked to perfection. Thank you for a lovely evening. Excellent value for money too x

great wine choices, especially the Chassagne Montrachet Premier Cru by Phillipe Colin. Sunday lunch was superb.
The only thing, was a group of well Served customers coming in and out of the venue via the side door in the resturant. They clearly had a relationship with the premises which ment they weren't challenged and on face value were v demanding. Had we been sat else where I doubt they would have impacted as much.
Food was very tasty, service a little slow, ambience excellent.
