Best of both worlds. Traditional pub fare but also an extensive Nepalese menu. Generous portions and very tasty. Chef was quite happy to amend dishes to suit dietary requirements. Very attentive service.

Had lunch which arrived in good time. Popadoms were crispy but did not feel fresh. My tandoori roti was not tandoori - just normal Tava roti but charged for tandoori roti. My lamb dish smelt lovely but taste was only ok. Portion of lamb meat not great - a lot more gravy than actual chunks of meat. Not really that impressed with the flavour. Maybe the English selection might be better? Alternatively maybe another Asian dish - could have just been a one off.

Decided to book a table for four adults for Sunday lunch, having been here a couple of years ago, interested to see how the pub was doing. The pub is split between a bar area and a more formal seating area. There was a steady stream of people coming in to eat and use the bar area. Maybe its the building and the bar/seating layout but it doesn't have a pub vibe. Saying that the food (we all had the roasts - good portions) was excellent and the puddings were very good. Good value just let down slightly by the atmosphere.

menu is very limited, flavours are not great on food that we had but good value for money and if you just want somebody else to cook a meal for you then worth popping in. No real ambience but has real potential.

Great food and very friendly staff
Unfortunately there was a private party which slowed down service somewhat but the food was absolutely worth waiting for and we will definitely be back

Very nice casual dining. Combination of regular relaxed pub with a small dining area. Choice of either pub standards or far more creative Indian Nepalese food. We went for lamb and salmon - both excellent, more than your regular Indian, and very reasonably priced for a weekday dinner.

This is the first visit for some time and the pub had changed hands a couple of times. We were not disappointed and we had some of their Nepalese food which was very good and plenty of it. It was a pity that there were no diners other than our group. Hope word gets around.

We had a fabulous meal - choosing from the Nepalese menu. The waiter gave great recommendations. We enjoyed every thing we tried from the menu. Can’t wait to go back and try more!!

Return visit here and once again the food was very good, full of flavour. Some imaginative options on the menu. The prawns (sizzling dish from the clay oven) were superb. Service was polite and helpful. This place deserves to be busier. A good range of choice and I believe they will accommodate requests re diets etc.
