Isabel Mayfair
In addition, hidden beneath the restaurant, is The Dragon Room, a discreet late-night lounge bar that surprises. Unexpected, eclectic, vibrant and beautiful, The Dragon Room is all about discovery with an exceptional and creative cocktail list of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Isabel is the sister restaurant to Casa Cruz in Notting Hill.

Starters, crab and scallops were really just okay, definitely not worth the price. Truffle pasta was delicious so does the steak.
Delicious, good choice of meals, refined setting, staff is charming and efficient
Had Sunday brunch and it was really good. Service was outstanding and it's such a lovely place to be in.
Very fancy! Lovely food and staff at the table were very good
Kind of average considering the prices and a 15% service charge
Great food, vibe and service
Isabel is Always good and I really enjoy the food, decor, ambience and service.
We dined for a late lunch and the service was very good. One of our party had gnocchi alla romana which was a very small portion, and was more like a side dish rather than a pasta dish. It was tasty, but not enough to constitute a main - I believe there were 8 pieces of gnocchi in it. We ate again shortly afterwards as we were still hungry.
Great Valentine’s Bruch
Great service and menu. A great spot for a business lunch.
I've had a wonderful birthday dinner thanks to the very kind attention of the team. Nabil, the Dragon room maitre, is very considerate.
The food took 45 mins to arrive , then 2 of the 4 dishes were missing, Shocking experience !
Espresso and cappuccino same price which is a bit strange. Food was good but portions very small. Yoghurt with fruit was a small plate rather than a bowl
best pasta I've ever had! we loved the place and we will definitely be back soon
The place is amazing, very nicely decorated and warm. It is definitely overpriced, the food is good but not outstanding (the fish didn't taste wow and the roasted vegetables were half burnt). We were two at the table and the waiter served each one's other choice and we didn't really realised because we were talking and the dishes were similar, however it shouldn't happen when you pay such price.
Ambiance is great so is the cocktails. I had the best martini in the last few years. However food quality is very poor in my and my friends opinion. I had the penne bolognese. It was like a pasta served at hospitals. Very low salt and olive oil and standard barilla pasta. Burrata wasn't tasty either.
Awful service
I’ve visited before for drinks and loved it, so figured I’d give a go for food.
Ambience and service was great but food - very disappointing! Especially given the price...
would recommend for drinks, but defo not for dining.
Food was really just mediocre
Food fine, ambiance fine, but the service was absolutely dismal. So, so slow; servers act surprised when after 20 minutes of waiting you ask them for a menu and confused when after another 20 minutes you finally flag them over again to order. It’s comical to watch because the ratio of staff to customers is about 1:2, yet a one-armed monkey could probably run the place more efficiently. On multiple occasions staff were standing around talking while are party or in cases the tables around us were awkwardly waiting to be attended to. London “luxury” in a nutshell - empty box with nice packaging.
Dinner was great but NYE party was a mess.
Very nice atmosfer , great bartender
Tremendous Restaurant with an amazing decor and ambiance. World class service lovely food! Highly recommend!
Perfect service & food
The service was not good, and we had to Ask to order booth food and drinks. And the waiter never came by the table to ask if we needed anything
Lovely experience at a high end establishment, no complaints at all.
Totally enjoyable
The food has slipped- all very bland
Place is beautiful, but food for $$$ does not work
The staff are very friendly and the ambient is great. However the food was average.
Isabel Mayfair is a stunning restaurant -it has a french brasserie feel but a beautiful version with amazing attention to detail. I went for breakfast which was well priced and a good way to get a feel for the place, I'm now booked to go back for lunch as I was intrigued what the all day menu would offer.
Lovely time at Isabel!
Gorgeous setting and just as gorgeous staff but the food was sadly very poor, tasteless and dry.
I have been to lots of many amazing restaurant in London but this was absolutely awful...I sat on table stool, the food was disgraceful, tasteless, never again will come back here
A gem of a restaurant for breakfast. Healthy options, great decor and a brilliant location
Staff 10, welcome reception upon arrival extraordinary, beautiful decoration, a very good meal, a refined atmosphere
Fantastic food and drink, service and atmosphere. Unfortunately a noisy table to two beside us became a noisy table of three and slightly ruined the evening- would have been nice if they were asked to move to the bar.
Average food, nice atmosphere if you can ignore some of the loud people taking videos with their flash on. Cannot seem to decide whether it wants to be a serious restaurant with competent food or a food stop before hitting the club for people who are willing to pay 30 pounds for a not so special plate of 4 raviolis but wants to post a story against the beautiful and busy backdrop. Might come again for a cocktail but not for the food.
My new favourite breakfast venue. Great choice, tasty and super healthy. Awesome decor inside
The interior is nice, the service was bad. The food was alright...
Mediocre food and poor service. Service staff were vague about vegetarian options. My starter was not available, and my replacement soup came without the sour cream. I was recommended the roasted pumpkin salad - this was an almost raw, hollowed-out shell which appeared to be some sort of squash, not pumpkin. I honestly don't think anyone would eat it. I left the restaurant hungry - not a good sign.
The service was not the standard of the high price charged. The cocktail order was wrong, the steaks were not cooked to request, and the bill contained items that we did not order. Most restaurants do not hesitate to remove items from the bill under such circumstances, but not Isabel. Not great for c.£100 a head.
The interior is very nice, but everything else is a disappointment.
Lovely ambience. Staff very kind and professional. Food very good.
