Great food, terrific service!

A great experience and wonderful food. A real treat. We ordered the grilled octopus off the menu and didnt care for all the fanciness. Just seasoned grilled octopus would have been fine. Also, the piece was quite thick and could have been grilled a little longer.

Excellent in every respect. The food was outstanding and eill come again.

Food was delicious and portions were perfect. Service was flawless and ambiance was calming and a juxtaposition of haute cuisine and your grandmother’s kitchen. What a treat. We will certainly be back again.

Our dinner at Joselito was out of this world. The quality of food and service was outstanding. Everything we tasted was fantastic. We tried to tuna, scallops, pork shoulder, Waygu beef, sea bass & duck and were impressed with each presentation. I have already been telling all my friends that they need to get a reservation and try it out. We will DEFINITELY be back.

Fantastic, loved the authentic European feel. Food was amazing, specially the wagyu bavette left a lasting impression. Delicious wine selection as well. Wonderful service.

A pre-bday celebration was well enjoyed with festive sangria, tapas, and dessert.
Loved the codfish fritters. So good we took photos of ourselves delighting in them.
Great cheese starter and mains of wagyu and rice with seafood. Both the flan and bread pudding were nice to round out the meal with mild well presented sweets.
I look forward to the next visit. This was an unexpected escape from the world right now. I’m grateful.
I’m also pretty sure there were multiple baskets of bread that was fresh and perfectly crisped for swiping up the last juices from our plates.

We tried the Restaurant Week menu, and it was AMAZING. Great value and highest quality for authentic and elaborated Spanish food. We will come back for sure!

This is the second time I have ate here ans was not diappointed. Friendly staff and great food. Definitely recommend!

Great neighborhood place for lite bites in a calming atmosphere!

We sat in the bubble and had saw bass and fisherman seafood stew. It was amazing! Delicious and hot food in a restaurant where we sat outside! It’s warm and it feels comfortable and I felt safe. Perfect brunch outside!

Since COVID I realized that many have reduced the quality and menus offered.
This is NOT the case for Joselito. Everything was DELICIOUS (amazing Foie Gras, tasty octopus, tuna..) beautifully presented and with a very good service.
Keep going and be strong!!

Exceptional quality and service. Truly special restaurant.

The food, staff, and outdoor set-up and heating were very good. The food was fairly priced. We'll dine there again but what I didn't like was:

1. Being charged $5 for a modest basket of bread that should have been served with the dish, while I instead was asked "Would you like some bread?" with no mention of any charge.

2. Again, $ - I usually tip in cash, especially if the service has been very good. It's immediate gratification, no waiting for a restaurant to receive theirs via the credit card company or even keep some (yes, there are places that do). On the bill, typed in very heavy, dark print was a 20% tip that included the tax. I don't like to be told what to tip.
I'll be smarter the next time there and simply cross that out, not include it in the total, and write in "cash" while I give the server cash.

Bottom line: I'd make a few adjustments but we'll dine there again, I'm quite sure.

Delicious food and excellent service. I hope they can stay open because they are truly a neighborhood gem.

The overall experience was nice, sure to be a staple for my fiancee and I, as we are new to the neighborhood. The food was solid; good, but not mind-blowing. Save for the duck breast. That was unbelievable, and eating it was quite the experience.

The wine was great, as was the service. Kind waitstaff, and a nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to a local or visitor.

LOVE this place. Every dish I've tried is incredible. quality food and incredible service. Feels like a classic and comfy neighborhood joint.

The two of us dined outdoors on a nice fall evening during the pandemic. The “terrace” seating was located around the corner in front of an empty storefront; sadly a casualty of the pandemic. The propane heaters took the edge off the chill as the temperatures fell. The food was excellent and or server personable. Tables were well spaced and filled up as the evening progressed. I am recommending Joselito to friends and would be happy to dine here again especially when the pandemic is brought under control.

It was great, food, service and ability to eat outside or inside! They have heaters for outside.

Met up with a colleague who I hadn’t seen since right before pandemic We took one hour to have Great food. Fried anchovies and lamb burger. Sparking sangria added to the meal. Had another appetizer, tasty too. Service was good. Clean, tables socially distanced. Will go back.

Super great environment and they were very COVID conscious, which was extremely appreciated. Fantastic spot for date night, i will certainly be back!

We ate outside on the tables on 7th Street at Eastern Market which was very nice. Brunch with different egg dishes all delicious.

The food is always such a unique blend of flavors. Absolutely delicious! Our service was just the right amount of attentiveness.

We had a fabulous meal at Joselito. We went on a Saturday evening with friends and we were not disappointed by the food. We have been going to Joselito for years now and have always loved the food but we have had one or two bad experiences.
We tried a variety of dishes and they were all superb in particular the Arroz caldoso con mariscos and the Duck.
We will be going back soon again.
