If you want lovely pictures and nice but VERY expensive food here’s your place
40 minute wait to be seated for our reservation. Many of the dishes came out cold and had to be sent back. Got a deep fried gooey sweet rice ball as apology….
Food much better at Yauatcha
Amazing menu, but slow, inaccurate service. The place becomes reticent and awkward as they approach 3pm, becoming unwelcoming of orders. Won’t be going back as I like long comfy lunches.
Good food but can get better for the price. Service was good, especially the sommelier. Same price as a Michelin star but not quite as good.
One of the best dimsum I’ve had! Also Peking roast duck was amazing, given I haven’t had one for more than 10 years. For the price we paid per head is higher than most Chinese restaurants, but the variety and quality of food you could get with the price is exceptional.
Only down side is they seemed slightly short staffed with front of house so service was a little slow to start with.
We would definitely come back next time!
The 1st few courses seemed a little rushed, but after that things became more relaxed with the main course. The food was exquisite.
I had a nice corner seat and the distance to the next table wasnt too close to others so my date was nice and private.
Great food in a beautiful setting. Service good be patchy at busy hours.
Imperial Treasure was recommended by a close friend and boy did it not disappoint. Every interaction with every member of staff from reception, barmen, servers was fantastic. They were engaging, totally switched on and very customer focused. The food was fantastic especially the Peeking Duck which is the best we’ve had. The restaurant has a large no of seats but the way they partition the restaurant gives an intimate feel, tables are spread out and we had a fantastic corner table that was spacious and very comfortable. It was a pleasure to be able to talk and not have loud music banging in your ears and the lighting was just right. A special thanks to Thomas our server the best ever … and also Samson who made our night special.
I would highly recommend Imperial Treasure - thank you all for making our night so special.
Amazing menu, excellent service
Friends dinner,Shanghai restaurant with the same name
Great looking menu, however no one talked us through the format, what we could eat, share any specials, whats would be recommended etc Not really the service I would expect from any eating establishment especially one that it rated so highly.
Food was of a good quality but the whole experience was tainted by the lack of service, even when we paid the bill , there was not even a thank you from the waiting staff. (which included service charge ironically!!)
Lighting was way too bright
Waiter service was slow (40mins being served water and being asked for our order) and a bit brusque.
Food wasn’t exceptional, given the price.
The wine sommelier, privacy (tables are well spaced out) decor and cleanliness were very good though.
Amazing restaurant would come again. We had an amazing time
The space itself was gorgeous, front of house staff made a really good impression. The waiting staff were a mixed bag, the server of our table often served our food without words which was odd but the others worked really hard in meeting all diners needs. We were celebrating my mum's birthday and she really enjoyed the experience- she wants to send a special message to the chef to say it was the best fried rice she's ever had! We ordered quite a bit but one of the mains did not arrive but showed on the bill- it was rectified quickly.
Delicious! The best seafood Ho fun I’ve had in london.
food is good, but we waited for a long time before we had the main course.
Great food , wine , service and ambiance . Peking duck was fantastic . We will definitely be back.
Went here for my dad’s birthday and the staff were sooo lovely. Food is AMAZING - highly recommend!
A fun and enjoyable evening.
Food was very good!!!
Food was good and the serving was reasonable. The only thing that is not impressive was the service of the waiter/waitress. They are not friendly and doesn't make you feel welcome.
Hong Kong fine Dimsum standard in London.
Food was absolutely divine and exquisite. However for fine dining the service was left lacking which impacted on the experience. A real shame.
The service was extremely poor and the waiter was super inattentive. We wanted to get the mid festival moon cake set like last year, can’t believe they were packed in a take away plastic box in a very crappy white paper bag, i mean seriously?
Food was good as usual, but the overall experience was a disappointment and not up to the usual standard
Overall was fine, just a bit of surprise that there was a table that they suddenly using vape but there is no waiter/waitress come to advise them- or should say the restaurant was rather busy at the time, the time was no service in the area at all at least 10 minutes long :(
However, the food was exceptionally outstanding, will come to dine with friends next time for sure!
Not very accommodating when wanting to split set menus due to dietary requirements. Not very accommodating to dietary requirements.
Shocked to see the price of the meal, not worth the quality of food
It has been good as usual
The overall dining experience is superb! Food is amazing.
Great service as always. A pleasure to dine here.
Excellent definitely on the list to return often
Really tasty food and great service from Samsung!
Very pricey but good food. Not as good as Imperial Treasure in Singapore and at almost twice the price. Check out my more detailed review on Tripadvisor
The best Chinese food in town. The only disappointment was there is no fresh juice
Terrible food, probably some of the worst Chinese food we have ever eaten! And the service was very poor, had to keep chasing people to be served and also had to ask for the bill 3 times. In our modest opinion, avoid, avoid, avoid!
Really excellent food and service. The lighting is harsh with too many bright downlights and it is a little noisy because of the hard floor and walls.
The French spring onion chicken and the eel are very delicious
We had the set lunch menu. We were expecting the food to be amazing but unfortunately it was not. Maybe this is the menu we had as the food on other tables look really amazing. I recommended ordering off the menu and not taking the lunch menu.
The service and staff were amazing and could not fault this at all. The restaurant itself is lovely and the ambiance is perfect.
wonderful as always the duck is the best in london
Probably the best Chinese restaurant we have ever visited. From the initial welcome to our departure, it was a lovely experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and helpful and the food was fantastic. A most pleasurable evening in relaxed surroundings.
