   This is our second visit to Inverness and The Highlander we love it. Good food and the music is great!

   A pub with wonderful music The wait staff was busy and always moving We came for a meal and left entertained. I would go back

   Highlander offers awesome traditional Scottish music and some delicious food and drink! Would recommend a reso if you can get one cause the place fills up!

   The Highlander is a great pub featuring some fantastic traditional bands and have a good assortment of food and drinks. The sad thing about the Saturday evening we went was a group of people felt it was ok to bully myself and my wife off our table so as they could take over the space. This seems to be ok these days. Whilst this is not the fault of The Highlander, there was little we could do about it. It didn’t spoil a great trip to partake in the NC500, but we would think twice about spending time and money in there going forward.

   Booked a standard table prior to arriving, server tried to put us on a high table despite requesting standard seating having emailed prior to request. Server was rude as a result. Meal was terrible, macaroni tasteless. Bar staff very good and great atmosphere to the place. Shame about the food.

   What a fabulous meal everything was really good. The portions were great plenty choice We had people on our table gluten and dairy free they accommodated us so well. I will definitely be going back I highly recommend the Christmas dinner . Value was brilliant 👏 Music and live entertainment aswell .
