Everything was delicious. Had dinner for 2 plenty of food took home enough for a 2nd meal. Server was knowledgeable checked on us frequently. Dessert was outstanding. We had a lovely time will definitely be back

It was great to get out.food was excellent and our server Josh was very good.our grandchildren who don’t usually eat meat devoured there parents prime rib.Josh served our birthday girl’s desert superbly.thanks for the great night out.

My daughter ordered the trio to include filet, chicken and pasta. The filet was chewy, which should not have been the case. I ordered the same exact dish. My filet wasn’t chewy, but it was slightly undercooked.

We have dined in several times and enjoy the experience. Food is excellent. Bar was unexpectedly crowded. Our first time out since the pandemic began. Enjoyable.

We had a 7:15 pm dinner reservation. Waiter was excellent. The kitchen was the issue!
We received our salads, but it was an hour and fifteen minutes and still no dinner! They gave us a glass of wine on the house, but finally we said forget it we are leaving. We did talk the manager, but at that point we were done. We left the restaurant at 9:40 pm without dinner.

They wrote off our bill, but needless to say it was a very disappointing experience. Oh and there were people dancing in the bar - covid??

Wanted to go to Russell's but couldn't get a reservation for 5 people, so we decided to try Salvatore's for the first time in MANY years. Bad idea.
The best part of our three hour meal, was the appetizers.
It was down hill from there.
One of the drinks was wrong (water instead of soda). Strike 1
One of the salads was wrong (Caesar dressing mixed in, not on the side as requested). Strike 2
All meals were warm at best and 2 steaks were done more than requested. Strikes 3 & 4
Time between salads and entries, 45 minutes. Strike 5
Steaks served on a wood board, bad idea and not level on the table.
Check, received at 9:15 PM, from a 6:15 reservation, was not our check. Strike 6
Will not be returning, considering the WNY options.

Food was delicious and well prepared.The service was excellent.

Only things I can say that were not up to what I thought was there best was receiving my filet mignon and twice baked potatoe on a cutting board. The twice baked was dry and not very hot. Just would have been much more appealing on a plate with either more moist potatoe or side serving of sour cream or butter. Additionally was pretty turned off by having poorly dressed with baseball cap young men seated in dining room. Thought the server would say something. Otherwise filet and salad and dessert were amazing

Food was great and Ken our waiter was nothing short of pure excellence ! Thank you Ken and all the wait staff for a wonderful visit !

Prime at Salvatores has never disappointed. The atmosphere was quiet and calm. The wait staff was excellent offering ideas for our dinner. My cosmo was delicious as was our meal. The salad was fresh and the meal was cooked to perfection. Dessert was great too. Also, very fresh. Overall, great experience!!

Veal Osso bucco was amazing . I’d like to see one more shrimp on the appetizer for the price and it always puzzles me that apps come in 3’s when most parties are 2 or 4. A party of 2 Is supposed to split the 3rd shrimp ?
Otherwise service was very good as we helped to train a new server.

Went back after a not so good experience in August and was pleasantly surprised the food was delicious and service is always very good.

We had a romantic and delicious dinner after enjoying a cocktail at the bar. Our server Lori was excellent - very friendly.

We usually love Salvatores and my son always pick there for his birthday so of course for his 11th birthday we went there. The service was poor, we had to ask the gentleman who clear the tables to clear ours, the waitress did once as well. My husband and I ordered the trio, the chicken was dry, the filet was over cooked and the pasta was flavorless. Our son ordered the sausage pasta dish which was good but when we were waiting for a take home container again the gentleman wait staff continued to walk past our table 3 times without clearing or asking if we needed to take anything home despite our silverware along the side of our dishes. Then if we could prove it was my sons birthday we could have gotten money off but of course we didn’t know this and o typically don’t carry his identification with me. Anyway I am Leary to return now from that experience and if someone asks me normally I rave about Salvatores whereas now i will have to tell them of our last experience 2/19/21.

I could go on and on... it just is NO LONGER the experience it used to be.

The restaurant was beautiful. Great place for a special dinner. The food price is up there but expertly prepared.

My food came out cold and I was actually shocked. My fiancé’s was warm so I believe they were waiting to bring mine out until his was done. I had asked for sour cream and it was sadly never brought.. I sat there with my uneaten potato for awhile before I just ate it instead of waiting. The music level this time we went was actual pretty loud. Normally it’s like background noise but this time felt like the speaker was next to us.

Valentine day

Experience was good. Our server was wonderful. Food wasn’t as good as I had anticipated given the price point.

The service was great. My wife and I chose salvatores because of its reputation and that they were offering prime rib on valentines day. The experience was good but the prime rib was extremely sub par. It tasted like a roast someone had made in a crock pot. Barely any flavor at all and nothing prime about it. Overall we won't be returning to salvatores again.

Had Valentines reservations. Took our preordered roses off our table to give to another table. Forgot our appetizer. Food was cold when served.

The restaurant has a personal touch. They have delicious food and the staff was friendly. Would recommend to others.

Our server was excellent. The filet mignon and grilled chicken were both cooked to perfection. The Valentine’s Day decor made for great photos.

I was not impressed for the money that was spent. Food was good but portions for the amount of money, I don't think it's worth it and the service was lackluster to an extent

Took forever in between drinks apps dinner and desert. Soup was cold and sent back. Had to ask multiple times for drinks and remind the waiter what we ordered. Pasta rubbery and undercooked...sent back. Prime rib size was wrong. Ate it anyhow because it wasn’t worth sending back as it took too long and we all wanted to eat at the same time.

Upside...we got to go out. All told Texas Road house would have been a better choice. We enjoy fine dining and don’t mind the expense of the service and food are good. We don’t expect great.

Heading to Russell’s next time as they always get it right!

Jeans and sneakers didn’t used to be allowed - takes away from the ambiance I’m paying for. Last four times I have been there, food has gone down each time.

My boyfriend and I had dinner at Salvatore’s the day before Valentine’s Day & it was amazing! Drinks at Chandelier Bar prior to
dinner were reasonably priced & they offered a good selection of cocktails. The restaurant had many Italian dishes as well as steak & seafood. My boyfriend had the trio & loved each mini dish. We will definitely come here again!

Wonderful experience, definitely will be returning!
