Staff were a bit clueless with how the menu/tables work and opentable let’s you book between 7:30-8:30 but kitchen closes at 8? So we were very rushed to order. Food was hit and miss but the table experience was very cool.

Nice food but had to keep asking for the Prosecco to be topped up which you don’t at similar restaurants and dead on hour and half GET OUT so not that great room for improvement for me to recommend them

It was the worst experience I have ever had. It was my birthday dinner and we were not even treated well. Poor customer service. I requested the staff to make it special for my 30th birthday and they didn’t even do anything about that. More so they asked us to leave in 1.5 hours even after requesting since 2 people were running late. They were not considerate and not even once the manager or the waiters asked if we needed anything. Every time i had to go upstairs to the reception to ask for something. Poor poor poor service and ruined my birthday evening. Never going back. Definitely not worth the money

No atmosphere. Poor choice of unlimited sushi and sushi itself was v poor. Different sizes and lacked flavour. Very very disappointing. Not an experience of any means. Disgusted that this is offered as a food experience.

Bathroom smelly and dirty, food left an upset stomach, cooks left to take a smoke break( see cool camera). Cool ambiance with lots of potential if they could clean it up. Felt dirty.

Such a shame, stuck in its time and not kept up. Food is overpriced. £9 for three slices of Salmon, £10 for a glass of pretty mediocre wine, £20 for a tapa starter. Its all very overpriced, limited in the range, bland in its quality. The decor is all around the computor system, however the restaurant itself needs a refresh.

Really nice meal and overall experience. Staff were very pleasant, food arrived quickly at the table and was a hot and tasty. Interactive tables were something different and ordering food was easy. We went for unlimited food and drink option and had our glasses topped up quickly. Whilst it didn't affect us, we noticed some of the tables were very close or joined, which made for a less private experience, when being joined to people next to you.

Booked this for my Nephews Birthday as he loves all things tech. I had seen the all inclusive menu so when we arrived we were shown to a table that was round a corner and downstairs. It was dimly lit and we found it hard to read the menu on the table. Someone showed us how to use it and said you have 1.5hr. The food was average for the price and you just feel this massive time pressure. We didn’t think the menu was great. Also the prices for drinks was very expensive. No one mentioned my nephews birthday, it was on the booking notes. I just feel so disappointed. The concept is good but not value for money.

The food was okay - eat quickly if you have a larger dish as food gets soggy fast. Natural lighting was a lot which made the projectors very difficult to see. Wouldn't go back again, but nice in concept. Would only recommend it as it's a fun idea of a business which might be nice to try out, but wouldn't go again.

The interactive tables don’t ask for a confirmation so it was a little hard to navigate mistakes in ordering. We also were delivered incorrect food and had to ask for things we ordered. Additionally, we had to ask for water multiple times.

The food was tasty but the on table ordering was a bit tricky. Weren’t sure if we’d ordered things to begin with. We ordered a bottle of wine but nobody brought any glasses. We asked waiters 4 times and when we asked for service via the table nobody came. Too noisy to have a proper conversation, there were 4 of us with 1 bottle and 1 glass of wine and it was ~£165 very overpriced. Cauliflower for £13 to get an idea

For 33£ i was expecting at least some decent sushi options, better quality, and more options to pick from. When opening the menu on the table, you should categorise the options , sushi together and other things together, i kept searching for the sushi the whole time and they were not great to be honest. The place is nice, the people are nice, good ambience, but only the food need improvement or maybe the 33£ offer at least

Booked online weeks ago for two people with the unlimited package for food & alcohol. On arrival we advised the front of house staff and our waitress that we'd had a recent change of plans and my partner would not be drinking as he was on call for work. They said this was fine and he could order soft drinks. He only ordered two diet cokes the entire 1hr 30 sitting and at the end we were still charged the full unlimited package cost for two people as if we had both ordered alcohol. When I queried this with the manager I was told I should have flagged it to staff at the start of our meal. When I said I had done that, I was told that there was nothing they could do and I was waved away. Very cheeky.

Service was terrible, they told me they had run out of white wine but we had the unlimited drink/ food package so they found some! They didn’t readily attend the table, food was poor Iv had better at yo sushi! The toilets were disgusting with bags of rubbish splayed in the hallways enroute to the toilet. The noise level was well above expected so much so we couldn’t hold a conversation between 2! The tables were so close together the gap was barely big enough to squeeze in. The interactive table is null and void essentially as the tables get covered by the food therefore making it impossible to use. Overall severely disappointing will not be returning nor recommending!

The beauty is being able to order everything from your table yourself, without having to wait to be served. This worked perfectly with the "all you can eat" tapas and sushi. We managed 18 plates between 2 of us during our 90 minute alloted time. Which made the food quite a bargain. £7.95 for a pint of lager, we felt was rather expensive though so we only had the one. We'll definitely go back. Great concept, well executed, and the food was absolutely beautiful. Best tapas dish was the chicken and vegetable dumplings, surprisingly.... they were divine. Really enjoyed our visit. Thank you.
