Crafted by Executive Chef Dominic Teague, the menu showcases inventive dishes focusing on seasonal ingredients, carefully sourced from the British Isles. All food is beautifully prepared and lunch and dinner are entirely gluten and dairy-free, without compromising on quality ingredients or taste. From quinoa, Jerusalem artichoke, pomegranate and smoked almonds salad, in-house baked samphire bread and Rhug Estate Lamb, these are dishes that stand up on their own.
Loin of Rhug Estate Venison
Poached blackberries, smoked beetroot, bitter chocolate
Roast Orkney Scallops
Heritage carrot, cumin, coriander
Leg of Cornish Lamb
Very attentive staff, good atmosphere. Solid food but was quite expensive.
One of our favourite places to eat at in London! This time we opted for the tasting menu... 2 starters, a main and TWO desserts! Delicious!
We had a lovely time here and was really surprised that everything was gluten and diary free, great for people who have allergies. It was also great to see that there were ingredients that were not the usual 'filler' rice and quinoa. The chef had clearly thought about the menu. It was nice to eat an array of different ingredients and a range of dishes that felt indulgent without the worry of cross contamination in the kitchen. I applaud the chef for this.
The only thing I would say is that the portions are very small on the tasting menu (for example, one scallop, though advertised as scallops!! One tiny slice of balloutine, and a small slice of venison). A slightly larger portion would be great- more to enjoy!
There seemed to be a bit of an imbalance though, since there are two desserts on this menu (not complaining- they were delicious!) but the chocolate dessert at the end was quite rich. We also had the accompanying wine flight but it only pairs with 4 of the courses, so when the final chocolate dessert arrived there was no wine matched to it. I think if they had done this, it would have felt more complete.
The wine flight was enjoyable though, and championing British wines.
The waiter was very attentive though, and the setting is lovely. I would definitely visit again and perhaps try something off the a la carte menu.
First time there, excellent food, lovely venue and very relaxing ambience.
Excellent food and atmosphere, very attentive staff. An added bonus that everything is gluten free and dairy free!
One of our favourite coeliac restaurants in London. Food is flavoursome and delicious, wine selection is small but spot on and the bar downstairs is a great place to chill. Family friendly also with is a really bonus.
Very nice place, we visited on Sunday so it was very calm.. every dish was very good.
We have been here 3 times and love it. Such a treat to have a fully gluten free menu for my girlfriend, I also love the food here. We will continue to go here for special occasions or if we want to treat ourselves
Outstanding food and service. Very friendly and approachable staff.
Well put together menu. Interesting wine list. Very attentive service.
The staff are amazing and what makes this a restaurant a cut above the rest. They made a lovely setting feel comfortable and welcoming.
Nothing was too much, but they also weren’t overpowering. They managed that balance between being busy and projecting calm and relax.
I have some intolerances and was so glad not to have to dissect my meal to suit my dietary needs. My husband doesn’t have any intolerances and also thought the food was good.
Such an amazing experience, the food was divine and our server was wonderful. My husband is not gluten and dairy free but he loved the food too. This is my new favourite London restaurant, I can’t wait to go again for a special occasion.
An elegant place with nice food! We had Sunday lunch with a cocktail (special offer from Opentable at £25). Roast beef was perfectly done & came with a generous side of carrots, potatoes & spinach plus horseradish & gravy. Really enjoyed it. The cocktail wasn't as good (a take on Christmas mulled wine but served cold with too much ice in my view) but perhaps it's just my personal taste.
A wonderful evening spent at Indigo and One Aldwych. Service in particular was outstanding, from staff at the hotel bar and Edward at Indigo. Highly recommended
Perfect as always
My family and I really enjoyed the whole experience.
The food was excellent only the Yorkshire puddings weren’t so great being gluten free everything else was delicious from the bread and homemade mush room dip to the desserts
Service was great will definitely return.
The staff were amazing (Julian & Ariol?). Food was delicious.
The whole menu was gluten and dairy free which makes it ideal for a coeliac sufferer. Great service, drinks and food. Never had gluten free bread taste so nice
Amazingly good food and such delightful service. They pulled out all the stops for my husbands birthday!
Another wonderful experience at Indigo. This time I used the dorrstep valet parking, which was great, especially as it was raining.
Being GF and LF, this restaurant is perfect for me, as I can eat anything from the menu.
Faultless, exemplary service and food.
I will be back for sure!
Service and food was outstanding . The roast lunch was delicious and the cocktails are nice and strong Will definitely go back again
Set menu was lovely as always. Staff very welcoming. Glad it has reopened.
Another fantastic meal at Indigo especially as I am gluten and dairy intolerant and my wife who does not have the intolerences said she did not notice anything missing. I especially loved the fresh baked rolls. It was a special occasion for us and we were well looked after just a shame we were the only people there. Their covid measures were reassuring. A special thank you to our waiter Zilbe who really looked after us and explained the wine and food in detail. I look forward to returning
Was a surprise meal for my daughters birthday. She was the only one of my party with celiac - she was overwhelmed by the choice she had - so rare for her. Food was amazing for everyone. Nothing to fault. Service was excellent from start to finish. Included a surprise bithday pudding. Good value for money for a special occasion
As always food and wine superb. Although cheese was not on the menu for desert, I asked and a fantastic selection was served to me.
Fantastic food and service as always from Indigo and One Aldwych as we had a drink in bar first. Atmosphere great and felt very safe. I love this restaurant they always make you feel
Love the service and the environment.
Food super delicious and with the right portions
What a joy for those suffering from dairy and gluten allergies. A question-free 3 course lunch in a fine dining establishment with a great wine list.
Food and service both excellent. We’ll be back.
Me and my Girlfriend had drinks in the lobby and food at Indigo. The whole experience was superb. Felt very welcomed by the staff, drinks were excellent and food was outstanding.
perfect for celiac and dairy free, Halibut was amazing.
will be back
The vegetarian tasting menu and the wine pairings were absolutely delicious. Our waitress Laura and the rest of the staff were all amazing and made us feel very special.
Would recommend the restaurant to anyone and everyone.
We loved eating here! Service was great, couldn't of been more helpful, my friend that we were meeting was very late & they didn't make us move or hassle us. Food was amazing, they were so attentive, restaurant is lovely inside & ambiance was great. Covid precautions were adhered to. We live up North or we'd be back sooner!!
It was amazing as all menu was gluten free and this made for a very special treat for my partner. Great service and great food.
We went to Indigo for my birthday lunch. The overall experience was fantastic. All the staff, from the servers to the reception team were so polite, attentive and they all genuinely made an effort to chat to us and made us feel welcome.
They even provided a tasting menu to us at that time of day so did absolutely everything to accommodate us.
They even surprised us with a beautiful chocolate birthday cake and some homegrown honey at the end so they truly made this birthday lunch an unforgettable experience.
I will be highly recommending Indigo to my friends and we will definitely be back again!
Absolutely fantastic restaurant. The food was outstanding with it all being dairy and gluten free. The waiter was very friendly and attentive making sure everything was fine with the meal. Definitely would go again and worth the money
One of the best restaurants I’ve been to. The staff are clearly passionate about their establishment and the food is outstanding.
Fantastic gluten free food and service - pricey but Worth it
Great Service and staff we’re really helpful explaining the menu. I would recommend it to any couples with dietary requirements looking for somewhere to celebrate an anniversary or birthday. A perfect and stress free experience when I visited on the 20th September.
great gluten free and dairy free food in a creative menu, excellent service
Visited to celebrate my daughters 18th as she suffers from gluten & dairy intolerances. Food was excellent, well seasoned and cooked and beautifully presented. Service from Zilbe was perfect, friendly and hospitable without being overbearing. As the hotel had only just reopened the restaurant was quiet but this wasn't a problem. On the pricey side but definitely worth it for a special occasion.
Was amazing , best spinach I've ever had . Our GF guest enjoyed the bread rolls and asked for more : )
