Impero Romano Ratings and Reviews
From the moment we walked in everything was perfect. Charming host , beautiful setting and staff went out of their way to make our evening special upon hearing it was our anniversary. Food was amazing and reasonably priced for such good quality. Just the most perfect place for a special occasion , looking forward to our next visit.
I booked via OpbenTable a table for two at Impero Romano. First time there, really nice ambiance and good host.
I asked for a romantic table and they set up a really nice table for us.
I reserved the 4 course with nice wine, it was all outstandig! Thank you for the great night.
First off all, we had a very pleasant evening at Impero Romano. The food tasted real Italian. Our hosts were gracious and hospitable! When they heard it was my wife's birthday, they made it very special. THEY MADE MY DAY!
Grazie per tutti,
Fino alla prossima volta !!
Enjoyable evening. We celebrated our one year anniversary, and I put in a request for something romantic. The restaurant took the hint well. Upon arrival we were suprised with a glass of champagne, a rose and some crafted hearts. This made everything extra special. However, the food was as excellent as the service. This combined with a modern classic look, the ambiance was perfect. The prices match the setup. Thank you for the evening!
First of all. the food was really tasty. I went for their specialty-dish: the parmesan pasta with truffle. I really liked it, although I missed some vegetables with it, but maybe that's just a matter of taste. For dessert I went for the chocolate souffle, this was just a standard chocolate cake which I don't think they make it theirselves. The chocolate wasn't really fluid, but the taste was OK. But then.. their service. Everything went so fast, but that's just my point, I think it went too fast. If you don't watch out, you get your bill within 45min and they look at you like they want you to leave. Actually, we didn't even ask ourselves for the bill, they just put it on our table just the second I finished my dessert.. And after 2min they came with the pay-machine, so we had no other option too pay and leave.. This is not a place for just relaxed eating and chatting, they bring your food, it is tasty, but you're outside their building before you know.. I don't think i'm ever going back here, just because of their service. If I want to go eat in a restaurant, I like to sit their for at least 1,5h.. (it wasn't even that busy the evening we went..).
The hostest was very polite and nice! Loved the way we were welcomed. However the waiters were constantly trying to rush us, asking every 5 minutes if we were done or if we wanted to order. We came for the signiture parmasan pasta, which was not made by our table and was delivered way too quickly. It seemed like they really wanted us gone to rebook the table. Honestly, a pity for the experience my friends and I were looking forward too! We don't see eachother often and we were looking for a nice "tranquillo" evening. The food however was really food, and great value for money.
