I would like to give it another go. The meal I had didn't have the Indian flavours I love so next time would try the traditional meals. I had the lamb shank which was a bit too salty for my taste and didn't have the Indian spices I'm used to. My husband had the chicken saagwalla which had far too much spinach and again not enough of the Indian spices.
Food was absolutely fantastic. Spicy and very fresh flavours. There were exquisite sauces accompanying the starters.
Food was amazing and the service was really good.
It was our first time going to Indique and it was really amazing. The food was really delicious, every dish that we ordered, we all loved. There is tons of flavour and all of the meat was so incredibly tender. Presentation was great and definitely not of a typical curry house. Service was attentive and seamless.
Went with my family to celebrate my birthday, the owner kindly brought my dessert plate beautifully decorated with
‘Happy birthday’, a nice touch on a busy Friday pm
Fantastic food and service from Indique. Have already recommended to various friends and family.
Excellent! Favourite Indian restaurant.
Service and food excellent, we weren’t sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Great to find a local authentic Indian restaurant. Presentation of the food also excellent. Nice mix of people, towards us leaving a rowdy table was there so thankfully we were leaving at that time or that wouldn’t have been pleasant to sit next to! Otherwise absolutely recommend and we will return.
Excellent Indian restaurant, really tasty and well presented food.
Great food and great service. Will definitely return again!
Decided to go here for an evening meal after passing earlier in the day as I was working in the area , Indique stood out which firstly drew my attention , and after looking at the menu I can onestly say it definitely lived up to its promise . The food, ambience and staff were all top marks. Definitely be back again soon .
Our 2nd visit here and both times have been excellent. The food is very good. Lamb Saag Wala was excellent as was the smokey aubergine side dish. All dishes were of a good standard and nicely presented. Service was good and fast even though they were very busy. It was very loud in the restaurant but that wasn't their fault, just loud mouth customers! Would highly recommend this place.
Second time I've been here and the food was lovely and the staff very friendly. Good choice but not too many dishes to choose from and some different ones to the normal curry house.
Food is excellent here. This is the 4th/5th time we’ve been. Unfortunately tonight the service was somewhat rushed - the second we finished each course the plates were snatched away (we had to stop waiter once as one person on table was still eating).
Please sort this out, don’t make it a habit as it spoilt an otherwise perfect dinner
Five star as usual, what else can I say.
This restaurant was recommended by my youngest daughter, and we went on a Friday night, as a group of 4. The table we were initially offered was a bit "hemmed in" woth other diners, but not a problem, we were moved to a booth of our choice with no issue at all.
Service was great, food was a lovely change to the CTM type food found in 99% of Indian (Bangladeshi) restaurants.
The owner, seeing our clean plates expressed concern that the portion sizes were a bit small, but this was not the case, we had enough to satisfy, and there was no waste. Perfect.
Bill was reasonable, and would reccomend this eatery to anyone in the area.
Food is always exceptional here. Highly recommend for any occasion
Excellent food as always. Fine Indian Dining.
We were seated quickly, and from then on we felt welcome and never ignored, staff answered our questions promptly and knowledgeably.
3 people, 2 courses each with 2 sundries and 3 drinks came to around £72.
Excellent as always, can see why they have won The Best Curry Restaurant in the North West award
Fantastic fresh flavours - the chilli paneer was to die for. The owner/manager? Treated us to a delicious desert afterwards. Would recommend highly.
Lovely food and presentation with good service. Food was fresh and hot with excellent flavours providing good Indian authentic experience
Good tasty food, much better than nearby Katmandu that so many rave about.
Slightly rushed service & a bit precious about poppadoms “not being authentic” precluded 5 stars
Our expectations were high as relatives had enjoyed their meal at Indique a week earlier. Four of us went last Sunday night and none of us would go again!
The mixed meat starter was the only dish we enjoyed. The lamb shank main course was hard and dry. The manager did offer to change it but as my friend was half way through it he declined. My partner and I both had different chicken curries which were tasty but the small pieces of chicken were dried out and tough. There was only one main course that was enjoyed. Main course portions are small. We would not recommend.
The staff were very friendly and greeted us with a smile 😃 the cocktails were delicious and the food tasted as gorgeous as it looked!
It was expensive for what it was. I think it was just good presention but not special food
Fourth visit and the food and service never fails to impress. I will be back!
Creative, well presented dishes and a good atmosphere. Restaurant was packed out so service a little slow, could have done with another server. Poppadoms stale unfortunately. But mains were delicious so will definitely return!
Excellent food, service and value. Highly recommended North Indian jalfrezi is amazing!
I was really looking forward to going back to Indique, the food was fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed my evening - the staff were great and made us feel very welcome.
Very enjoyable experience, especially liked the cold starters. The vegan options were very tasty. The main was excellent.
Stunning meal with great vegetarian options. Lovely manager had a chat with us after the meal which is always nice. Can't wait to eat here again!
Good food as always, owner/manager extremely friendly and welcoming. Only downside was the air conditioning, too cold, as the temperature outside had dropped
We were 8 people, some had never eaten indian food before, and are afraid of too spicy food, and some like it very hot. All were satisfied, and really enjoyed the meal!
Great food and service as always, not your typical Indian restaurant and well worth a visit
Waiter was rude, literally no customer service skills
Didn’t smile once or was impolite
We asked for more poppadoms (they smash them up and put them in tiny little pots) which I was happy to pay for he looked as if I’d asked for his kidney
Food was average at best cold chicken was up all night being sick
Didn’t say anything it was my sons 18th birthday and didn’t want to create an atmosphere
Asked the bar tender who came to give some drinks for the bill we waited 10 minuets still no bill when I assume the owner care who wads exceptionally polite we mentioned we had asked the bar tender looked at him and shook her head
Wouldn’t go back
Food was lovely although menu selection quite limited compared to most Indian restaurants. If you want something a bit different then would definitely recommend it. If you are strictly a Madras/Vindaloo/Bhuna type then make sure you look at the menu before going. Service was great as was restaurant itself.
Excellent as always, the owner/manager is extremely attentive and knowledgeable and listens to your preferences and makes good recommendations based on this
Excellent food - the service is outstanding - helpful and friendly. Gave good recommendations for choices with the assurance they would change the dish if you didn’t like it - needless to say that didn’t need to be done . You get sensible portions with plenty of meat in your sauce and everything tastes wonderful - would definitely go back . I cannot emphasise how lovely the service is - they make everyone fell valued
Good Indian food with high quality variety and decent portions. Ask the manager for recommended dishes!
Had a 10 layover in Manchester. Best Indian food ever. Worth the 15 minute uber ride. What a great surprise, it saved us from eating nasty airport food.
