Houlihan's - Cherry Hill
The scallops were much better than I had anticipated. I was so glad I ordered them. I had two martinis. The first one was great the second one was OK so a little inconsistent with the drinks. The server was overwhelmed they needed somebody else working with her.
Everyone was very sweet and I will most definitely be eating there again even made friends along the way best 4th of July ever they deserve a raise 😊
Everything was good about dinner until near the end of the meal it was raining and the wind picked up an umbrella hit my friend
Portions smaller than usual, didnt taste good at all, and we had to go inside to find someone to take our payment. Probably won't be back until inside opens fully or maybe not at all.
Based on this visit I wouldnt rely.

There was an issue where another group of people pretended to be our party and took our reservation, but the manager was quick to remedy the situation. She got us seated quickly and even paid for a large amount of our overall bill. She, along with the waiter, was exceptional in their service. I only wish I could have tipped them more! Thank you for your amazing hospitality and service, I already love coming here and am looking forward to coming again.

I'm getting tired of reviewing Houlihan's. Since it is one of our go to restaurants (at least 15 times in a slow year), there's not much left for me to say about it. The food is good, the service is good and pleasant, there are usually pricing specials available in emails from Houlihan's and in any number of other places in regular mail - buyt we would go here without coupons and often do.
Food was great. Staff were very friendly and professional.
Service was very slow, from food, to reviving utensils. The food was good.
For the entire time we had the meal, an infant was SCREAMING at top of lungs and was not supervised nor comforted by the couple sitting with the child.
Patrick Slevin, Mgr, was good enough to ask this table to be considerate of diners. The 2 adults ignored Patrick and continued to allow the infant to SCREAM.
Patrick was extremely attentive and pleasant to us . . . but said that Houlihan's cannot do anything to insist those adults comfort and quiet the child.
I cannot recommend any food establishment that allows such unwarranted and unacceptable conduct on the part of adults. This is especially true when the disturbance lasted for over an hour! The noise rating for us is EXCESSIVE and OFF THE CHART.
Houlihan's needs to review its policy on such disturbances . . . Houlihan's would not allow me to scream at
top of my voice for an hour. Why does an infant get away with it?
The Valentine's day menu was okay. My boyfriend and I ordered the grilled salmon potatoes and broccoli and brussel sprouts. My salmon was over cooked, which made it a little dry. We also had the cheesy tater tots, which was okay. The manager asked if we liked them and we didn't, so he offered us the fried avocado, on him, which was good. That was really nice of him. Our server was Colleen and she was nice. But the goey butter cake with ice cream was the best of the meal. Must try and I would go back just for that.
Food was horrible. I can’t believe they charged that much for the food they serve. Disgusting.
I let the restaurant know ahead of time that meal was for son’s 4th birthday. I’ve done this many times in the past between three kids and the restaurant normally sings or they throw a candle in the dessert that comes with the meal on the kid’s menu. Unfortunately, they brought out the check before asking for deserts, did not sing to son when I reminded about desserts.
About five minutes after ordering, told they didn’t have Firecracker Shrimp so I decided on Calamari but it was overcooked and dry. I did not send it back because I didn’t want to be difficult and I wanted the family’s main entrees to come out sooner rather than later because we spent the day out and we were all hungry. Kids mini burgers were overcooked(burnt) / wife’s salmon was overcooked and dry. I will say, the Fish tacos were great! I highly recommend. We were never asked how the meal was and I would’ve been honest but since I wasn’t asked, I am writing here on Open Table. I was so happy to see that we were able to use the app to get a table at a nearby restaurant so soon but the experience was a let down. I still tipped 20% because I know what it’s like to work for tips... The food quality was not as good as we expect since we’ve eaten there many times in the past at other locations. I am not comparing my experience against any competitors, but against other Houlihan’s locations where I’ve dined in the past. I expected better.
I had too many problems here first cold food now poor service waited over 15 min for our drinks need more servers to back up ones that are very busy
I should have listened to other reviews. Service was slow. Food took forever to come out and was cold when they did.
I used to like the food there and the ambiance thinking it looks run down where they set us off he room was a hot mess from a previous party and the food disappointing it was my bday coupon u sent me which is why I came back and the pot roast was gross with way too much celery in it and the carrots weren’t cooked ! Believe me when I say I won’t be back there
Good place for a quick bite and glass of wine prior to the Theater in Philadelphia.
Samantha is one of the best servers at this restaurant besides Kylie J. Both of these servers are excellent, friendly and make sure you have everything that you need at all times. We noticed a change in uniforms. We hope this doesn’t mean a change to the restaurants brand. We enjoy visiting Houlihan’s weekly at this location
I'm not sure why Open Table keeps asking for reviews of restaurants that I've reviewed several times before. It gets difficult to think of new, wonderful things to write about the place.The service was excellent; the ribs are the best in this entire area. We've been to nearly every place known for its ribs and none is better. They are full of taste, almost no fat, literally fall-off-the-bone tender and a large rack is large, unlike someplace tht are skimping on the size these day.
PS I almost hate to have to say good things ab out Houlihan's, because it might make it too difficult to get seated when we want, if all of our best time frames no longer have remaining reservations available.
Lunch with my wife, son, and his girlfriend. Everything was very good.
Maybe because Houlihan's is in bankruptcy, but restaurant was woefully understaffed. Appetizers came out 20 minutes apart, and it took over an hour from order for main courses to appear. We asked to see the manager, who never showed up. Server kept apologizing, said things were coming, which only made things worse.
Everything was great. Good service, good food and good price.
The food was amazing and the staff was as accommodating as possible, however, the entire ordeal took over 2 hours. Had a 6:30 reservation, arrived early and ended up seated before 6:30, all good there. We didn't leave the restaurant until well after 8:30. It took over 25 minutes to just get our drinks then another 10 minutes before the wait staff came back to take our orders. You can kind of guess the timeline of the rest of our 3-course meal from there - oh, and we took the dessert to-go.
I read the reviews from last Christmas before booking our reservation thinking that they couldn't possibly be that unprepared two years in a row... I was clearly mistaken.
I will probably return at some point, just not for Christmas on during a dinner rush.
Food was good but service during holiday was a 0, they gave my young children forks to eat ice cream because they had none clean?
The waitress Julian was just so sweet and nice to us. She turkey made the experience amazing. The food was good and decently priced. We are going to come a lot more often. Hopefully, she is there each and every time.
I don't know why Open table keeps asking me to review Houlihan's. We go there, on average, twice per month. After a while, like now, I run out of new things to say about this, one of our top go-to restaurants.
Way better than mother's day
Jillian our server was great. She's a keeper. My turkey dinner was good but a little dry.
Salad and French Dip were edible - the service was excellent.
Night out for my husband & me. I always enjoy my meal T Houlihan’s. I really like the California Mashers. We both really liked our meals, Salmon & the Pot Roast & my Sangria was great. Service is good & we didn’t have a wait.
Service was below par. Food was awful, we had 3 people in our party who each had something different and all of us said that this is the last time we will come here.
This visit was my second time having Terry as my server and it has by far made the experience. Terry is attentive, personable, and someone you can always expect to have a smile on their face. Houlihan's has become my go to place for a causal bite at an affordable price.
Like the food, but the order was mixed up a few times, felt bad for our server he tried to help. The kitchen was lacking for sure....
