Amazing traditional greek recipes with a modern touch. Very friendly staff as well.
Food is superb. Staff attentive and friendly. Downstairs room all hard surfaces so v v noisy if there is a noisy table.
Great Greek wine list. Good food but very small portions. Overall not good value for money.
Good food, interesting and very good selection of Greek wines, sparky service.
Had a lovely lunch at Ino Gastrobar. The food was absolutely delicious - a modern twist on some Greek classics on small sharing plates. Every dish was excellent but special mention to the tarama and the gyros - both unlike any I've tasted before - bursting with flavour. The staff were super friendly and helpful and it was a great experience. Highly recommended.
food flavours great but greek tavern experience at fine dining prices! Lunch for two over £50 per head for lunch of 6 dishes sharing ( small tapas plates ) and 2 drinks each - luckily we did not buy a bottle of wine as it would have been much more expensive - very small portions offering poor value -luckily the weather allowed the outdoor space but cheap picnic tables/chairs uncomfortable and ambiance due to being part of Carnaby area- would not want to dine inside as very cramped- not recommended unless you are not hungry or have deep pockets - it was no wonder that there were no other bookings for a Friday lunchtime !!
The food was tasty but too expensive considering that the plates were very small portions. The staff was very kind and helpful.
For the price you pay, you would expect more. Food average and small portions, so it's overpriced for what it is. I'm happy with the price of smaller portions if the food is outstanding, but sadly it was not. Good, but nothing more. The gyros best dish on the menu and worth a try. Service was flawless.
Very nice food but very expensive and the portions where quite small
Outstanding food in a nice setting in the back but the waiter had a,temible body smell ( sweat) and I spoilt the whole evening.
I am wondering about the level of hygiene in the restaurant if they tolerate this kind of waiters.
Absolutely wonderful experience in every aspect APART FROM the music! It was really bad and changed the whole ambience, instead of enjoying an elegant dining experience I felt like I was in the middle of a crowded Primark with worst chart dance music from the 90s.
Very nice dishes, and novelty comes with most of them
It is expensive but worth it for those dishes
having said that, some dishes are too expensive for what they are (a bare skewer of meat for 12 pounds)
wine selection is very good and overall experience is good
Great food and amazing service. Convenient location.
We were recommended this place by a Greek. We love Greek food and know it well.
The food was delicious and with a welcomed twist. Really enjoyed the sharing dishes.
The cocktails were very good too!
The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
The value for money is excellent though this is on the pricier side.
We shall definitely be going back😁
Fantastic food, friendly staff, enjoyed sitting outside. Would definitely return. Only gripe was that the wine list was exceptionally expensive - a £30 bottle would have me booking again in a heartbeat.
Great service and very tasty! We ll go back again...we woud prefer to
Amazing food with very good variety of wine and drinks in general. Friendly staff; they are able to support you when you need help.
Overall I was disappointed with the ambience and the experience didn’t meet expectations. I booked the counter for dinner so we can enjoy watching the food preparation process, speak with staff etc but the heat from barbecue was unbearable, staff pushing you from behind to pass through and it was too noisy / busy to enjoy the dinner. Luckily we were moved outside for dining. Staff were polite but overall very stressful to have them keep asking us whether we finished with our course and whether we want to order anything else while we were enjoying our drinks and eating our food.
I understand that the menu is tapas style but too pricey for London compared to other authentic tapas restaurants in London,
I recommend that owners review the offer so they achieve the greatest sustainable principle in London which is “value for money”.
Truly exceptional food; creative and beautifully
crafted cuisine with an explosion of flavor in ever dish. Michelin quality no doubt. Service was on-point and friendly.
The only detractor was the portions vs price. Most dishes were insultingly small and overpriced. Like price gauging overprice. We don’t mind paying for good food, especially at this level of craft, but we don’t like being taken for a ride. £12 for a piece of fried cod the size of a charcoal briquet. Insane. Yes we knew it was tapas style, but each dish wouldn’t have amounted to a sizable appetizer for a hobbit. Music was also way too loud.
A gem in Carnaby! Authentic Greek food in an amazing little place - the food was amazing and the service is excellent! The waiters (and the cooks, if you sit on the counter in front of the kitchen) explain every dish in detail, great atmosphere!
Our first time at Ino was a true gastronomic experience! Cozy with only a few tables. Great dishes with good combination of ingredients, reasonable prices for the quality 👌 Friendly service! Dont be afraid to try the Seftalies, octopus and red box for dessert is a must! Happy to see a greek wine list. We will be back!
Fantastic food and cocktails! Everything was exceptionally well-made with high quality ingredients. Great to have places that rethink and reinvent Greek flavours and taste. Definitely recommend!
Really great service at the counter last night. The food was delicious and we had a lovely time. We'll go back
The food portions are too small, they didn't present themselves as a tapas bar, but the waitress said we kind of did . The food is fresh and delicious, but ordinary, selling one lamb cutlet for £ 12 is ridiculous
The staff were incredible helpful in explaining the flavours of the menu and recommending their favourite dishes. Every dish offered a different taste sensation for your tongue. My favourite had to be the taras with the egg yolk, it was honestly out of this world. The restaurant had such a fun vibe with music playing but not an over powering volume. I was seriously impressed that all the food was prepared right in front of us and in such a small space!
I can’t wait to go back.
Everything was amazing!!
The food was really nice and the service was amazing.
Spin off of Opso, amazing Marylebone based restaurant. Delicious tapas style Greek food
Amazing food, Greek authentic cuisine with a modern twist!
Staff were extremely lovely and warm, different members of the kitchen team introduced different dishes to us and the service was exceptional.
Food was amazing as well, especially the taramas and the octaco! Even the broccoli side was charred to perfection. Highly recommend a visit here for amazing drinks, food and a uniquely Greek experience.
Faultless, fantastic addition to Soho. Will be back
Good, interesting food. Very helpful staff.
Exceptional- best Greek in London. Chef was wonderful, explained everything to us. Lots of interesting fresh ingredients prepared to perfection.
In one word - delicious !
Modern Greek cuisine with a nice variety and unique dishes that stand out and make INO special and worth a visit.
Definitely try their signature dishes such as the tarama - absolutely delicious ! - with oregano and rock salt sprinkled bread, the lamb chop with chimichurri and the spicy chicken with tomatoes and coriander.
It's rather a small gastro bar so book ahead to secure a table, you won't be disappointed.
Highly recommend !
