With floor to ceiling windows, it’s flooded with natural light during the day; a very special vibe takes over in the evening.
Our popular bar gets full with locals seeking drinks and tapas eating Spanish style by the bar. if you have lots of friends (or colleagues), we have an amazing private room upstairs to enjoy the fun of sharing food!

Food was good. I like it. But their service was not so good, because I ordered a paella and the service person told me that it takes 45-50mins. But she brought it to me in 15mins after I ordered it and the paella was not warm enough. I'm afraid the paella she brought to me was originally for the other guest. Food quality was high. But the main course portion was smaller than I expected, while its price was for the main course.
Everything was lovely, service on point and nice waiter. Just a little slow on bringing drinks and dishes. Two dishes came when we finished everything and something came twice which we didn’t order. We were tucked all the way back of the restaurant which was dark and near the toilet. It was a bit of a shame since it wasn’t busy and there were tables free at the front. I asked to change but I’ve been told they had been requested but I didn’t see anyone sitting there. The food was delicious as well as the value. Staff are friendly.
Great Paella but pricey
I haven’t been to Marylebone in a while, it felt to me that the interior dining has changed a little. It use to feel more luxurious then it use to be on the ground floor. I frequent more Iberica victoria, nowadays. Still one of the best Spanish places around in London regardless.
It’s not the first time being here but this was absolutely the worst experience we had at one of the Iberica restaurants. The service was AWFUL that it almost destroyed our night as we were all really annoyed with the staff’s behaviour. We ordered bread with olive oil at first which after 25 minutes of ordering it didn’t come and so we asked the waiter again to bring it to us. We saw with our own eyes the waitress touching the bread without any gloves putting it in a plate and so after 1’ we had it. Bear in mind that before that she was cleaning another table with a really disgusting cloth. We couldn’t believe in our eyes and so we kidnly asked another waiter to take it as we were disturbed by this action. He just told as “that’s what we always do” and took the plate with the bread away (he put it back into the basket with the other pieces of bread). Our food came almost an hour after we ordered it and in general both of our waiters was really unproffessional. I used to love this place a lot but I don’t think I’ll visit it again in the near future.
Shockingly bad service, waited twenty minutes for a drink. Average food including some v poor potato bravas. We would have left if there was a viable alternative. Have had much better food and service in mid price high street chains.
Service was non-existent. Too few staff to cope with 150 covers. Hot food was cold. Bill was £65 per head with limited alcohol consumption.
Terrible service, the worst I've experienced lately. The Spanish waitress serving upstairs was rude and not adequate for the job. Watered sangria.
I'm afriad this place lets itself down due to the food was extremely salty and overpriced. For instance dinner for two with 2 glasses of wine, each came to £187.00. It would have been fine if the food was of a high standard.
Table was sticky, sleeves would stick to the surface.
The croquettes and Patatas bravas were nice. However the lamb cutlet were awful, anaemic looking, 95% fat and tasteless served with a plate of half cooked pale potatoes slices.
The pluma pork was served rare despite requests for it to not be.
Used to love this place but its changed. Won’t be going back.
All the cooked food was not very tasty, especially the tempura based fried food, you could only taste fried dough not the content
The piementos de pardon were tasting neutral.
If you compare in London what is available, this spot is a clear no go.
However it is a good looking nice restaurant, but not much atmosphere.
Good was the selection of Spanish ham, which you can get everywhere
I absolutely loved my dining experience at Ibérica! Beautiful ambiance and delicious food and wine. Would highly recommend.
We go to Iberico a lot and enjoy the food very much.
The paella is magnificent and should not be missed.
Only One thing that is annoying ....when you check into the resturant the greeting should be more what the customer wants and asking for a table you like and saying it has been booked so we had the table next to it ......when we left the so called table was still empty. Not good for regular dinners.
Been many times now. Once our allocated table upstairs had thankfully been changed to one downstairs - with the valued assistance of the delightfully competent manager Valentina, we yet again had a terrific meal with great service. The paella is to die for! Only downsides were the absence on holiday of our favourite waitress Joanna and erm...... perhaps one or two of the other waitresses could brush up on their English. Otherwise brilliant as usual!
Always excellent food, ambiance and service
It is very tasty tapas. Good selection. Nice service
We had a brand new waitress who got stuck with the entire upstairs. She had all tables and no back up or help. While she did an AMAZING job for being 2 weeks new on the job. It’s was more than anyone should handle . Not her fault .
I watched her manager blow her a kiss and say good night and WALK OUT and leave her super overwhelmed. I would have fired that manager on the spot ! She did a major disservice to the restaurant.
Food is always great there ... but can’t make up for the way the restaurant was run that day
We love Iberica specifically for the Paella and the fantastic Range of Spanish wines. And the chance to practice my Spanish.
Iberica is good and there isn’t much competition in the immediate vicinity but it’s not as amazing as it once was.
Nice modern restaurant with nice Tapas options and helpful staff. Our 2 person table was awkwardly placed between the chefs counter, chill room and walkway but wasn't too bad in the end. The chefs special Ox tail was delicious but overpriced (at £16 per dish for a cheap meat).
Overall a satisfying and entertaining visit
The food was delectable, the wine was delicious, but most of all everyone working there was lovely - the flutes of champagne were a generous and thoughtful touch. The perfect place to help my parents celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary!
A great restaurant that’s is always busy.
Best Croquetas in the world
Everything we ordered was delicious! Thank you.
I especially recommend any of the pork dishes.
Great attention and delicious food
Best tapas outside of Spain. Fabulous service. Joanna we love you
Amazing restaurant for those who love Spanish food. Tapas and paella are outstanding, I recommend getting “Pulpo” (octopus) that was extremely delicious ! Great atmosphere for a date.
Food was excellent, the atmosphere was wonderful and the staff were lovely. Saw some of the reviews complaining about slow service, and it wasn't rapid I'll grant, but it was a pace I'd expect from a Spanish restaurant, nice not to be rushed and to allow time to enjoy my meal. Highly recommend and will certainly be returning.
good tapas, reasonable price, excellent service and atmosphere.
Food was very bland. Very disappointing experience
Our experience in Iberica Marlybome was great. 4 of us enjoyed the food, especially seafood paella and black rice which were incredible. The service from our waiter Augusto was impeccable and he really made us feel welcome.
Value per price is very poor. Good service but average food quality and expensive
The service was incredibly slow. We had to ask about our drinks orders multiple times. At one point we were told the the lady who makes the cocktails has ‘disappeared’.
Lovely tapas and good wine. Very good service at the start, but after a shift change, it dropped drastically.
Incredibly slow service. Ordered 5 items and had to wait extremely long from the first item was served until the rest while the place was empty. The portions were extremely small and the prawns burned. Though we were celebrating my own birthday and my mother’s we decided to leave and find another restaurant as service was appealing and the food not worth half the money paid. We even had to wait unacceptable long time to get our bill though we ask for it (had to tell the manager second time that we wanted the bill). We told the service charge to be removed, which we would never do, but this experience was unbelievable and so disappointing. We were not even in a state to share the feedback with you directly however it was clear that you saw we were not satisfied and no one cared to ask anyway. Worst experience we have ever had. Staff needs more training. You can get away with small portions and burned food however if the staff is so slow and incompetent then the experience gets even worse and as this occasion unbearable.
Very slow service, however nice setting, food average
It was hot and humid . Restaurant was full. Nice but nothing special food. The Victoria branch food and service was much better
Service was poor. Took 10 mins for us to even get a glass of water. Another 10 mins before we were able to flag our server to place our wine order. Was almost an hour before we received our tapas orders and when the paella arrived it was cold.
I have been to Iberica several times and have seen it going down! The restaurant is looking tired, chairs are torn, staff (except one of them) completely uninterested. Food is pretty mediocre and portions are extremely mean considering how much they charge. Shame really.
