House of Western isn't a normal restaurant, there is bowling and games, and lots of tv's. If you are looking for a normal restaurant it could definitely be disappointing, but the food and decor is nicer than most game restaurants, and it is always great for groups. I think their food performs well for what it is meant to do. We had the buffalo chicken pizza to share and then I had a jam burger and definitely enjoyed it. I plan on coming back to watch football this fall.

Was looking for something for party of 7 where everyone could get something they wanted. Although they were flexible with reservation, this was basically a bar masquerading as a restaurant. The tables and chairs were wobbly, the menu is limited, and the staff are nice, but inexperienced. The pizza was meh, the burgers and fries tasty. The beer was cold and service was attentive, although we had to ask for a box 3 times. I would go again if by myself, but not with kids or a group.

Bailey was amazing. She was knowledgeable and extremely attentive. We had the jam burger and a pizza and everything was fantastic. The games and the atmosphere is so fun here. Highly recommend!

House of Western was so much fun! I really enjoyed the happy hour, which is all you can drink for 2 hours of select drinks, was a cool and fun spin that is different than what I have seen around town. The buffalo chicken pizza was also perfect. Would get again. Definitely a great time for a date or with the fam. I plan on watching Boise State football games here with the kid, so we can bowl or play games and I can still watch the game.

We had a great time at House of Western tonight, we sat at a couch with the fam and the kiddo loves skeeball and bowling, and has been learning pac man, it is fun to take him to play games. My wife is obsessed with the jam burger, and we love the wings and thin crust pizza!

I didn’t realize this is a bar/mini bowling/restaurant when I booked. The food was good with the exception of my daughter whose chicken was raw. By the time we got it cook, we were ready to leave. I was a little bothered this was so casual for Father’s Day, but that’s on me for not researching. The girls waiting tables were very sweet and did a great job.

Service was not good. We had a large party reservation and gave fair warning we would be splitting the bill. They said “no problem! We’ll do it at the end.” We waited well over 45 minutes for them to get us bills and then they couldn’t explain who was paying for what or provide a receipt. They charged one person over $200. It was a fiasco. We won’t be back.

We had our end of the season soccer party here with a group of 20. They reserved a large comfortable space for us. We had 1 main server who was fantastic & then another server helping she was also great. The girls loved the arcade games & the parents enjoyed the food & drinks. We will definitely be back.
