The service was great - only downfall was the iPad which called table service didn’t work to well. However all of the staff were very helpful regarding this. Love the interactive tables. Food came out quick and was good!

Overpriced and limited . Dirty too. Food was cold wouldn’t recommend
Went for just the sushi. Portions of the rolls were small but quality was excellent.
Didn’t appreciate that staff hover over the table to grab an empty plate this often happened far too quickly everytime we had finished food off one platter. During covid this wasn’t appreciated.
I had a 50% off food bill voucher and wouldn’t be worth it to spend full price on the food.
The worst experience in a while! Booked table for 18:15, first after we sat down they removed one of the wine glasses (for no reason) and then couldn’t bring it back for ages (it was 3 of us and we ordered wine). After they started bringing out our food, they would come to our table every 5-8minutes to check if we finished and they can take our plates. I had to “fight” for my food. What kind of service is this? I was putting food in my mouth as they would be asking if I had finished it. No I haven’t. When I stop eating then you can take my plates away. Then at 19:15 they managed to take away last plate from our table with the tablet without asking if we want any more food and then just put the bill on the table. 5 minutes later they came back with the card machine. Firstly, we had our booking for 1.5h - as per your rules, secondly, perhaps at the times when restaurants are fighting for every customer, you should really re consider your service. Never again, worst experience, over priced, food was fine but too greasy.

Overall the I found the food to be average (we purchased unlimited Asian tapas) - the sushi was good but the mean (ribs, chicken skewers) didn’t taste nice.
I’d recommend it because overall it was a good experience. No dining feat but a bit of fun with great service. Our kids love this place . Food and service was really nice. Interactive table were fun and enjoyable. Bit expensive menu but good experience.
The food is amazing, we tried a few dishes and everything was so good! You can not go wrong with any of the dishes. Our table glitched alot which was quite annoying and we felt abit rushed with our food as they were constantly trying to clear our plates and drinks while we were still eating and drinking.

This was my second time going to Inamo and I was very disappointed with my second visit. My first visit was amazing and so I took some friends there with high hopes and let’s just say they don’t trust me to take them to new places to eat anymore! We had to complain five times for different reasons. There was a piece of plastic in one of our drinks and the waiter was reluctant to believe us, they forgot to season my chips and the size portions were incredibly small despite it being ‘sharing sizes’- the portion could barely cater one person! The manager refused to add more food and said that was the normal portion even though I told her when I came there last it was significantly bigger. The only good thing was one of the waiters who went out of his way to rectify our experience. On a whole, i’m not sure why my second visit was so disappointing but I won’t be going back as I don’t think the food is worth the
money or service at all!
Service very poor, iPad didn’t work for ages and nobody was bothered, food over priced.

Booked inamo for dinner on a Saturday night, on arrival it appeared that they were re-ordering tables so that they could increase the number of guests they were accepting.
Considering we had booked far in advance having to wait for a while in an enclosed area, with staff and other dinners brushing past us, whilst they sorted the table we booked was not ideal.
The food and drinks are incredibly overpriced.
The interior doesn’t look like the photos posted online
All bar one in Holborn was a far better experience.
I have been to this restaurant a few times a few years ago and loved it!
However, things have seem to have changed.
Previously you could browse the menu via the interactive table. The projector responded well and was enjoyable. The prices were pretty much standard for central London.
However, this time. You had to use an ipad to browse the menu, the projector wasn't responding well during the games and the prices have rocketed.
We ended up leaving the restaurant before ordering.
The service staff were extremely kind so no fault there.
Great food, great staff. Really enjoyed our experience and am looking forward to going back soon
1st timers, really enjoyed the food absolutely prefect. Service was A+ and will be going back again.

Didn’t really enjoy the food it was quite dry and cold . The cocktails was too strong and had to make it more sweeter but overall the place was lovely and the staff was very supportive.

Food and drink very expensive and the quality of the food/restaurant does not match the price. Small portions. The toilet was very dirty with paper everywhere and the paper dispenser was broken hanging from the wall. Had to use iPad to call a waitress however we waited a good 10 minutes for a waitress/waiter to respond to the call despite the staff not being busy. The interactive table was very fun. I would recommend coming here for a cocktail or two and maybe some sushi snacks but not for a full meal. Would probably not return.

Came here for lunch . It was our may be third time visit at inamo .Everything was amazing- they have a great selection of both Tapas and sushi stuff to choose from. Everything we ordered tasted great. Staff were amazing and helpful. Definitely back

the table and chairs are not wipe properly, its very dirty. I have to wipe myself from the antibacterial I bought.
Cutleries are not wioe, so dirty.
Toilets are very filthy, I told the Asian lady from the reception about the filthy toilets and no tissue rolls.
I will not come back again. Its a shame, foods are very tasty but the restauarant is very dirty.
Nice restaurant probably better with a deal thoguh as the cocktails were exepnsive

Just one thing to have a good idea: plastic plates
Interactive experience with table projection is really poor due to permanent blue hue. Can hardly read what's displayed on the table Seems projectors have not been serviced and most of the tables had this problem. Menu is super expensive at 15 pounds for 1 roll of maki. Paying premium on food but projectors are not working properly. Only worth it if you get meal vouchers

The whole place smells like a big deep fryer.
Gyoza dough was overcooked and too sticky. Octopus balls were too fried (excess of oil) and tasteless. Sushi rice was overcooked and mushy. Flavours of the row fish in the sushi were camouflaged with the fried things and mayonnaise!!
Sorry this wasnt for you, thanks for the feedback but with over 75% of the menu not fried and 30% of it sushi not sure this helps much for us to improve.
