Very nice food and quick service. Wasn’t sure what to have a waiter was very helpful with suggestions.
The food was ok, but there was nothing about it that differentiated it enough against other restaurants that serve similar food.
Good food, the waitress was nice and polite. The person at the reception made me wait 30 mins and then the table wasn’t ready despite the fact that this was a pre booked table.
They run out of beer glasses, we had to use tiny water glasses. Not all meals were available on the menu.
Good experience but there is room for improvements.
Always love their ribs!!! Got an outside table too on a nice warm evening so had lovely view of Darling Harbour.
The drinks,were fill with ice,bar tender said there was double shot of vodka,but couldnt taste anything.weet patatoo chips were cold..
Great experience with an unreal view. Prices were reasonable for quality meals and drinks.
Mac and cheese balls and Ribs were good. Chop salad with chicken was disappointing - tasted precooked and reheated in microwave. Also couldn't taste the dressing

Not worth the cost at all. The food was cold and boring. The ribs were served on top of French fries making them moist and uncrispy.
Pork rib was so nice and balcony seat has beautiful scene.
The service of receptionist was terrible, when we arrived in front of the recption table and helped the receptionist to find our reservation number, she just requested us stand away to wait with definitely rude manner, no any polite words or smile for the customers. We can't understand why the restaurant hired a person like this one!!!
Unfortunately our experience was not a positive one. The restaurant was to noisy to hold a conversation. We ordered the steak and rib combo, however the steak was over cooked and the beef ribs were so tough we could not even cut through them or get the meat away from the bone.
Management did see that we were compensated however the overall experience was disappointing

Had a great time with the location. Darling Harbour Team was amazing especially Sonia for assisting us for a little birthday surprise. will definitely comeback for more.

We were seated outside. It was a bit too noisy and there was a bad smell occasionally, it smelt like garbage.
One of our party wanted to get their leftover steak taken away but the waitress threw it out. We were not offered any compensation.
The food is good. Chocolate muoose is so bitter. However, service is just fine. We don't have knife until we asked the waitress. I feel they are not very passionate and friendly as in other stores of Hurricane's grill. They didn't even ask me to turn on the heater or not and we sit outside in 7 pm!
We were told that the Ribs were their specialty. We tried the beef and pork and both were just ok. Not particularly good. Just average. The acoustics in the restaurant were not conducive to conversation and we needed to scream at each tower to converse
We always eat in Hurricane at least once a month. I dont know why last Sunday when we eat the food was disasters. I ordered medium rare steak and end up dry and burn which suppose to be juicy. Super dissapointed.
A few of us order burgers. We found the burgers to be more bun then content. Particularly the Southern fried chicken Burger. Barely any chicken. The ribs received great feed back as did the waygu steak. We weren't attended too very frequently and had to request to place our orders. The aioli tasted more like cheese and the garlic dipping sauce would kill a vampire. Would possibly try again but for dinner rather than lunch.

No never again, after this experience will never go back, coming from a person that visited the restaurant on a regular basis, the plate of food wasn't presented well, portion's were inconsistent and the time to place an order was quiet extensive. It's a real shame because having been visiting the restaurant from it humble beginings in bondi what it has become now, I think they've droped there core values in terms of what they are offering as a business.
Also a bit pricey in comparison to other venues as well.
Used to be the best steak in Australia, now the menu has changed...doesn’t identify the cuts of meat anymore (grass/grain fed), staff have zero knowledge. Will not be back

Came for my fathers birthday. This used to be mine and my families favorite steakhouse in Sydney but this time Im not going back. Drink order was wrong, Food order was wrong. Food came out cold. Ribs had little to no flavour, even with the baisting. Although decent amount of meat on bone. Had almost no chips with my full rack of ribs. My girlfriends chicken burger was less tastier than a KFC zinger burger. I know its hard to please a table of Italian cooks but for the prices we paid we were not pleased.

Booked for 530pm got seated at 630pm. What's the point of booking a table? Also the reservation and reception lady didn't speak English well. Waitress was either Vietnamess or Chinese with accent and can't really understand her. Horrible reservation to table process... Unnecessary long drama and too many useless people talking
The food came out very quickly and was really good. The staff weren’t very friendly.. I thanked them a few times and just got a grunt. We also were near screaming and I mean screaming kids so that was a little frustrating
More fails than wins. Starting with the wins, pork ribs are the best in sydney, maybe in the country, made to perfection. They are tasty, meaty, flavoursome and consistent. Staff are always friendly. Now for the fails, we were seated in the dark, no kidding, it was hard to see. We were told we would get some candles, however we had to ask about three times. Finally the candles came out, one of the two died within a few minutes. The remaining candle was not enough to light the area we were eating in. The steak was tough and fatty.
We turned up 10min before our booking and was told to wait. We waited for 20min and when i asked whats happening, i was told we are already seated. We never got called and we was at the bar. Then i was told we could have lost out seat.
Food was amazing, meals are generous size, but only meat and chips, you pay extra for size salad which was rather expensive. Lovely views to the harbour too. The service started ok, but then they forgot our desserts. When we questioned, they brought one but not the other. It took close to two hours to get our desserts, everyone wanted to go home. Other then this the place was nice, I would consider going back one day but only because the food was yum.

Busiest place in Sydney I guess. Pork rips ware so tender but the sauce was too much. Too Salty and sweet. I couldn’t see the fireworks even tho it was the main reason I made a reservation on Saturday.. You can’t expect the splendid service as it is so busy.
Had a booking at 8pm. Didn’t get seated at the table until about 9pm. Ordered and entree which never came out so the waitress told us it would be cancelled. However upon looking at the receipt we were charge for the entree that never came out.
