We are a brand new exciting, fresh and independently ran restaurant and cocktail bar.

Boasting a delicious tapas style food menu; freshly cooked vegan, fish, meat & gluten-free dishes made to order and locally sourced. Alongside, we have beautiful cocktails,mocktails, premium spirits and mixers, ice cold bottled beers, ciders, wines and non-alcoholic beverages.

Lovely food, very tasty, well presented. Very good, friendly service. Very loud, was not a great dining atmosphere. There was a big group who were there just drinking cocktails. I enjoyed the food, but unsure if I would go back as I would not want to eat in such a noisy atmosphere. It was like eating in the bar of a pub,not a restaurant.

Great ‘small plates’ tapas style food, lovely ambience, we particularly enjoyed the beef brisket and mustard mash, the sauce was divine! beautifully cooked, and all delivered hot to the table. Service was great, and although it is a small place the ambience was very relaxed and inviting.

Great service - the four of us ordered the broccoli……they’d run out but even went to the shop to try to buy some! So, as a gesture of goodwill, they took the cost of two starters off our bill. They obviously try really hard to please their customers. Food was fresh & very tasty & not your average choices, made a nice change.

We had a great meal. The food was excellent, the cocktails were spot on and the service was great. It was early so there wasn’t much buzz but I’m sure that would be better later in the evening. Overall an excellent find - I’m sure we’ll be back!

This was our second visit after we were so impressed the first time we visited. The menu had changed and so we got to sample new dishes this time, and again it didn't disappoint! We ordered 5 dishes to share between 2 of us and was plenty for both. Each dish was full of flavour and super tasty! Oh and the cocktails would need a review of their own .. beautifully presented and generous on the alcohol while still maintaining delicious flavour. Hard to choose a favourite but having fun making our way through them. We will be returning again very soon

Fantastic evening of cocktails and tapas, really flavourful and delicious. Great ambience. Fab staff really attentive. Celebrating a birthday for 6 guests. Definitely recommend.

We have now been twice. Excellent on both occasions. The vegan cauliflower wings were excellent and the food is generally of a very good standard. With the mid week offers of three dishes for £18 and two like cocktails £12 it was very good vfm. A French 75 is now on offer which I prefer to call an Italian 75 as it is made with Prosecco. Top notch though. Thanks, Simon.

Booked a table for 9pm, only to be told the kitchen was closed as we arrived. Very surprising for a Friday night. There was nothing on their website to suggest this was the case, so a disappointing £20 taxi ride to find no food. The Wetherspoons pub around the corner came to the rescue, serving all meals until 10pm.

We celebrated a birthday at JKs and they really went the extra mile to make it special. The team were excellent, very attentive and accommodating. We had some lovely cocktails and eating early certainly paid off with the offer of 1 free wine/beer for every 3 tapas ordered. The food was delicious, very flavourful and a good selection of vegan and non vegan dishes. This is our second time at JKs and we would definitely go back again!

Great night managed to sit in the garden untill it turned chilly then went back inside, good was lovely and cocktails were super only disappointment was no desert, 2nd time I have been there and have not got a desert. But very good food and a bit different especially when you are a vegan/ vegetarian.

A friend and I go here every few months and it’s always an enjoyable experience. Food is excellent, service is first class. We are always remembered and small things make the experience special. For example last night we wanted to order the beef but server (so much more than a server but don’t know what else to call him) said that they had sold out and took time to explain why that sometimes happens and that next time we should mention any particular requests when booking so they can make sure they can order enough in.

Great find in the doorstep to us. Service and food were fabulous, we will definitely return. Recommend booking in advance as they had to turn people away because they were so busy. And the more popular dishes are snapped up quickly. Super choice of classic cocktails with a few originals options too. Beautifully presented and great taste.

Brilliant service and really friendly and helpful staff. The wine was nice and we were offered some to try first and then bought a bottle. The food was tasty and we used the 3 for £18 midweek tapas offer. We had 3 dishes each plus a bowl of chips, which was plenty. All the food was really tasty.
