When booking we were told it was 4 dishes for £29.95, however once we all ordered 4 dishes each, the waiter came back and told us to choose 3 each so we had to try and figure out from the receipt what we all want to deduct. We also got one tablet/menu for all 6 of us, so it took forever for us to order the food as only one person could look at the menu at a time! Worst idea ever. Toilets dirty as well.

We arrived slightly later than our booked time so expected to have less time at our table.
We struggled to find something suitable that our son would eat but in the end found chicken satay which was average at best. We ordered a lemonade for him which was delivered unopened and we ordered a large bottle of sparkling water which was delivered warm and without glasses.

Food was ok, expensive for what it was. Came very quick. Table was great fun, interactive. Services was good, not really a location to eat and chat. But worth experiencing once

food rapid and they definitely want the tables turned as quickly as possible. Ok for a quick bite to eat but not for a special occasion. Location down a side street with bins outside.

A fun place for four, two kids (12 and 15) who are sushi novices. Food was delicious, but nearly died when the bill came to nearly £200 (couple of beers, couple mocktails included)!

Booked a table for 2 at 9pm with the all you can eat in 90 minutes...
Everything was going well until at 9.50pm they called last order for food and drinks?!?
15 minutes later the waiter show up with the bill while I was still eating. I complained, of course, and he replied that if I want I could stay there until my time was done, but with one point: I couldn't order anything more, so what's the point for me to stay?
If you can't afford to give enough time to customers tell them before!
90+ plus into the toilet

This place is terrible. Avoid at all costs. Overpriced gimmick. Service was appalling and rude. Wrong food delivered 3 times. After an hour we still hadn’t had half our dishes including simple boiled rice. Lamb was chewy. Paid £11 for 3 tiny chicken skewers. Absolutely awful

Over priced, average food, staff really didn’t know which table to leave food on, got food before we’d even ordered. Ran out of bottled water, juice, rice. The gimmick tables didn’t overcome the below average experience

Food was good, service on the other hand was appalling. I booked this restaurant as a special anniversary meal and it did not meet expectations. We got informed by 3 separate waiters that last orders were going to be called which clearly showed the staff were in a rush to get home. Whilst I was still eating, I got asked twice if I could pay, each time I said no I want to finish my food, this was just rude and disrespectful. Again whilst still eating, a waitress cleared a plate which we were not finished with as it still had food on, clearly the kitchen wanted all the dishes in as quick as possible. I did not hesitate in asking for the service charge to not be paid, the waitress then acted rude and disrespectfully. Overall a poor experience, such a shame as this restaurant had nice food. Will not be returning.

First time in this restaurant and will probably look elsewhere next time unless we book the unlimited tapas, the a la carte is very poor value for the price you pay.
Some of the food came very quickly ( noodles were cold) and some of the food never came at all. The food we did receive was very tasty, but it was let down by them 5 of our other dishes, reminded them twice, by the time some of them arrived we had finished, had to ask twice after that for items to be removed from our bill. The value is in the set price or get a Groupon deal.

Arrived on time for reservation and the table was not ready. Ordered using the tablet and app thre was no rice available as a side, although at the end of the meal when looking at desserts it became available.

Husbands food order arrived first which he had to start eating it wasn't that hot. Then came the drinks order, then husbands side order arrived with a few mouthfuls of his main left. Then my order arrived 1/2 way through this my 9 year olds order arrived (good job she was entertained with the games on the table).

Food was OK but we had a tastier hotter, cheaper meal at wagamama.

To summarise an interesting concept, but would be nice to eat together at the same time.

The service was awful. Did the bottomless experience and they tried to charge us £40 extra for drinks because we'd ordered them on the tablet even though that's what we were told. Sushi is bland and tasteless and noodles were brought out cold. Took 45 mins for food to be brought out and then we were told we couldn't eat it because we'd run out of time. Worst experience ever!!!!!

Food was overpriced for the amount you get, ordered food that did not turn up, I asked the staff twice to chase it up but it never turned up, however it was still on the bill, when I pointed this out when I came to pay the staff said they would chase it up again, bit late for that. I had to ask waiting staff several times for extra plates for my children and forks. Toilets were disgusting and had sick everywhere, staff closed the affected toilet rather than clean it. Overall would not return as the is far better Places to eat.

I booked through Open Table and selected the Bottomless Option at £45 each.
When we arrived, she couldn't find my booking after I told her my name and asked for a confirmation email, to which I showed her after a delay. She couldn't find the booking because she didn't ask me how to spell my name, just assumed it was spelt a certain way. Once the table was ready, we were told that the Bottomless Option had to be pre-confirmed before we dined, which I was not aware of as I thought the option through Open Table was an indication of what I wanted for the night. They were "kind" enough to allow us to select the intended Bottomless Option as they were not busy that evening. They also gave us a table suitable for 4 people, not the 6 of us, so when the dishes came, we quick ran out of room. I booked because I was interested in the interactive games available, but we were not given the devices to commence these games.
The wait staff seem to be quite new as they were not able to answer some of our questions confidently, and had to be corrected by the senior staff. We had the waiters be frustrated at our lack of room on our table which was not our problem-- they sat us on a small table. Food was average. Price was not worth it. Disappointing.

Great food, service and staff. We had the London festival offer which was the all you can eat and drink in 1 hour 30 minutes for around £50 per person (including service charge).
The food came out very quickly, just felt a little rushed. Would be better with a couple of hours. Realistically we would not have eaten more but just feel we could have taken our time and enjoyed the experience more.

The food was nothing short of exceptional. However, we were left feeling quite disappointed overall.

We were rushed from our table from half an hour of our finish time. Our waiter was rude. Our waiter also spilled a large amount of soy sauce on my friends jacket (light in colour) and we were not given so much as an apology.

We also were presented with incomplete food without the appropriate dipping sauces and when asked for it we were greeted with a tutt.

Another disappointment. This was a special occasion which was slightly ruined by the poor food quality and the very disappointing “interactive” tables. I get the impression things are all a bit tired at Inamo. There used to be interactive menus on the tables - now it’s a raggedy old tablet.

The table we sat at was only for 5 people but despite there being 6 of us and tons of available tables, the waiter refused my request to re-seat us. The result was we were too cramped and the children couldn’t enjoy the games which were available.

One of the items we ordered was ribs. They could have soled the bottom of our shoes…

Overall, for something which wasn’t cheap, I would not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere on what was a tired gimmick

The table projections are amazing and so entertaining for the kids, we played games mostly, and did some drawings. The food ordering is fun with the tablet and it arrives at incredible speedy time. The food quality is average though, if we compare with other pan-asian rstaurant.
