Since the establishment of our first restaurant in 2003, Imperial Treasure Restaurant Group has won the hearts of gourmands and casual diners alike. Today, the Group has about 24 restaurants under its name, as well as over 50 accolades.

    We had a wonderful meal at Imperial Treasure, the food was absolutely outstanding, the atmosphere and staff were amazing! Kit really cared and looked after us, explaining the dishes, he couldn’t have done anything more for us! We would defiantly recommend Imperial Treasure and will be going back again ourselves on our next visit to London. Just Superb!

    The restaurant wasn’t busy but the service was extremely slow. They brought out our mains before our starters and drinks and we had to ask them to take the mains back. The restaurant was also extremely cold but the food was nice.

    Vast majority of the food was bland except the salt and pepper squid, sweet and sour prawns -‘d the char siu pork was okay. Rest of the food was flavourless and quite shocking really. When we complained they said we’re not used to their kind of food. No attempt at all to provide solution, quite condescending in attitude. Only after arguing for an extended period of time they agreed to remove one of the items. Was asked if we are happy and the person said no and the manager walked away immediately while she was still speaking? After spending £780 HIGHLY disappointed. The only positive is that the waiters themselves were nice and they provided the birthday celebration as requested.

    The table is very close to the door. Every time the guests come in and out, it is very cold. The whole environment is very noisy.

    予約の時間までカウンターバーで待たされ、飲みたく無い飲み物をメニューから選ばされテーブルに着くまで25分、注文を聞く迄に時間がかかり前妻が出るまで待つがスープから先に出て前菜は後、後から注目した隣りのテーブルに注文した料理が配膳された事を伝えられ、散々な目に合わされた。前菜が出るまで1時間越え！スタッフの言葉は2分待ってと何度も言うが、25分以上待たされる回数が何度も有り、最悪な接待の時間を作り、みんなに申し訳ない後悔だけが思いで。

    My wife had been keen to go to Imperial Treasure for some time... we went for her birthday with the family. Our table was so close to the door to be freezing and unbearable... my wife wore a fantastic dress, but was so cold she spent the evening in a thick coat. The service was terrible... numerous tables arrived after us and were served food even before taking our drinks order. I finally had to complain at which point the service was stepped up. The food quality was certainly very good although certain portions were tight... £20 for egg fried rice where the 5 of us barely had a mouthful each. Overall... the quality of the food was very good... service was sadly terrible and ruined the evening.

    Third visit. This restaurant is consistently excellent and I try to visit whenever I come to London. This time we had dim sum and the outstanding Peking Duck which is a house speciality. Not inexpensive but worth it in my view.

    1. Terrible answering manner on the phone by a Chinese lady when making an enquiry .... 2. I then subsequently left a message in Open table to inform them I forgot to let them know it was my friend's birthday when I was booking the reservation....no acknowledgement

    Food is good but not amazing.. decor is a bit hakkasan on a budget. Service is quite chaotic. It was all fine but didn’t really feel super premium and the prices are really quite premium

    service at start was quite slow. Classical British and Chinese who are squared and as soon as you ask something moderately out of their reach they just panic and don't know what to do, just because they're used to being robots and work within tight parameters...

    Rude Service and continuously ignored our request to Order. Took ages to serve the food and even longer to bring us the wine Menu. Food was subpar, majority just consisting of generic store bought sweet chili sauce. Absolute Rip-off for the price!!

    This restaurant has been on my list for some time especially for the peking duck which was given a rave revue in the Times a few years ago. I was disappointed. The duck was good but nothing special and delivered on cold plates so that the food got cold while we were chatting. The atmosphere was non-descript and slightly tired - lacking in atmosphere and a little like an airport lounge. I suspect there were other things on the menu that would have impressed more but I would not get over excited about what is, in my opinion, and overpriced Peking duck.

    Beautiful decor and delicious drinks, however the space is tight and we were constantly being bumped into or had to squash up for guests and staff to get past the narrow spaces. Oh and if you want their signature peking duck you have to order 24 hours in advance. That should be clearer on the reminder or confirmation emails. Thankfully we got it and the crispy skin was worth it.

    The service was not good, I ordered tea after the meal and waited more than 20 minutes until I asked where’s my tea, the waitress said the kitchen is closed and the waiter who took my order already left!

    I pre-ordered a Bejing Duck for the table. When it is served, the duck was cold and not crispy (for the skin). The meat was chopped instead of peeled into thin slices. I informed the manager who was rude saying all their duck were done this way. I have been going to this restaurant for years, and it was never done like this! Very disappointed, especially knowing they were awarded for one-star Michelin this year. The fish dish and dessert (date cake) were tasty and authentic.

    I went there to celebrate my son's birthday because he loves duck. The food was as good as always and this time the services were even better. They were not just being attentive but made the birthday celebration special by giving him a pudding with the chodolate plate saying 'Happy Birthday'. We did not expect this so it was a pleasant surprise! I'm sure my son will always remember this together with excellent duck. Thank you so much to the chefs and waiting staff members!!!

    Julita served us and was an incredible host. She was so friendly, helpful and always smiling. She was just excellent. I will definitely come back here again. The standout dishes was the Yangzhou fried rice, wok- fried singapore vermicelli noodles with prawns and crispy prawn rolls. Value for money and we throughly enjoyed the experience and ambience.

    I don’t like the service from the reception girl, it was quiet rude. Bad first impression. 前天带位的女孩态度对我们很不好 我还以为她不会笑呢 态度很差。后面看她对其他客人都很好 笑脸相迎。吃饭前心情已经被她搞的很不好了
