Very unimaginative food, disinterested service and poorly facilities. No wonder this chain is crumbling. Wont be going back.
Great late Sunday lunch after London Marathon - daughter had completed the race. Didn't realise she would get a free main course if she showed her medal! Great service, perfect relax after the race.
I just had a complaint at jaimes website. My customer experience was terrible. I will never come back.
The Gennaro special was amazing. A little loud, but worth it.
Despite the ambiance is very good, beautiful, the service was really bad. The girl who was attending our table was slow, it took a long time for her to decide to come and have our order. I asked for something to come before the main plates and she didn't pay attention to, bringing all the food together at the same time. It doesn't worth going there. 😢
The service was extremely slow. Despite being a gold card Jamie's card holder, it was not explained to us that you had to have a main course in oder to get the glass of free prosecco. The greeter was surly & dismissive but our waiter was friendly. However there were only 2 waiters for the entire floor. The food was average but tasteless. There was no toilet paper in the toilet I went in. Wouldn't go back.
Great food, and really good value. Only disappointment was the noise. Acoustics are not great,a dn conversation is not easy. Design flaw, good if it could be looked at.
Hi Good location especially for Victoria Station. Very busy with big windows
Waitress was non-existent. She brought the bottle wine (that we had to leave our table to request through someone else’s server) after we finished our meal. Just awful service.
A nice buzzy atmosphere, suitable for all ages. Great food at reasonable prices, with cheery staff and upbeat décor. A great evening thanks. Best swordfish I've had yet.
Service was great, food and ambience was also excellent. The upstairs "pasta" section is much better than the downstairs "pizza" section. All the dishes were good, especially the pasta (carbonara and truffle mushroom were the 2 pastas we got). The pork main was juicy and crispy at the same time. Portions are not huge, but for 4 people, we got 2 pastas, pork main, and calamari, and individual desserts per person. It was just enough food. We were satisfied but not stuffed.
Maravilhoso!! Ótima comida, ambiente e atendimento!!
I’m sorry but whilst the service was very good, the food was not on a par with what I was expecting . The bruscetta was nothing more than a piece of toasted bread and a few roasted cherry tomatoes on top . No balsamic vinegar and no garlic. The pasta - mushroom ravioli- was average and the tiramisu had a very odd taste to it. Both types of white wine were undrinkable. In fairness to the restaurant , they did not charge me for the first glass of which I could only stomach one sip. The second was not much better and left more than half a glass. Why does this restaurant only sell white wines that are extremely “floral” in tase? A big disappointment.
Food was fantastic, service was brilliant and cost, timing, environment was also great! Best italian I have ever been too.
Awesome meal and the service just made it. The staff were attentive, helpful and our server was tremendous. We'll be back
Very nice ambience and friendly staff. Located very conveniently next to Victoria Station!
Jamie, sort it out!! We went for a family Italian, kids wanted pizza, adults wanted pasta, to then find there are two separate restaurants?? Upstairs for pasta, downstairs for pizza?? Ridiculous concept
Was a average to below ave Italian restaurant. Not typical offerings.
Had an early bite pre cinema show. Friendly service. Great food. Quick.
Lovely evening at Jame's Italian Victoria with a group of work friends for a birthday. Food and service were both lovely
Had a dinner party of 7 people and 2 of the pasta meals were undercooked and bland. My chicken buttermilk burger had a crispy spicy coat but the chicken was bland. The only thing we all enjoyed was the brownie desert.
Very lively for early Saturday evening, given the location. Very friendly team with excellent knowledge of menu.
Ate here on the way to a show. The service was good - they handled a food allergy well (peanut). Lasagna was good. Other meals ordered were good as well. Liked the ambience of being on the second floor watching the city go by. We actually ate here twice in a week during our vacation.
A shame really - it was very busy and the staff did their best but the food was cold and underwhelming.
Main dish Lazania bit on small size not worth cost of main dish
Ravioli was cold in places
Other meals very nice
On a Satuday night 3 sweets not available did not leave much choice so decided not to have one
Think will go to a different Italian next time
The staff were very nice though
