The Classic Hotel restaurant offers a dining experience with its "chef’s menu," which we found to be quite delicious. However, the service was just okay, leaning towards good, though the staff didn’t do a great job of introducing the dishes. Located on the top floor of the hotel, the restaurant boasts a view, but unfortunately, it didn’t impress us much. While high-floor nighttime views are usually stunning, this one was just average.

We were very excited to try this place, as it has gotten some great reviews. The restaurant was full, so I booked a table in the bar instead. We got a nice table by the window with lovely view of the power station. Our waitress was brilliant and effective as well as friendly. We ordered some wine by the glass, croquetas, charcuterie and sourdough bread. Have to say that the bar menu was a bit more limited that I expected, but that's ok. The croquetas were tasty and nice, charcuterie was ok but very "premade" with meats almost glued together and looking like it came out of a vacuum pack. And with only 2 small pieces of flatbread it was quite underwhelming. But the big disappointment was the bread.... I always say that a great restaurant can be judged by it's homemade bread, and this was a massive letdown. It was very dry, all pieces of it, and without a crunchy crust or much flavour. And the accompanying aioli was just a bit hard and bland. Not very good. We then ordered padron peppers, which were nice. But the new waiter that brought them didn't bother to clear the empty plates from our table so we had to rearrange ourselves. Not a big problem, but should be basic. I finished off with a Roku G&T, and if you serve special spirits like this you should put some effort in the serving and presentation. A small piece of ginger with the skin on and only 1 type of tonic to choose from, doesn't really scream classy bar. So to summon up.... great place with amazing views and good vibes. Some amazing staff, others need more training. Food was really hit and miss.... mostly miss. We might be back to try the restaurant, but we'll see.

Beautiful restaurant with wes anderson type decor looking out over London and Battersea Park. Asked for a table by the window and we got one along with a birthday surprise for my sisters birthday. Was a bit unsure about the menu but the food was delicious a really enjoyable experience. Staff were wonderful just a bit slow with the bill as we were in a rush to go up the lift.

I visited this restaurant with my sister, as we have a tradition of going out together from time to time. We arrived 25 minutes early for our dinner reservation, but this was no issue at all. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely fantastic. The service was impeccable, the view was stunning, and the restaurant itself is simply beautiful. The atmosphere and overall vibe were just perfect. The food was incredible – every dish was delicious, and the waiter went above and beyond, explaining each meal in detail, including what it contained. It added such a personal and thoughtful touch to the experience. I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough. The service was a 10 out of 10, the food was outstanding, and we had a truly wonderful time. Thank you for such an amazing experience. I’m already looking forward to visiting again!

I was torn between visiting Joia and 2 other restaurants, and I'm glad I picked Joia (again)! I had my mother over during the festivities and wanted to treat her to a nice meal and experience. And Joia didn't disappoint! Actually, it went beyond my, our expectations! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance, the warm welcome, and the prompt (but not too invasive) approach were fantastic! But the winners were our server Natasha (with her attentive service) and the receptionist Sifo (I hope I spelled his name correctly) with his charm and knowledge of the power station history. He even took us for a quick tour of the upstairs pool and rooftop bar despite the snow and freezing conditions. I couldn't have asked for more, and I'll certainly recommend it to others and def come back again! Thank you Joia!! It was a truly joy-FULL experience!
